IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN MINAT SIKAP DAN PERILAKU POSITIF SISWA DI MI MATHLA'UL ANWAR PASIR GINTUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

Abstract

Implementation of Education Management has an integrated relationship with student character in developing positive interests, attitudes and behavior in an educational institution. While this study aims to identify and reveal the Implementation of Character Education Management in Developing Interests, Positive  Attitudes  and  Behaviors  of  Students  at  MI  Mathla'ul  Anwar  Sand Gintung. This  research  is  a  descriptive  qualitative  research  focused  on  field research, while the object of this research is the  Implementation of Character Education Management in Developing Interests, Positive Attitudes and Behaviors of Students at MI Mathla'ul Anwar Sand Gintung, Data was collected through documentation, interviews, and observation. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using various stages of analysis such as data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of the study show that: Implementation of character education in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior in MI Mathla'ul Anwar Sand Gintung are: a) Competence in terms of preparing lesson plans. b) Competence in describing the curriculum. c) Competence in conducting evaluations.
