This research uses a mixed methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative approach was conducted through a pretest–posttest design to measure the improvement of students mathematical communication skills, while the qualitative approach involved observations, interviews, and documentation to describe the learning process and student activities during the implementation of PjBL. The results showed that the implementation of PjBL had a positive effect on students mathematical communication skills. Posttest scores were higher than pretest scores, N-Gain. Observations and interviews indicated that students became more active, communicative, and confident in expressing mathematical ideas, as well as capable of using mathematical symbols and representations accurately. Project documentation also showed improvements in the quality of students mathematical communication, both in written and oral forms. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Project Based Learning (PjBL) is effective in enhancing students mathematical communication skills, improving both learning outcomes and the quality of the learning process.</p> Fransisca Anggalia Copyright (c) 2025 UNISAN JURNAL https://journal.an-nur.ac.id/ 2025-11-05 2025-11-05 4 11 13 21 MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM SEBAGAI UPAYA PENGUATAN NILAI AKHLAK MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA https://journal.an-nur.ac.id/index.php/unisanjournal/article/view/5223 <p>The reinforcement of students’ moral values is a central goal in Islamic education; however, its implementation through Indonesian language learning in madrasahs has rarely been studied holistically. <strong data-start="1981" data-end="1995">Objective:</strong> This study aims to describe the role of Islamic education management in moral value reinforcement, analyze the relationship between Islamic education management and Indonesian language learning, and formulate an integrative model for character development. The study employed a <strong data-start="2286" data-end="2331">qualitative descriptive literature review</strong>, analyzing relevant journals, books, research reports, and curriculum documents published using thematic analysis. Islamic education management plays a role in all phases planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating—to build Indonesian language learning that systematically instills moral values. The integrative model emphasizes the synergy between Islamic education management and language learning as a medium for internalizing ethics, distinguishing it from previous studies that focused separately on general Islamic education, curriculum development, or higher education.
