Even though teacher performance was good before supervision was held, it was not yet optimal. The problem in this study is to examine the implementation of supervision by the principal and teacher performance in learning at the &nbsp;SMK Budi Mulya Kasiman Bojonegoro . The problem of this research is how is the Implementation of Supervision of the Madrasa Head in Improving the Performance of Islamic Religion Education Teachers at the &nbsp;SMK Budi Mulya Kasiman Bojonegoro &nbsp;Academic Year?. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the supervision of the Madrasa Head in improving teacher performance at the &nbsp;SMK Budi Mulya Kasiman Bojonegoro .This type of research is a qualitative research using data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses analysis to improve teacher performance at the &nbsp;SMK Budi Mulya Kasiman Bojonegoro .The results of the study can be concluded, first, planning for supervision activities by the principal starting at the beginning of the school year with reference to the subject schedule, planning a supervision program which is then socialized to all subject teachers to be known together so that teachers can understand the duties and responsibilities assigned to them. . Second, the implementation of Principal Supervision in Improving the Performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers At &nbsp;SMK Budi Mulya Kasiman Bojonegoro, principals use individual supervision techniques by involving senior teachers who are considered capable and understand the teaching and learning process. The principal supervises teachers by jointly coaching teachers, conducting individual supervision with class visits, class observations and individual meetings. Third, the follow-up program for the supervision of the principal in the form of general guidance through teacher council meetings. Fokus penelitian meliputi perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi program pendidikan karakter sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter di SMA IT Al Binaa telah dilakukan secara sistematis dan terintegrasi dalam kegiatan akademik dan ekstrakurikuler. Tahap perencanaan meliputi perancangan kurikulum berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dan pembinaan budaya sekolah yang religius. Implementasinya diwujudkan melalui keteladanan guru, pembiasaan ibadah, kegiatan pendampingan, serta penegakan disiplin dan tanggung jawab dalam rutinitas sehari-hari. Evaluasi berkelanjutan dilakukan oleh wali kelas dan konselor untuk memantau sikap dan perilaku siswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berpengaruh positif terhadap minat belajar, kesantunan, dan disiplin siswa. Melalui observasi dan pengumpulan data dari berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran, langkah-langkah modeling digunakan untuk memperkuat interaksi sosial, kolaborasi, dan keterampilan komunikasi anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak yang terlibat dalam aktivitas modeling mampu menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan sosial mereka, seperti berbagi, bekerja sama, dan berempati. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran teknik modeling sebagai alat strategis dalam pengembangan kemampuan sosial anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan pengembangan nilai agama dan moral anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu Sari Teladan Kemiling Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan proses observasi pra penelitian ditemukan bahwa anak berprilaku sopan, menghargai orang yang baru dikenal, bertanggung jawab dan disiplin. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu semua anak kelompok B dan informan penelitiannya kepala sekolah, tenaga pendidik, dan orang tua. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data serta menarik kesimpulan. Selanjutnya untuk menjamin keabsahan data digunakan teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara umum pengembangan nilai agama dan moral telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan. The background of this study is the low learning motivation and less than optimal learning outcomes of students in understanding the Al-Qur'an Hadith material. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, learning motivation questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The results of the study showed that the application of the portfolio-based learning model significantly increased student learning motivation as indicated by an increase in the motivation questionnaire scores before and after treatment. In addition, student learning outcomes also increased significantly compared to the control class using conventional learning methods. These findings indicate that the portfolio-based learning model is effective in increasing motivation and learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an Hadith. Supervision which was conducted by Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam was an aid that guides the teacher in planning the learning, implementing the learning process, evaluating the students’ learning outcome, and following up the supervision’s results in order to improve the quality of learning in Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam. This study aims to: 1) describe and analyze the principal academic supervision of SMP Muhammadiyah in improving the quality of learning, 2) describe the implementation strategy of principal academic supervision of Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam in improving the quality of learning, 3) describe and analyze the implication of the principal academic supervision of Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam in improving the quality of learning.This study applied descriptive qualitative approach. The source of the data were principal, vice principal of curriculum, vice principal of quality guarantor, teachers of Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam. The data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation. As for the validity test using triangulation techniques data and sources, while the data analysis using interactive analysis techniques. Based on the research findings, it could be concluded as follows: (1) the principal’s of Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam academic supervision programs were prepared based on the supervision analysis results and the previous monitoring results of the learning process; the principal’s academic supervision programs were arranged at the beginning of the school year by identifying the problems, setting the goals, and determining the implementation time in advance. Those activities engaged the roles of vice principal of curriculum, vice principal of quality guarantor, and teachers that were done systematically, (2) the implementation strategy of the principal’s academic supervision included: indirect and direct supervision, classroom visit supervision, and observation of the teachers’ activity inside as well as outside the classroom, and the following-up implementation of academic supervision result in the form of personal and group coaching. It is a system consisting of elements</em> <em>and therefore the results of educational activities in schools are the collective result of all school elements. In this way of thinking, all school elements must &nbsp;understand&nbsp; the &nbsp;concept of &nbsp;SBM,&nbsp; why &nbsp;and&nbsp; how&nbsp; SBM&nbsp; is organized. Schools implementing SBM must make a school development plan. School development plans generally include the formulation of the school's vision, mission, goals and implementation strategy. Meanwhile, the school's annual work plan generally includes identifying school goals (school situational goals), selecting school functions needed to achieve the identified goals, SWOT analysis, problem-solving steps, and preparing an annual school work plan and program. The following describes briefly the formulation of the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the school (school situational goals). Pendidikan bahasa pada usia dini sangat penting, karena periode ini merupakan fase kritis di mana anak-anak mulai mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa mereka. Dengan menggunakan permainan kartu huruf, diharapkan anak-anak dapat belajar mengenali huruf, memperluas kosakata, dan meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara mereka dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode kualitatif, di mana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kartu huruf tidak hanya meningkatkan kemahiran berbahasa, tetapi juga memfasilitasi perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak. The main focus of this research is on the leadership strategies implemented by the madrasah principal in managing, guiding, and motivating teachers to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process. As a leader in an educational institution, the madrasah principal plays a strategic role in creating a conducive work environment, providing clear direction, and developing teachers’ potential continuously. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and administrative staff. The findings revealed that the principal of MTs N 1 Wakatobi Sulawesi Tenggara oapplies participative and transformational leadership styles, in which teachers are actively involved in decision-making, encouraged to innovate, and supported to foster collaboration. Supervision and performance evaluations are conducted systematically through academic supervision and regular coaching. Supporting factors for the success of this leadership management include effective communication, discipline, and adequate educational facilities. However, challenges remain, such as limited supporting infrastructure and the need to enhance the professionalism of some teachers through continuous training. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui metode proyek pada kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina 8 OKU. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina 8 OKU. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 3 siklus, setiap siklusnya dilaksanakan empat pertemuan dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi penelitian ini difokuskan pada penggunaan metode proyek. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) kegiatan metode proyek dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak (2) peningkatan kreativitas anak pada kondisi awal 25% sementara pada siklus I menjadi 41,7% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 66,7% dan pada siklus III mencapai 100%. The media was designed as a concrete learning tool based on educational play activities to foster children’s interest and understanding of numerical concepts in an enjoyable way. The research employed a <em>Research and Development (R&amp;D)</em> method using the Borg &amp; Gall model, which includes stages of needs analysis, design, development, expert validation, limited trials, and product revision. The subjects consisted of 15 children from group B and 3 early childhood teachers. Data were collected through observation, interviews, validation questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the <em>Counting Apron</em> received an average validation score of 91% from media experts and 93% from material experts, categorized as “very feasible.” Field trials also indicated an improvement in children’s numeracy skills, with an average score increase from 67% to 89%. The Pakistani Tahfidz method is employed at the SDN 4 Penukal Utara &nbsp;to teach Tahfidz Al-Quran. The Tahfidz Al-Quran program at this SDN 4 Penukal Utara &nbsp;is implemented in a distinctive manner. The aim of this research is to describe and examine the application of the Pakistani method in Tahfidz learning at the SDN 4 Penukal Utara &nbsp;, including its implementation and evaluation. The results showed that PAI teachers demonstrated strong pedagogical competence in managing learning activities, understanding students’ characteristics, and applying various engaging learning strategies. Furthermore, their professionalism was reflected in discipline, responsibility, mastery of subject matter, and the use of educational technology. The combination of these two competencies significantly increased students’ motivation to learn, as indicated by their active participation, diligence in completing assignments, and growing interest in PAI subjects. Fine motor skills are very important skills for early childhood, because they influence children's independence and readiness to participate in further learning activities. One effective method to develop children's fine motor skills is through stringing activities, namely arranging small objects such as beads or straws into strings in certain patterns. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of class teachers, students, and the principal. The results of the study indicate that stringing activities are carried out routinely in daily thematic learning, with a play-while-learning approach. The teacher provided directions, engaging media, and concrete examples of stringing to help children understand the activity's objectives. Children demonstrated improved fine motor skills, such as the ability to grasp small objects, control hand and finger movements, and eye-hand coordination. Factors contributing to the success of this activity included the availability of varied media, active teacher involvement, and children's enthusiasm for participating. Inhibiting factors included children's lack of concentration and limited time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran, seperti buku, audio-visual, dan alat peraga interaktif, mampu meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Guru PAI yang memanfaatkan media secara kreatif dan sistematis berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Selanjutnya analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: akhlak siswa di SMK Mathla’un Nur Kota Metro sudah baik, ramah, dan santun. Namun demikian, masih ada yang akhlaknya perlu dibenahi seperti menghargai, patuh, sopan, santun, dan berjabat tangan ketika bertemu. Tujuannya agar siswa memiliki sikap toleransi terhadap sesama manusia. Empathy is one of the essential moral values in shaping students’ character. Through empathy, students are expected to understand others’ feelings, appreciate differences, and develop attitudes of helpfulness and tolerance in everyday life. However, observations at school show that some students still lack social awareness—such as being indifferent toward peers in difficulty, easily engaging in conflicts, and struggling to manage emotions effectively. Therefore, the role of Aqidah Akhlak teachers is crucial in cultivating empathy through learning activities and exemplary behavior within the school environment. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects consisting of Aqidah Akhlak teachers and eighth-grade students of Madrasah Islamiyah Belawan. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Aqidah Akhlak teachers implement several strategies to instill empathy, including: (1) direct teaching, by integrating the value of empathy into moral lessons related to interpersonal ethics; (2) exemplary behavior (uswah hasanah) demonstrated in daily school interactions; (3) habit-forming activities, such as sharing with peers in need and engaging in school-based social activities; and (4) spiritual guidance, emphasizing that empathy is part of Allah’s command and the moral example of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Supporting factors include the school’s religious environment and cooperation among teachers, while inhibiting factors involve external environmental influences and low self-control among certain students. The study concludes that the role of Aqidah Akhlak teachers is highly strategic in cultivating students’ empathy through integrated learning approaches, exemplary conduct, and social habituation. Berdasarkan seluruh rangkaian analisis dan pembahasan data dapat disimpulkan mengenai pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pendidikan agama islam di SMP Muhammadiyah Selat Panjang adalah Perencanaan supervisi kepala sekolah dilakukan secara terencana, sistematis dan berkesinambungan. Pada tahap ini kepala sekolah melakukan tahap penentuan nama guru yang akan diobservasi, membentuk menetukan waktu pelaksanaan waktu observasi, menyusun kisi-kisi observasi dan menentukan apakah observasi kelas diketahui guru atau tidak, hal ini berdasarkan kesepakatan antara kepala sekolah dengan guru pendidikan agama islam. Pada pelaksanaan supervisi, sikap kepala sekolah ternyata ternyata tidak mengganggu jalannya proses pembeljaran pendidikan agama islam di kelas bahkan kepala sekolah diakhir jam pelajaran memberikan motivasi kepada peserta didik untuk terus belajar dengan rajin. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari observasi dan wawancara dengan 50 siswa dan 10 guru serta analisis dokumen, ditemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa strategi efektif yang diterapkan, seperti pelatihan guru, pengembangan kurikulum, dan peningkatan lingkungan belajar. Selain itu, implikasi dari hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan perlunya manajemen berbasis sekolah untuk memaksimalkan potensi guru dan siswa. Islamic Religious Education plays an essential role in shaping students’ religious, moral, and social character. However, preliminary observations revealed that many students were still less active during the learning process, and their learning outcomes in PAI were not yet optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to apply an innovative learning model that connects the learning material with real-life contexts so that students become more motivated and able to understand Islamic teachings in an applicable way. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with the research subjects consisting of PAI teachers and eighth-grade students at SMP Integrasi Annajiyah Lubuklinggau. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the contextual approach was carried out through seven main components: (1) constructivism, where students build their understanding of Islamic concepts from real experiences; (2) questioning, to encourage critical and reflective thinking; (3) inquiry, by involving students in explorative activities; (4) learning community, through collaborative group work and discussions; (5) modelling, by demonstrating Islamic moral behavior; (6) reflection, for evaluating students’ understanding and attitudes; and (7) authentic assessment, to measure learning outcomes comprehensively. This approach effectively increased students’ motivation, participation, and achievement, especially in cognitive and affective domains. Supporting factors include the school’s administrative support, the availability of contextual learning media, and teachers’ competence in designing innovative lessons. Challenges faced in implementation involve limited time and varying student learning abilities. Overall, the contextual approach proved effective in enhancing students’ learning achievement and understanding of Islamic values at SMP Integrasi Annajiyah Lubuklinggau. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan seluruh data bersifat fiktif namun disusun menyerupai kondisi riil pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di sekolah.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah melaksanakan supervisi melalui perencanaan yang sistematis, pelaksanaan supervisi kelas, pembinaan profesional, monitoring kegiatan pembelajaran, serta evaluasi kinerja guru. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of the study include the principal, teachers, and educational staff. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the principal has implemented academic supervision systematically through planning, implementation, and follow-up activities. Supervision was carried out in the form of classroom visits, group discussions, and individual teacher coaching. The impact of academic supervision is evident in the improvement of teachers’ pedagogical competence, discipline, and the overall quality of the learning process and outcomes. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that the use of puzzles effectively improves children’s abilities in visual observation, pattern recognition, logical thinking, and problem-solving. Children also demonstrated improvements in concentration, perseverance, and self-confidence while completing puzzles. The strategies implemented by teachers were tailored to the age and developmental levels of the children. Puzzles not only served as engaging learning tools but also supported emotional and social development through interactive play activities. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala Sekolah , guru, dan siswa, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMAN 1 Muara Sugihan telah berhasil menerapkan manajemen pendidikan karakter dengan melibatkan semua pihak dan mengintegrasikan karakter dalam kurikulum dan kegiatan Sekolah . Implementasi model pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan (PAKEM) juga meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran karakter. Pendekatan manajemen pendidikan karakter di SMAN 1 Muara Sugihan telah berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pengembangan minat, sikap, dan perilaku positif siswa. Rekomendasi bagi Sekolah -Sekolah lain adalah untuk memperkuat pelibatan semua pihak, mengintegrasikan karakter dalam kurikulum, dan menerapkan model pembelajaran PAKEM dalam upaya meningkatkan pendidikan karakter. Pendidikan karakter disiplin merupakan salah satu pendekatan penting dalam mendidik generasi muda, terutama di lingkungan pendidikan formal. Melalui metode observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak sekolah dan siswa, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penerapan pendidikan karakter disiplin telah berhasil meningkatkan sikap dan perilaku siswa, baik dalam konteks akademik maupun sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 80% siswa menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kedisiplinan dan ketaatan terhadap aturan sekolah. Dengan meningkatnya disiplin, mutu pendidikan di sekolah juga mengalami perbaikan, salah satunya ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya nilai akademik dan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. The learning competencies discussed include pedagogical, professional, social, and personal aspects, which are essential for the success of education based on Islamic values. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving PAI teachers, the school principal, and students. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that PAI teachers play a strategic role in enhancing learning competence through several efforts: (1) developing lesson plans that are character-based and contextualized with Islamic values; (2) implementing active and collaborative learning methods such as discussions, religious projects, and daily worship practices; (3) conducting continuous evaluations that assess cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains; and (4) serving as moral exemplars and motivators who nurture students’ religious spirit in the school environment. Supporting factors for this role include the principal’s support, a strong religious school culture, and parental involvement, while inhibiting factors stem from limited time, learning facilities, and diverse student backgrounds. The findings emphasize that improving Islamic Education learning competence depends not only on methodological mastery but also on the integrity and exemplary behavior of PAI teachers in applying Islamic values in daily practice. Educational supervision plays a very important role in the Islamic education system because it functions to improve the quality of educators, the effectiveness of the learning process, and student learning outcomes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of educational supervision in Islamic boarding schools does not only focus on improving academic competence, but also on spiritual development, morality, and exemplary behavior of both teachers and students. Supervision is carried out with the principles of deliberation, guidance, and exemplary behavior that refer to Islamic values. The main challenges faced by teachers include limited supporting facilities, differences in ability to understand concepts and the application of authentic assessment, and a lack of focus on students in the final stages of development. Overall, this study concludes that Islamic-based supervision has the potential to shape professional, innovative, and noble educators in creating an integrated learning process between intellectual and spiritual aspects. It shows that academic supervision is implemented through planning, classroom observation, ongoing training, and structured evaluation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program Bina Pribadi Islam (BPI) dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Naringgul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program BPI secara konsisten mendorong terbentuknya karakter religius pada siswa, seperti kedisiplinan dalam beribadah, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, serta kepedulian sosial. Pelaksaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendekatan sistematis dan penuh keteladanan melalui peran aktif murobi dalam membimbing siswa. Temuan ini dianalisis berdasarkan teori karakter Thomas Lickona (<em>moral knowing, moral feeling, moral action</em>) dan konsep pendidikan karakter Ki Hadjar Dewantara (<em>ngerti, ngrasa, ngelakoni</em>) yang keduanya menekankan pentingnya proses internalisasi nilai melalui pemahaman, penghayatan, dan pengamalan secara berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, studi ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja Kepala Madrasah sangat berpengaruh dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang disiplin. Implementasi nilai-nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab oleh Kepala Madrasah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan. Selain itu, pengaruh etos kerja ini juga berdampak pada motivasi siswa dan guru dalam menjalankan tugas mereka sehari-hari. Rata-rata kepuasan guru terhadap kebijakan disiplin mencapai 85%, menunjukkan bahwa kultur disiplin yang kuat terbentuk berkat kepemimpinan yang baik. The urgency of this research lies in the importance of understanding how differences in the leadership styles of extracurricular mentors influence organizational effectiveness and student character development in different cultural contexts. The research used a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. The researcher acted as the primary instrument, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions validated by source triangulation. The results show that the mentor's leadership plays a crucial role in determining the direction, effectiveness, and sustainability of Pagar Nusa activities. At Darul Falah Integrated Junior High School, the mentor applies a participatory-visionary leadership style that is adaptive to technology and urban culture. The strategy focuses on student empowerment, collaboration, and the integration of character values ​​and school culture, thereby increasing motivation and achievement. The research employs a quantitative correlational approach. The subjects consisted of the principal, PAI teachers, and students of grades VIII and IX. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the management of educational facilities and infrastructure and the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning. The focus of the research includes the planning, implementation, and follow-up stages of supervision conducted by the principal to enhance teacher performance. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving the principal, Islamic Education teachers, and the vice principal for curriculum affairs as research subjects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of the principal’s supervision at SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Utara is carried out in a well-planned and continuous manner through three main stages. First, the planning stage involves preparing the supervision schedule, determining focus areas, and coordinating with subject teachers. Second, the implementation stage includes classroom observations, professional guidance, reflective discussions, and feedback on teacher performance. Third, the follow-up stage involves follow-up meetings, training programs, and regular performance evaluations. The supervision conducted by the principal plays a crucial role in improving the pedagogical and professional competencies of Islamic Education teachers, as well as enhancing their motivation and discipline. Teachers become more systematic in lesson planning, more creative in using instructional methods and media, and demonstrate improved responsibility and work ethics. In conclusion, the implementation of the principal’s supervision at SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Utara has proven effective in enhancing the performance of Islamic Education teachers. The results showed that the implementation of character education was carried out through intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular programs, as well as the habituation of daily worship and Islamic school culture. Character values ​​include honesty, discipline, responsibility, noble character, and social concern. Supporting factors for its implementation include the role of teachers, the religious environment, and systematic school programs. However, there are obstacles such as variations in student character, limited facilities, and consistency challenges. Overall, the character education program at SDIT Al-Iman is running effectively and has a positive impact on student character development. The focus of this paper is the application of character education based on Islamic values. Character education based on Islam means character education whose components include moral knowledge, moral feelings, and moral actions. These morals are explored and developed based on Islamic values. The application of this character education aims to shape students' Islamic and tolerant character. This research utilized a literature review. Penelitian ini dilatar belakang oleh rendahnya kemampuan mengenal kata disebabkan penggunaan media yang kurang tepat, dibuktikan hasil pra tindakan awal sebesar 31,30%. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis and Taggart dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, refleksi. Proses penelitian dilaksanakan 2 siklus pada awal semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu anak usia 5-6 tahun yang berjumlah 12 anak. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media ular tangga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal kata. Hasil siklus I 65,97 % kemudian meningkat 15,50% pada siklus II menjadi 81, 47%. Peningkatan mengenal kata meliputi anak dapat menunjukan kata sesuai gambar, anak dapat menirukan kata dengan membaca tulisan, anak dapat memasangkan gambar dan simbol kedalam kata. The research focuses on strategies for improving teacher competency, the principal's leadership role, and a collaborative work culture, as well as their impact on educational quality. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the principal, teachers, and educational staff.</p> <p>The results indicate that improving educational quality at SMP Negeri 1 Wonomulyo is achieved through four main strategies: (1) improving teacher competency and professionalism through training and MGMP activities; (2) strengthening the principal's role as an inspiring and participatory learning leader; (3) establishing a collaborative work culture among school members; and (4) improving the motivation and well-being of teaching staff. These four strategies have been shown to have a positive impact on improving teacher performance, student enthusiasm for learning, and creating a conducive school climate.</p> <p>This study concludes that strengthening human resources is a key factor in improving educational quality. Continuous efforts to develop competencies, leadership, and work culture can create adaptive, productive, and quality-oriented schools. This research is qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects were one hyperactive child, the classroom teacher, and the school principal. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the application of puzzle play therapy helped reduce hyperactive behavior, increased concentration, patience, and problem-solving skills. The child began to sit calmly for longer periods and demonstrated better focus during learning. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan karakter di SMP Tahfidz Plus Pondok Pesantren Istana Al-Qur'an diimplementasikan melalui empat fungsi manajemen: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Pada tahap perencanaan, sekolah merancang program pembiasaan dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang berfokus pada nilai-nilai karakter Islam. Tahap pengorganisasian melibatkan pembagian tanggung jawab yang jelas di antara guru, mentor asrama, dan administrator sekolah. Implementasi pendidikan karakter diintegrasikan ke dalam kegiatan akademik dan keagamaan seperti menghafal Al-Qur'an (tahfidz), shalat berjamaah, dan keterlibatan sosial. Sementara itu, pengawasan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan melalui evaluasi perilaku dan disiplin. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada guru PAI alumni PPG. Instrumen penelitian disusun berdasarkan indikator profesionalisme guru dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 dan nilai-nilai Qur’ani seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan amanah. These findings confirm that effective school leadership management significantly contributes to improving teacher performance, which ultimately affects the overall quality of education. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SBM in this school has been implemented through the active involvement of the principal, teachers, school committee, and community in decision making, resource management, and increasing teacher capacity. The improvement in the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning can be seen from the improvement in the quality of learning planning, varied methods, and continuous evaluation. Supporting factors for the implementation of SBM include the visionary and collaborative leadership of the principal, and a supportive school culture. Human resource development plays a crucial role in creating professional, innovative, and highly competitive educators. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teachers, and education staff. The results indicate that HRD at MA Radhiyatan Mardhiyyah Putri is implemented through three main strategies: (1) enhancing professional competence through training and workshops, (2) fostering spiritual and Islamic character development, and (3) strengthening a collaborative and innovative work culture. Regular training programs have improved teachers’ understanding of modern learning methods and educational technology, while religious and moral guidance has played a key role in shaping work ethics and moral responsibility. Supporting factors in HRD include strong support from school leadership, teachers’ enthusiasm for learning, and adequate training facilities. However, challenges remain, such as limited budget, time constraints, and varying levels of individual competence. Overall, human resource development has had a positive impact on improving work productivity, motivation, and the quality of learning at the madrasah. Informants in this study were Education Personnel, Educators and students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Test the validity of the data by increasing diligence in research and using reference materials. The results of the study indicate that HR management is implemented through teacher needs planning, recruitment and selection, competency development, performance assessment, and motivation. Although most processes are running well, there are still obstacles such as limited professional educators, training competencies that are not yet sustainable, and learning support facilities that need to be improved. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang analisisnya dengan data numerikal (Angka) yang diolah dengan metode statistika, dalam penelitian ini Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu guru tetap di SMK Negeri X Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 30 orang. Berdasarkan Output perhitungan korelasidi atas, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel (0,004&lt; 0,05). Nilai 0,500 termasuk dalam nterval 0,40 – 0,599 dan tergolong kategori sedang, sehingga besar korelasi yang tunjukkan tidak terlalu lemah dan tidak terlalu kuat. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects of the study include PAI teachers, the head of the madrasah, and several students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results of the study indicate that PAI teachers play an important role as educators, mentors, role models, and motivators in developing students’ character. Character values such as religiosity, discipline, responsibility, and politeness are instilled through classroom learning activities, worship habituation, and teachers’ exemplary behavior in daily life at the madrasah. Supporting factors in character formation include a religious school environment and institutional support, while inhibiting factors involve students’ lack of awareness and negative external influences. Dua siklus perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan hasil, dan refleksi proses membentuk paradigma Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan McTaggart. Penelitian melibatkan dua belas anak dari kelompok B1. Observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yang dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dari pra-siklus ke siklus II, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keterampilan berpikir simbolik meningkat. Siklus I melihat peningkatan menjadi 50% dan siklus II menjadi 75% dalam kapasitas anak-anak untuk menyebutkan simbol angka 1-20, yang BB sama sekali dalam pra- siklus (0%). Pada siklus II, kemampuan berhitung menggunakan simbol angka meningkat dari 66% menjadi 75%, dan kemampuan mencocokkan angka dengan simbolnya meningkat dari 33% menjadi 25%. Persentase anak yang dapat mengidentifikasi huruf vokal dan konsonan meningkat dari 41% menjadi 66%, dan persentase anak yang dapat mendeskripsikan sesuatu menggunakan gambar atau kata-kata meningkat dari 33% menjadi 75%. The results indicate that teachers generally demonstrate good pedagogical competence, particularly in understanding early childhood characteristics and applying a play-based learning approach. However, some challenges remain, especially in utilizing digital learning media and developing appropriate evaluation instruments. Proses mengenal huruf sejalan serta proses kecakapan berbahasa secara fisik dan psikologis. Proses yang bersifat fisik menggambarkan kegiatan mengamati tulisan secara visual, anak mengenal dan membedakan gambar-gambar bunyi dan kombinasinya. Proses psikologi merupakan kegiatan berpikir dalam mengolah informasi. Media kartu huruf ialah kartu kecil yang berisi gambar, soal, konseep atau tanda simbol yang mengenalkan atau menuntun anak kepada sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan materi yang sedang dipelajari. Kartu tersebut biasanya berukuran 8x12 cm atau bisa disesuaikan dengan besar kecilnya yang dihadapi. Berdasarkan data awal di TK Negeri Pembina 01 OKU terdapat 3 siswa yang belum mampu mengenal huruf dari 15 siswa. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada saat pembelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru. Penelitian ini adalah pnelitian tindakan kelas yang dimana dapat memperbaiki kondisi di dalam kelas dengan menggunakan suatu tindakan agar berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di SDN 1 Palapa, seperti komunikasi yang baik, pemberian penghargaan, dan pelatihan profesional, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, di mana seluruh data lapangan bersifat fiktif namun disusun dengan kondisi realistis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMA Ilmu Al-Qur’an telah menerapkan manajemen mutu layanan pendidikan melalui peningkatan sarana prasarana, penyusunan program akademik yang terstruktur, pelayanan administrasi yang cepat, pembinaan kompetensi guru, serta pembangunan hubungan interpersonal yang baik antara pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik, dan orang tua. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang analisisnya dengan data numerikal (Angka) yang diolah dengan metode statistika, dalam penelitian ini Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu guru tetap di SMK Negeri X Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 30 orang. Berdasarkan Output perhitungan korelasidi atas, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel (0,004&lt; 0,05). Nilai 0,500 termasuk dalam nterval 0,40 – 0,599 dan tergolong kategori sedang, sehingga besar korelasi yang tunjukkan tidak terlalu lemah dan tidak terlalu kuat. The quality of educational services, particularly in IRE, is strongly influenced by the school’s managerial capacity in managing educational staff professionally, effectively, and with a focus on quality. Proper management of educational staff helps create a conducive work environment, efficient and accurate administrative services, and optimal support for IRE teaching and learning processes. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with the subjects consisting of the school principal, IRE teachers, educational staff, and students. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of educational staff resource management at SMKS Muhammadiyah Ambarawa was carried out through several strategic stages: (1) Planning of staff needs based on workload analysis and school requirements; (2) Recruitment and selection of educational staff oriented toward professional competence and Islamic values; (3) Training and professional development through administrative education workshops, digital service training, and strengthening Islamic work ethics; and (4) Performance evaluation conducted periodically to improve service effectiveness. These efforts have positively impacted work discipline, administrative efficiency, and the establishment of a productive and religious work environment. Supporting factors for the successful implementation of educational staff management include visionary leadership from the principal, strong teamwork, and an organizational culture grounded in Islamic values. Meanwhile, the challenges encountered include limited technological facilities, heavy workloads, and the need for further competency development among some staff members. The study concludes that well-planned, structured, and Islam-based management of educational staff resources is key to improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education services at SMKS Muhammadiyah Ambarawa. The results showed that the role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher as an educator was not optimal, due to the lack of volume of meetings between teachers and students, the lack of teacher efforts to monitor student development through portfolio assessment, the lack of intensive efforts to instill moral values in students, the lack of mastery of learning materials , did not arrange the learning program properly, did not implement the learning program and evaluate the results and the learning process optimally. The findings revealed that efforts to improve HR quality at SMAN 1 Palibelo were carried out through several key strategies, namely: (1) developing teacher competencies through training, workshops, and teacher working group (KKG/MGMP) activities to strengthen professional skills; (2) enhancing the discipline and work ethic of education staff through regular supervision and evaluation systems; (3) fostering students’ character through extracurricular programs, literacy activities, and habituation of religious and national values within the school environment; and (4) optimizing the use of information technology in both teaching and school management processes. The main supporting factors for the success of HR development programs at SMAN 1 Palibelo include visionary school leadership, support from the school committee, and a collaborative spirit among school members. However, the study also identified several challenges, such as limited training facilities, time constraints for self-development, and varying levels of teachers’ digital literacy. Social attitude is one of the essential aspects of early childhood development, as it forms the foundation for character building, interpersonal interaction, and cooperative behavior among peers. Preliminary observations indicated that some children still exhibited egocentric behavior, had difficulty sharing, and lacked effective communication skills within group activities. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a learning method that naturally stimulates empathy and cooperation through engaging play-based experiences. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects consisted of group B teachers and children aged 5–6 years at TK IT Peradaban Kayuagung. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of learning activities using the role-playing method. The data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, following Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis model. The results showed that the application of the role-playing method effectively improved children’s social attitudes, particularly in aspects of cooperation, empathy, responsibility, and interpersonal communication. Children became more capable of sharing roles, respecting others, and understanding their peers’ emotions when enacting various social situations such as family, school, and marketplace settings. The teacher’s role was also crucial in facilitating these activities—providing examples, motivating students, and guiding reflection after each session. Furthermore, a supportive learning environment and diverse play materials enhanced the effectiveness of the social learning process. In conclusion, the role-playing method is an effective and enjoyable learning strategy to foster social attitudes among early childhood learners. Through structured play experiences, children not only gain meaningful learning but also develop an understanding of social and moral values in contextual ways. The challenge for tahfidz educational institutions is to balance memorization of the Qur'an (cognitive/psychomotor) with spiritual development (affective) and the development of students' unique potential. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews with ma'had leaders, asatidz (teachers), and students, as well as curriculum documentation studies and coaching notes. The results of the study (hypothetical) show that Ma'had Al Ukhuwah implements qolbu management through three stages: (1) Planning: Integration of the values ​​of tazkiyatun nafs (soul cleansing) into the daily curriculum. (2) Implementation: Through routine programs such as congregational qiyamul lail, daily muhasabah (introspection), structured tausiyah fajar (advice), and riyadhah (spiritual practice). (3) Evaluation: Using observations of noble morals and self-development notes. This implementation has a significant positive impact on character education, which is reflected in the increase in students' discipline, honesty, and humility. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa strategi implementasi yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah berfokus pada pengembangan kurikulum, peningkatan kompetensi guru, serta penumbuhan karakter siswa. Temuan ini juga memperlihatkan hubungan antara efektivitas manajerial dengan kinerja sekolah secara keseluruhan. The research employs a quantitative correlational approach. The subjects consisted of the principal, PAI teachers, and students of grades VIII and IX. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the management of educational facilities and infrastructure and the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning. Schools with well-managed facilities tend to provide a more conducive learning environment, which encourages students to be more active and motivated in learning. Morality is a fundamental aspect in shaping students’ character to behave according to moral, social, and spiritual values. However, field observations indicate that some students still experience moral degradation, such as showing disrespect toward teachers, lacking empathy for peers, and demonstrating low levels of responsibility and discipline. Therefore, school-based guidance and counseling services play a crucial role in guiding, nurturing, and improving student behavior in accordance with Islamic moral values (<em>akhlaq al-karimah</em>). This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with research subjects consisting of guidance and counseling (BK) teachers, subject teachers, and students of SMA Negeri Nibung. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the implementation of guidance and counseling in students’ moral development is carried out through three main stages: (1) preventive services, including moral education, character-building seminars, and religious activities; (2) curative services, providing individual counseling and behavioral intervention for students experiencing moral or disciplinary problems; and (3) developmental services, integrating values of responsibility, empathy, and discipline through extracurricular activities and positive habits within the school environment. The guidance and counseling teachers act as facilitators and motivators, guiding students to understand the importance of good morals in daily life. Supporting factors include collaboration between BK teachers and subject teachers, the support of the school principal, and a conducive school environment. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited time allocation for counseling, insufficient number of BK teachers, and external environmental influences that negatively affect students’ moral behavior. This study concludes that guidance and counseling play a strategic role in the moral development of students, both through preventive and curative approaches. Effective implementation not only helps correct students’ negative behavior but also fosters moral awareness and social responsibility. Pemahaman tentang kedisiplinan sangat penting dalam konteks pendidikan pesantren karena dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan karakter santri. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan program-program manajemen pendidikan yang diterapkan di pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pendekatan manajemen yang sistematis dalam pendidikan Islam terbukti mampu meningkatkan tingkat kedisiplinan santri. Program-program seperti penegakan aturan, pembinaan rutin, dan pengawasan yang ketat menjadi faktor kunci. Personality competency is an important aspect in the learning process, especially in early childhood education, because teachers are not only educators but also role models. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that teachers with strong personality competencies - such as patience, consistency, empathy, and discipline - are able to create a learning environment that supports the development of children's independence. The forms of independence that develop include children's ability to care for themselves, make simple decisions, and complete tasks without relying on others. This study concludes that strengthening teacher personality competency has a significant impact on fostering early childhood independence. Therefore, teacher professional development should not only focus on pedagogical and professional competencies, but also on fostering a strong and positive personality.</p> Moh. In the context of increasing educational demands, school leadership plays a pivotal role in improving teaching quality through planned, measurable strategies. The research aims to identify the principal’s strategic steps, evaluate their effectiveness, and understand their impact on teachers' pedagogical competence, discipline, and digital literacy. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The principal’s strategy was implemented through four key stages: SWOT-based internal-external analysis, strategic vision formulation, program implementation (training, supervision, teacher collaboration), and continuous evaluation with feedback integration. The findings indicate significant improvement in teacher performance, particularly in lesson preparation, attendance, and technology integration. These outcomes suggest that strategic planning based on participatory analysis and reflective evaluation can create a collaborative, adaptive, and forward-looking school culture. The study concludes that the role of a visionary and responsive principal is crucial in shaping a high-performing educational institution. These findings provide a practical model that can be adopted by other Islamic schools to improve teacher performance.
