ISTIBSHAR: Journal of Islamic Education and Learning is an open access and peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original research articles, conceptual studies, and educational innovations related to transformation, innovation, and quality improvement in Islamic education through evidence-based research. The name ISTIBSHAR (استبصار) represents deep insight, critical observation, and clear understanding of educational phenomena. The journal aims to provide a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate knowledge and contribute to the advancement of Islamic education and learning.

The journal focuses on studies related to Islamic education transformation, educational leadership and management, quality improvement of madrasahs and Islamic schools, teacher professional development, curriculum and learning innovation, educational technology, assessment, character education, literacy, and contemporary challenges in Islamic education. ISTIBSHAR: Journal of Islamic Education and Learning is published biannually (June and December) and applies a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the originality, academic quality, and integrity of all published articles.
