ISTIBSHAR: Journal of Islamic Education and Learning was established by the Faculty of Tarbiyah at Universitas Islam An Nur Lampung in response to the growing necessity for high-impact scholarly dissemination bridging Islamic epistemology and contemporary pedagogical methodologies.

Historical Milestones:

• Establishment: Founded in 2024 as a dedicated platform for theoretical and empirical inquiries into Islamic education and instructional practices.
• ISSN Allocation: Officially registered with the ISSN International Centre and the Indonesian National ISSN Agency (BRIN), obtaining e-ISSN 3163-9224 (Online) and p-ISSN 3163-9232 (Print).
• Crossref DOI Membership: Integrated as a permanent Crossref member with DOI prefix 10.57146/istibshar to guarantee digital persistence and global citation tracking.
• Digital Governance Modernization: Implemented Open Journal Systems (OJS) 3 with customized responsive aesthetics conforming to international indexation guidelines and National Scientific Journal Accreditation standards (ARJUNA/Litapdimas).

ISTIBSHAR continues to expand its international editorial network and reviewer pool to cultivate transformative, inclusive, and globally relevant scholarship in Islamic educational studies.
