Supervision activities for school principals at SMK Budi Mulya Kasiman Bojonegoro are carried out in a planned and sustainable manner with the aim of improving teacher performance in learning. Even though teacher performance was good before supervision was held, it was not yet optimal. The problem in this study is to examine the implementation of supervision by the principal and teacher performance in learning at the SMK Budi Mulya Kasiman Bojonegoro . The problem of this research is how is the Implementation of Supervision of the Madrasa Head in Improving the Performance of Islamic Religion Education Teachers at the SMK Budi Mulya Kasiman Bojonegoro Academic Year?. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the supervision of the Madrasa Head in improving teacher performance at the SMK Budi Mulya Kasiman Bojonegoro .This type of research is a qualitative research using data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses analysis to improve teacher performance at the SMK Budi Mulya Kasiman Bojonegoro .The results of the study can be concluded, first, planning for supervision activities by the principal starting at the beginning of the school year with reference to the subject schedule, planning a supervision program which is then socialized to all subject teachers to be known together so that teachers can understand the duties and responsibilities assigned to them. . Second, the implementation of Principal Supervision in Improving the Performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers At SMK Budi Mulya Kasiman Bojonegoro, principals use individual supervision techniques by involving senior teachers who are considered capable and understand the teaching and learning process. The principal supervises teachers by jointly coaching teachers, conducting individual supervision with class visits, class observations and individual meetings. Third, the follow-up program for the supervision of the principal in the form of general guidance through teacher council meetings. Fourth, the supervision of the principal is considered successful in improving the performance of PAI teachers, because the implementation of the supervision of the principal has been planned, systematic and sustainable.

Manajemen Pendidikan Karakter dalam Mengembangkan Minat, Sikap, dan Perilaku Positif Siswa SMA IT Al Binaa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter dalam mengembangkan minat, sikap, dan perilaku positif siswa di SMA IT Al Binaa. Fokus penelitian meliputi perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi program pendidikan karakter sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter di SMA IT Al Binaa telah dilakukan secara sistematis dan terintegrasi dalam kegiatan akademik dan ekstrakurikuler. Tahap perencanaan meliputi perancangan kurikulum berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dan pembinaan budaya sekolah yang religius. Implementasinya diwujudkan melalui keteladanan guru, pembiasaan ibadah, kegiatan pendampingan, serta penegakan disiplin dan tanggung jawab dalam rutinitas sehari-hari. Evaluasi berkelanjutan dilakukan oleh wali kelas dan konselor untuk memantau sikap dan perilaku siswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berpengaruh positif terhadap minat belajar, kesantunan, dan disiplin siswa. Oleh karena itu, manajemen pendidikan karakter di SMA IT Al Binaa berfungsi sebagai model yang efektif untuk pengembangan kepribadian dan karakter holistik di kalangan siswa.

IMPLEMENTASI TEKNIK MODELING UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN KEMAMPUAN SOSIAL ANAK USIA DINI PADA TK IT QURROTA ’AYUN TINGGEDE SIGI SULAWESI TENGAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi implementasi teknik modeling dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan sosial anak usia dini di TK IT Qurrota ’Ayun, Tinggede, Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah. Melalui observasi dan pengumpulan data dari berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran, langkah-langkah modeling digunakan untuk memperkuat interaksi sosial, kolaborasi, dan keterampilan komunikasi anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak yang terlibat dalam aktivitas modeling mampu menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan sosial mereka, seperti berbagi, bekerja sama, dan berempati. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran teknik modeling sebagai alat strategis dalam pengembangan kemampuan sosial anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembang kurikulum dan pendidik dalam merancang program yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosial anak di lingkungan pendidikan usia dini.

PENGEMBANGAN NILAI AGAMA DAN MORAL ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN

Latar belakang penelitian ini merujuk pada pengembangan nilai agama dan moral anak yang materinya disusun secara terencana dan sistematis. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan pengembangan nilai agama dan moral anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu Sari Teladan Kemiling Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan proses observasi pra penelitian ditemukan bahwa anak berprilaku sopan, menghargai orang yang baru dikenal, bertanggung jawab dan disiplin. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu semua anak kelompok B dan informan penelitiannya kepala sekolah, tenaga pendidik, dan orang tua. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data serta menarik kesimpulan. Selanjutnya untuk menjamin keabsahan data digunakan teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara umum pengembangan nilai agama dan moral telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan pembiasaan perilaku sopan, menyalami semua guru ketika datang, menggunakan magic word (maaf, tolong, permisi, terimakasih), bertanggung jawab atas apa yang dikerjakan, disiplin mengikuti semua kegiatan sekolah dan dibiasakan untuk antri.

MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR AL-QUR’AN HADITS MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PORTOFOLIO

This study aims to determine the effect of portfolio-based learning models on motivation and learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject in class VII students of SMP IT Salman Bin Aswet NU Lae Ijuk, Aceh Singkil Regency, Academic Year 2024/2025. The background of this study is the low learning motivation and less than optimal learning outcomes of students in understanding the Al-Qur'an Hadith material. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, learning motivation questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The results of the study showed that the application of the portfolio-based learning model significantly increased student learning motivation as indicated by an increase in the motivation questionnaire scores before and after treatment. In addition, student learning outcomes also increased significantly compared to the control class using conventional learning methods. These findings indicate that the portfolio-based learning model is effective in increasing motivation and learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an Hadith. Therefore, it is recommended that Al-Qur'an Hadith subject teachers consider using this model as an innovative alternative in the learning process.

This article aims to understand the definition of ADHD, the causes of ADHD, the characteristics of ADHD, education for ADHD, and games for ADHD. ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, and clinical characteristics that can make it difficult for them to interact at home, school, work, and social settings. The causes of ADHD include genetics, parental dietary patterns during pregnancy, poor parenting, environmental factors such as lead poisoning, food addiction, and allergic reactions, which can lead to undesirable outcomes such as defiance or rule-breaking, difficulty socializing with others, lack of self-confidence, poor organizational skills, boredom, and anxiety. It is important for us to understand ADHD so we won't be surprised if we encounter a child with ADHD

SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN DI SD ISLAM INTEGRAL LUQMAN AL HAKIM BATAM TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help the teachers in developing their ability to manage the learning process in order to achieve the learning targets. Supervision which was conducted by Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam was an aid that guides the teacher in planning the learning, implementing the learning process, evaluating the students’ learning outcome, and following up the supervision’s results in order to improve the quality of learning in Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam. This study aims to: 1) describe and analyze the principal academic supervision of SMP Muhammadiyah in improving the quality of learning, 2) describe the implementation strategy of principal academic supervision of Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam in improving the quality of learning, 3) describe and analyze the implication of the principal academic supervision of Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam in improving the quality of learning.This study applied descriptive qualitative approach. The source of the data were principal, vice principal of curriculum, vice principal of quality guarantor, teachers of Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam. The data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation. As for the validity test using triangulation techniques data and sources, while the data analysis using interactive analysis techniques. Based on the research findings, it could be concluded as follows: (1) the principal’s of Di SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam academic supervision programs were prepared based on the supervision analysis results and the previous monitoring results of the learning process; the principal’s academic supervision programs were arranged at the beginning of the school year by identifying the problems, setting the goals, and determining the implementation time in advance. Those activities engaged the roles of vice principal of curriculum, vice principal of quality guarantor, and teachers that were done systematically, (2) the implementation strategy of the principal’s academic supervision included: indirect and direct supervision, classroom visit supervision, and observation of the teachers’ activity inside as well as outside the classroom, and the following-up implementation of academic supervision result in the form of personal and group coaching. (3) the implication of principal’s academic supervision were: (a) the improvement in the teachers’ ability in designing learning sets (b) the improvement in the teachers’ ability in implementing the learning process, (c) the improvement in the teachers’ ability in evaluating the students’ learning outcomes.

School Based Management (SBM). It is a system consisting of elements and therefore the results of educational activities in schools are the collective result of all school elements. In this way of thinking, all school elements must understand the concept of SBM, why and how SBM is organized. Schools implementing SBM must make a school development plan. School development plans generally include the formulation of the school's vision, mission, goals and implementation strategy. Meanwhile, the school's annual work plan generally includes identifying school goals (school situational goals), selecting school functions needed to achieve the identified goals, SWOT analysis, problem-solving steps, and preparing an annual school work plan and program. The following describes briefly the formulation of the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the school (school situational goals). The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of school-based management in an effort to improve the quality of teaching the Pendidikan Agama Islam SMP N 1 Bambel in the 2024/2025 academic year. This type of research is evaluation research using qualitative research methods. According to Sugiyono, evaluation research is research that aims to compare an event, activity and product with established standards and programs, so that evaluation research functions to explain phenomena. Based on the results of observational interviews, and documentation regarding the implementation of school- based management in the implementation of school-based management in an effort to improve the quality of learning Aqidah Akhlak SMP N 1 Bambel for the 2024/2025 academic year at the planning stage is quite good.

Media Permainan Kartu Huruf Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Pada Pendidikan Anak Di TK IT RABBANI Muara Enim Tahun Pelajaran 2025/2026

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan media permainan kartu huruf sebagai alat bantu dalam pembelajaran bahasa bagi anak-anak di TK IT RABBANI Muara Enim. Pendidikan bahasa pada usia dini sangat penting, karena periode ini merupakan fase kritis di mana anak-anak mulai mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa mereka. Dengan menggunakan permainan kartu huruf, diharapkan anak-anak dapat belajar mengenali huruf, memperluas kosakata, dan meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara mereka dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode kualitatif, di mana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kartu huruf tidak hanya meningkatkan kemahiran berbahasa, tetapi juga memfasilitasi perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dan praktisi pendidikan dalam merancang kurikulum yang lebih efektif.

Manajemen Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah terhadap Kinerja Guru MTs N 1 Wakatobi Sulawesi Tenggara

This study aims to explore how the leadership management of the head of the madrasah influences teacher performance at MTs N 1 Wakatobi Sulawesi Tenggara. The main focus of this research is on the leadership strategies implemented by the madrasah principal in managing, guiding, and motivating teachers to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process. As a leader in an educational institution, the madrasah principal plays a strategic role in creating a conducive work environment, providing clear direction, and developing teachers’ potential continuously. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and administrative staff. The findings revealed that the principal of MTs N 1 Wakatobi Sulawesi Tenggara oapplies participative and transformational leadership styles, in which teachers are actively involved in decision-making, encouraged to innovate, and supported to foster collaboration. Supervision and performance evaluations are conducted systematically through academic supervision and regular coaching. Supporting factors for the success of this leadership management include effective communication, discipline, and adequate educational facilities. However, challenges remain, such as limited supporting infrastructure and the need to enhance the professionalism of some teachers through continuous training. Therefore, it can be concluded that effective leadership management of the madrasah principal significantly contributes to improving teacher performance, which ultimately has a positive impact on the overall quality of education at the institution.

Upaya Meningkatkan Kreativitas Melalui Metode Proyek Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Negeri Pembina 8 OKU Kecamatan Sosoh Buairayap Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan observasi di lapangan, ditemukan 9 dari 12 anak pada kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina 8 OKU yang mengalami hambatan dalam kreativitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui metode proyek pada kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina 8 OKU. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B di TK Negeri Pembina 8 OKU. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 3 siklus, setiap siklusnya dilaksanakan empat pertemuan dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi penelitian ini difokuskan pada penggunaan metode proyek. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) kegiatan metode proyek dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak (2) peningkatan kreativitas anak pada kondisi awal 25% sementara pada siklus I menjadi 41,7% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 66,7% dan pada siklus III mencapai 100%. Saran yang dikemukakan antara lain (1) bagi guru, agar meningkatkan proses pembelajaran variatif

Pengembangan Media Apron Hitung Dalam Pembelajaran Berhitung Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di PAUD Bhakti Ibu OKU Selatan

This study aims to develop an innovative learning medium called the Counting Apron to enhance numeracy skills among children aged 5–6 years at PAUD Bhakti Ibu, South OKU. The media was designed as a concrete learning tool based on educational play activities to foster children’s interest and understanding of numerical concepts in an enjoyable way. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Borg & Gall model, which includes stages of needs analysis, design, development, expert validation, limited trials, and product revision. The subjects consisted of 15 children from group B and 3 early childhood teachers. Data were collected through observation, interviews, validation questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the Counting Apron received an average validation score of 91% from media experts and 93% from material experts, categorized as “very feasible.” Field trials also indicated an improvement in children’s numeracy skills, with an average score increase from 67% to 89%. Therefore, the Counting Apron media is considered effective and engaging as a learning tool for numeracy activities in early childhood education.

PENERAPAN METODE PAKISTANI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN TAHFIDZ AL-QUR'AN DI SDN 4 PENUKAL UTARA

To achieve the desired goals in studying Tahfidz Al-Quran, the method used is crucial. The Pakistani Tahfidz method is employed at the SDN 4 Penukal Utara to teach Tahfidz Al-Quran. The Tahfidz Al-Quran program at this SDN 4 Penukal Utara is implemented in a distinctive manner. The aim of this research is to describe and examine the application of the Pakistani method in Tahfidz learning at the SDN 4 Penukal Utara , including its implementation and evaluation. This study uses qualitative methods with a field research approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results indicate that the implementation of the Pakistani method in Tahfidz learning has several impacts: students become more focused on memorization, develop a confident personality, and become accustomed to memorizing in front of large audiences.

KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DAN PROPESIONALISME GURU PAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK SMP AL AZHAR SYIFA BUDI CIBINONG 2024/2025

This study aims to describe the pedagogical competence and professionalism of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in enhancing students’ learning motivation at SMP Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Cibinong in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results showed that PAI teachers demonstrated strong pedagogical competence in managing learning activities, understanding students’ characteristics, and applying various engaging learning strategies. Furthermore, their professionalism was reflected in discipline, responsibility, mastery of subject matter, and the use of educational technology. The combination of these two competencies significantly increased students’ motivation to learn, as indicated by their active participation, diligence in completing assignments, and growing interest in PAI subjects. Therefore, pedagogical competence and teacher professionalism play a crucial role in shaping students’ motivation and fostering a positive learning environment.

IMPLEMENTASI KEGIATAN MERONCE DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTORIK HALUS ANAK USIA 4-5 TAHUN DI TK TASKA BANDAR LAMPUNG

This study aims to describe the implementation of stringing activities in improving the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years at TK Taska Bandar Lampung. Fine motor skills are very important skills for early childhood, because they influence children's independence and readiness to participate in further learning activities. One effective method to develop children's fine motor skills is through stringing activities, namely arranging small objects such as beads or straws into strings in certain patterns. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of class teachers, students, and the principal. The results of the study indicate that stringing activities are carried out routinely in daily thematic learning, with a play-while-learning approach. The teacher provided directions, engaging media, and concrete examples of stringing to help children understand the activity's objectives. Children demonstrated improved fine motor skills, such as the ability to grasp small objects, control hand and finger movements, and eye-hand coordination. Factors contributing to the success of this activity included the availability of varied media, active teacher involvement, and children's enthusiasm for participating. Inhibiting factors included children's lack of concentration and limited time. Thus, stringing activities have proven effective in stimulating fine motor development in children aged 4-5 years.

Manajemen Sarana Dan Parasana Pendidikan Dalam Meningkatkan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar Di SD Muhammdiyah 2 Ambon 2025/2026

Manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan memainkan peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar, termasuk di SD Muhammadiyah 2 Ambon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana manajemen yang efektif terhadap sarana dan prasarana dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dari observasi, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemeliharaan yang baik terhadap sarana fisik, seperti ruang kelas yang nyaman, perpustakaan yang memadai, dan alat-alat pembelajaran yang modern, berhubungan positif dengan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, manajemen prasarana yang baik berkontribusi pada penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan kondusif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya evaluasi berkala dan pelatihan bagi pengelola sarana prasarana untuk memastikan pengelolaan yang lebih profesional dan efisien.

PEMANFAATAN MEDIA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM SEBAGAI UPAYA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH SD NEGERI 168 PEKANBARU TAHUN PELAJARAN 2025/2026

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan media dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik di SD Negeri 168 Pekanbaru pada tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Seluruh data lapangan bersifat fiktif namun disusun menyerupai kondisi nyata pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran, seperti buku, audio-visual, dan alat peraga interaktif, mampu meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Guru PAI yang memanfaatkan media secara kreatif dan sistematis berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Kendala yang ditemui antara lain keterbatasan fasilitas media, variasi kemampuan guru dalam pemanfaatan media, dan perbedaan karakter peserta didik. Secara keseluruhan, pemanfaatan media terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar PAI di SD Negeri 168 Pekanbaru.

Pentingnya peran guru turut serta dalam keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan, hal ini sangat relevan dalam pembinaan akhlak yang penting bagi pembentukan sikap dan perilaku siswa, agar menjadi siswa yang baik dan bermoral karena pembentukan akhlak yang tinggi merupakan tujuan utama pendidikan Islam sekaligus menjadi pedoman untuk menjalani kehidupan sesuai ajaran Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa di SMK Mathla’un Nur Kota Metro. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan kualitatif, bentuk penelitiannya adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: akhlak siswa di SMK Mathla’un Nur Kota Metro sudah baik, ramah, dan santun. Namun demikian, masih ada yang akhlaknya perlu dibenahi seperti menghargai, patuh, sopan, santun, dan berjabat tangan ketika bertemu. Tujuannya agar siswa memiliki sikap toleransi terhadap sesama manusia. Penerapan akhlak siswa terhadap guru sangat penting yaitu menghormati guru, menaati guru dan menerapkan 5S serta memiliki karakter terhadap sesama teman seperti saling membantu, peduli dan kasih sayang, menghargai pendapat teman, dan saling menyapa di SMK Mathla’un Nur Kota Metro difokuskan pada empat peran yaitu: Sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, motivator dan evaluator dalam pembentukan akhlak dengan mengadakan kegiatan keagamaan yaitu shalat dhuhur berjamaah, membaca Al-Qur’an, Istiqosah, dan memperingati hari besar Islam, serta metode yang digunakan dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa yaitu metode cerita, keteladanan, pembiasaan dan demonstrasi.

Upaya Guru Aqidah Akhlak dalam Menanamkam Rasa Empati pada Siswa Kelas VIII di Madrasah Islamiyah Belawan Kota Medan

This study aims to describe the efforts of Aqidah Akhlak teachers in fostering a sense of empathy among eighth-grade students at Madrasah Islamiyah Belawan, Medan City, during the 2024/2025 academic year. Empathy is one of the essential moral values in shaping students’ character. Through empathy, students are expected to understand others’ feelings, appreciate differences, and develop attitudes of helpfulness and tolerance in everyday life. However, observations at school show that some students still lack social awareness—such as being indifferent toward peers in difficulty, easily engaging in conflicts, and struggling to manage emotions effectively. Therefore, the role of Aqidah Akhlak teachers is crucial in cultivating empathy through learning activities and exemplary behavior within the school environment. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects consisting of Aqidah Akhlak teachers and eighth-grade students of Madrasah Islamiyah Belawan. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Aqidah Akhlak teachers implement several strategies to instill empathy, including: (1) direct teaching, by integrating the value of empathy into moral lessons related to interpersonal ethics; (2) exemplary behavior (uswah hasanah) demonstrated in daily school interactions; (3) habit-forming activities, such as sharing with peers in need and engaging in school-based social activities; and (4) spiritual guidance, emphasizing that empathy is part of Allah’s command and the moral example of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Supporting factors include the school’s religious environment and cooperation among teachers, while inhibiting factors involve external environmental influences and low self-control among certain students. The study concludes that the role of Aqidah Akhlak teachers is highly strategic in cultivating students’ empathy through integrated learning approaches, exemplary conduct, and social habituation. The practice of empathy not only shapes students’ spiritual and moral character but also fosters a harmonious, tolerant, and respectful school climate.

This research analyzes active learning strategies in Akidah Akhlak learning. Active learning strategies are learning approaches that require active participation from students in the learning process. Active learning strategies are important to deepen the understanding and application of religious values in everyday life. The background of the research shows that the subject of Akidah Akhlak is very important to shape the morals and faith of students, but the implementation of learning is still often dominated by teachers and less interesting, so students become passive and unmotivated. The research method used is a qualitative research. The purpose of this study is to identify the form of active learning strategies, analyze their application in the Akidah Akhlak learning process in the classroom, and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of these strategies. This strategy can help students to be more active in understanding and mastering the subject matter, and can also develop critical thinking skills.

Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan guru dalam pembelajaran adalah dengan supervisi pendidikan. Supervisi adalah pembinaan yang berupa tuntunan atau pembinaan ke arah perbaikan situasi pendidikan pada umumya serta peningkatan mutu mengajar dan belajar. Supervisi dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah (supervisor) yang berperan untuk mengawasi kegiatan belajar mengajar, kinerja guru dll. Tujuan supervisi adalah untuk mengembangkan situasi yang lebih baik untuk melatih proses pembelajaran dan peningkatan profesi pengajaran. Studi yang dilakukan karena peneliti ingin mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang suatu kasus khusus Penelitian ini mengungkap secara khusus tentang pelaksanaan supervisi pengajarandankinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam di SMP Muhammadiyah Selat Panjang. Berdasarkan seluruh rangkaian analisis dan pembahasan data dapat disimpulkan mengenai pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pendidikan agama islam di SMP Muhammadiyah Selat Panjang adalah Perencanaan supervisi kepala sekolah dilakukan secara terencana, sistematis dan berkesinambungan. Pada tahap ini kepala sekolah melakukan tahap penentuan nama guru yang akan diobservasi, membentuk menetukan waktu pelaksanaan waktu observasi, menyusun kisi-kisi observasi dan menentukan apakah observasi kelas diketahui guru atau tidak, hal ini berdasarkan kesepakatan antara kepala sekolah dengan guru pendidikan agama islam. Pada pelaksanaan supervisi, sikap kepala sekolah ternyata ternyata tidak mengganggu jalannya proses pembeljaran pendidikan agama islam di kelas bahkan kepala sekolah diakhir jam pelajaran memberikan motivasi kepada peserta didik untuk terus belajar dengan rajin. Pada tahap tindak lanjut hasil supervisi dibahas bersama-sama antara guru pendidikan agama islam dengan kepala sekolah yanh membahas kekurangan- kekurangan guru dalam mengajar dengan harapan dimasa mendatang guru dapat memperbaikinya.

STRATEGI KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN DI SD N 1 KARYA TUNGGAL KECAMATAN KATIBUNG KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2025/2026

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SD N 1 Karya Tunggal, Kecamatan Katibung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan pada tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari observasi dan wawancara dengan 50 siswa dan 10 guru serta analisis dokumen, ditemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa strategi efektif yang diterapkan, seperti pelatihan guru, pengembangan kurikulum, dan peningkatan lingkungan belajar. Selain itu, implikasi dari hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan perlunya manajemen berbasis sekolah untuk memaksimalkan potensi guru dan siswa. Hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata akademik siswa hingga 15% dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pihak sekolah lain dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan kompetensi profesionalisme Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMP Ilmu Al-Qur’an Muara Baru, Kecamatan Kayuagung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, pada tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Seluruh data lapangan bersifat fiktif namun disusun menyerupai kondisi nyata di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesionalisme guru PAI berperan penting dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Guru yang memiliki penguasaan materi yang baik, keterampilan pedagogik, serta kemampuan membimbing dan memotivasi siswa secara efektif, mampu mendorong peserta didik mencapai prestasi akademik yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu, guru yang menerapkan metode pembelajaran bervariasi, memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, dan membangun interaksi positif dengan siswa, menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Kendala yang ditemukan termasuk perbedaan karakter peserta didik, keterbatasan fasilitas, dan variasi kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, kompetensi profesionalisme guru PAI terbukti memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMP Ilmu Al-Qur’an Muara Baru.

Untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik anak, orang tua harus memotivasi anak mereka dengan memberikan contoh positif dan mendorong mereka untuk berhasil. Orang tua juga dapat membantu anak mereka mengembangkan kebiasaan belajar yang baik dan memberikan bimbingan yang diperlukan untuk memilih karir yang sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuan mereka. Penerapan Pendekatan Kontekstual dalam Pembelajaran PAI untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa SMP Integrasi Annajiyah Lubuklinggau

This study aims to describe the implementation of the contextual approach in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning and to analyze its impact on improving students’ learning achievement at SMP Integrasi Annajiyah Lubuklinggau. Islamic Religious Education plays an essential role in shaping students’ religious, moral, and social character. However, preliminary observations revealed that many students were still less active during the learning process, and their learning outcomes in PAI were not yet optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to apply an innovative learning model that connects the learning material with real-life contexts so that students become more motivated and able to understand Islamic teachings in an applicable way. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with the research subjects consisting of PAI teachers and eighth-grade students at SMP Integrasi Annajiyah Lubuklinggau. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the contextual approach was carried out through seven main components: (1) constructivism, where students build their understanding of Islamic concepts from real experiences; (2) questioning, to encourage critical and reflective thinking; (3) inquiry, by involving students in explorative activities; (4) learning community, through collaborative group work and discussions; (5) modelling, by demonstrating Islamic moral behavior; (6) reflection, for evaluating students’ understanding and attitudes; and (7) authentic assessment, to measure learning outcomes comprehensively. This approach effectively increased students’ motivation, participation, and achievement, especially in cognitive and affective domains. Supporting factors include the school’s administrative support, the availability of contextual learning media, and teachers’ competence in designing innovative lessons. Challenges faced in implementation involve limited time and varying student learning abilities. Overall, the contextual approach proved effective in enhancing students’ learning achievement and understanding of Islamic values at SMP Integrasi Annajiyah Lubuklinggau. This study is expected to serve as a reference for Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing creative, applicable, and life-relevant learning strategies, ensuring that Islamic education not only focuses on theory but also cultivates moral character and Islamic behavior in daily life.

Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengembangan siswa di madrasah, terutama dalam membentuk kepribadian dan moral yang baik. Jurnal ini membahas aplikasi pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Masyariqul Anwar, Durian Payung, Tanjung Karang Pusat, Lampung untuk tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Melalui pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan keterlibatan orang tua, masyarakat, dan pendidik, diharapkan siswa dapat menginternalisasi nilai-nilai karakter yang diinginkan. Data yang diambil dari observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan siswa dan pengajar menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pendidikan karakter secara efektif meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap nilai-nilai seperti toleransi, kejujuran, dan disiplin. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 75% siswa merasa lebih bertanggung jawab terhadap tindakannya setelah mengikuti program pendidikan karakter. Oleh karena itu, jurnal ini mengusulkan model pendidikan karakter yang lebih inovatif dan adaptif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di madrasah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen supervisi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SD Negeri 1 Palapa, Tanjung Karang Pusat, Bandar Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan seluruh data bersifat fiktif namun disusun menyerupai kondisi riil pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di sekolah.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah melaksanakan supervisi melalui perencanaan yang sistematis, pelaksanaan supervisi kelas, pembinaan profesional, monitoring kegiatan pembelajaran, serta evaluasi kinerja guru. Supervisi yang dilakukan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial guru PAI. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan waktu supervisi, kesiapan guru yang tidak merata, dan kurangnya fasilitas pendukung pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, manajemen supervisi kepala sekolah terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas guru PAI dalam menjalankan tugas pembelajaran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 3 Ciasem Kabupaten Subang dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik terhadap baca tulis Al-Qur’an, faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat serta solusi yang ditawarkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik terhadap baca tulis Al-Qur’an. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap guru PAI di SMPN 3 Ciasem Kabupaten Subang yang berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) kompetensi guru PAI SMPN 3 Ciasem Kabupaten Subang diwujudkan dengan pembuatan rencana pembelajaran yang telah digariskan pemerintah dengan menggunakan form kurikulum 2013; 2) metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah dengan metode wahdah bil kitabah dan metode iqra’; 3) faktor pendukung terlaksananya pembelajaran PAI terdiri dari guru, peserta didik, dan lingkungan sekolah; 4) Hambatan yang dihadapi adalah waktu pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an yang singkat hanya 2 jam pelajaran, minimnya media pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an serta latar belakang peserta didik.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the principal’s academic supervision in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 4 Kotakarang, Teluk Betung Timur District, Bandar Lampung City, during the 2024/2025 academic year. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of the study include the principal, teachers, and educational staff. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the principal has implemented academic supervision systematically through planning, implementation, and follow-up activities. Supervision was carried out in the form of classroom visits, group discussions, and individual teacher coaching. The impact of academic supervision is evident in the improvement of teachers’ pedagogical competence, discipline, and the overall quality of the learning process and outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the principal’s academic supervision plays an important role in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 4 Kotakarang.

IMPLEMENTASI MEDIA PUZZLE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF DI TK CENDEKIA BARADATU WAY KANAN

This study iams to explore in depth the utilization of puzzle learning media in enhancing cognitive abilities at TK Cendekia Baradatu Way Kanan. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that the use of puzzles effectively improves children’s abilities in visual observation, pattern recognition, logical thinking, and problem-solving. Children also demonstrated improvements in concentration, perseverance, and self-confidence while completing puzzles. The strategies implemented by teachers were tailored to the age and developmental levels of the children. Puzzles not only served as engaging learning tools but also supported emotional and social development through interactive play activities. These findings suggest that puzzle media is an effective tool for creating contextual, meaningful learning that aligns with the developmental stages of early childhood.

Manajemen pendidikan karakter merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam konteks pendidikanr dalam mengembangkan minat, sikap, dan perilaku positif siswa di SMAN 1 Muara Sugihan yang berkualitas di masa depan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter dan mengidentifikasi strategi yang efektif dalam mencapai hasil yang positif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala Sekolah , guru, dan siswa, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMAN 1 Muara Sugihan telah berhasil menerapkan manajemen pendidikan karakter dengan melibatkan semua pihak dan mengintegrasikan karakter dalam kurikulum dan kegiatan Sekolah . Implementasi model pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan (PAKEM) juga meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran karakter. Pendekatan manajemen pendidikan karakter di SMAN 1 Muara Sugihan telah berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pengembangan minat, sikap, dan perilaku positif siswa. Rekomendasi bagi Sekolah -Sekolah lain adalah untuk memperkuat pelibatan semua pihak, mengintegrasikan karakter dalam kurikulum, dan menerapkan model pembelajaran PAKEM dalam upaya meningkatkan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang berharga untuk pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang implementasi efektif manajemen pendidikan karakter dalam konteks Sekolah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan karakter disiplin di MTs SA Al-Hidayah Damarpura sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu peserta didik. Pendidikan karakter disiplin merupakan salah satu pendekatan penting dalam mendidik generasi muda, terutama di lingkungan pendidikan formal. Melalui metode observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak sekolah dan siswa, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penerapan pendidikan karakter disiplin telah berhasil meningkatkan sikap dan perilaku siswa, baik dalam konteks akademik maupun sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 80% siswa menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kedisiplinan dan ketaatan terhadap aturan sekolah. Dengan meningkatnya disiplin, mutu pendidikan di sekolah juga mengalami perbaikan, salah satunya ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya nilai akademik dan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan karakter disiplin perlu terus dikembangkan dan dijadikan bagian integral dari kurikulum di MTs SA Al-Hidayah dan sekolah-sekolah lainnya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan karakter oleh pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an Wadil Qurra Gowa dalam mengembangkan kedisiplinan, kemandirian, dan akhlak mulia santri. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan seluruh data lapangan bersifat fiktif namun disusun secara realistis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter dilaksanakan melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, penguatan rutinitas ibadah, pengawasan intensif, serta kegiatan pembinaan kepribadian. Implementasi tersebut berjalan efektif, meskipun terdapat kendala seperti perbedaan latar belakang santri dan keterbatasan sarana pendukung.

The type of research used is qualitative research and is descriptive in nature,

namely research that describes the function of school principal management in improving teacher performance at SMPN 5 Bandar Lampung, Jabung District, East Lampung Regency. Sources of data in this study are: (1) Primary data, consisting of school principals, deputy principals of Madrasahs, staff/employees, teachers; (2) Secondary data, obtained from library research and documentation. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of data analysis is done by processing data (selecting, classifying, summarizing results, and making data reduction).

The results of the study show that the principal has carried out the stages of the management function well from the planning stage to controlling, however, sometimes there are obstacles in the implementation, this is due to the lack of professional teachers,

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in improving the learning competence of Islamic Education at SMP IT Ibnu Qayyim, Bone Regency. The learning competencies discussed include pedagogical, professional, social, and personal aspects, which are essential for the success of education based on Islamic values. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving PAI teachers, the school principal, and students. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that PAI teachers play a strategic role in enhancing learning competence through several efforts: (1) developing lesson plans that are character-based and contextualized with Islamic values; (2) implementing active and collaborative learning methods such as discussions, religious projects, and daily worship practices; (3) conducting continuous evaluations that assess cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains; and (4) serving as moral exemplars and motivators who nurture students’ religious spirit in the school environment. Supporting factors for this role include the principal’s support, a strong religious school culture, and parental involvement, while inhibiting factors stem from limited time, learning facilities, and diverse student backgrounds. The findings emphasize that improving Islamic Education learning competence depends not only on methodological mastery but also on the integrity and exemplary behavior of PAI teachers in applying Islamic values in daily practice. Therefore, PAI teachers are expected to continuously enhance their professionalism through training, self-reflection, and innovative teaching approaches aligned with current educational developments while remaining grounded in Islamic principles.

This study aims to describe the form of academic supervision carried out by the principal of the Ibnu Abbas Islamic Boarding School in Bojonegoro and how this supervision influences the improvement of the performance of Islamic Education teachers. Educational supervision plays a very important role in the Islamic education system because it functions to improve the quality of educators, the effectiveness of the learning process, and student learning outcomes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of educational supervision in Islamic boarding schools does not only focus on improving academic competence, but also on spiritual development, morality, and exemplary behavior of both teachers and students. Supervision is carried out with the principles of deliberation, guidance, and exemplary behavior that refer to Islamic values. The main challenges faced by teachers include limited supporting facilities, differences in ability to understand concepts and the application of authentic assessment, and a lack of focus on students in the final stages of development. Overall, this study concludes that Islamic-based supervision has the potential to shape professional, innovative, and noble educators in creating an integrated learning process between intellectual and spiritual aspects. It shows that academic supervision is implemented through planning, classroom observation, ongoing training, and structured evaluation. The implementation of academic supervision has been proven to be able to improve pedagogical competence, professionalism, and teacher work responsibilities.

Program Bina Pribadi Islam (BPI) merupakan salah satu bentuk pembinaan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam yang dirancang melalui berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program Bina Pribadi Islam (BPI) dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Naringgul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program BPI secara konsisten mendorong terbentuknya karakter religius pada siswa, seperti kedisiplinan dalam beribadah, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, serta kepedulian sosial. Pelaksaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendekatan sistematis dan penuh keteladanan melalui peran aktif murobi dalam membimbing siswa. Temuan ini dianalisis berdasarkan teori karakter Thomas Lickona (moral knowing, moral feeling, moral action) dan konsep pendidikan karakter Ki Hadjar Dewantara (ngerti, ngrasa, ngelakoni) yang keduanya menekankan pentingnya proses internalisasi nilai melalui pemahaman, penghayatan, dan pengamalan secara berkelanjutan. Program BPI terbukti relevan sebagai bentuk pendidikan karakter integral yang tidak hanya menanamkan nilai-nilai pengetahuan agama, tetapi juga membentuk kepribadian yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai akhlak mulia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran etos kerja Kepala Madrasah MI Qur'an Al-Qudwah Palabuhanratu Kabupaten Sukabumi dalam membangun budaya disiplin di kalangan guru dan siswa. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, studi ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja Kepala Madrasah sangat berpengaruh dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang disiplin. Implementasi nilai-nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab oleh Kepala Madrasah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan. Selain itu, pengaruh etos kerja ini juga berdampak pada motivasi siswa dan guru dalam menjalankan tugas mereka sehari-hari. Rata-rata kepuasan guru terhadap kebijakan disiplin mencapai 85%, menunjukkan bahwa kultur disiplin yang kuat terbentuk berkat kepemimpinan yang baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangsih positif bagi pengembangan pendidikan di madrasah serta memberikan referensi bagi Kepala Madrasah lainnya.

This research is motivated by differences in the leadership effectiveness of the Pagar Nusa Pencak Silat extracurricular mentors in two schools with different social and cultural contexts. The urgency of this research lies in the importance of understanding how differences in the leadership styles of extracurricular mentors influence organizational effectiveness and student character development in different cultural contexts. The research used a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. The researcher acted as the primary instrument, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions validated by source triangulation. The results show that the mentor's leadership plays a crucial role in determining the direction, effectiveness, and sustainability of Pagar Nusa activities. At Darul Falah Integrated Junior High School, the mentor applies a participatory-visionary leadership style that is adaptive to technology and urban culture. The strategy focuses on student empowerment, collaboration, and the integration of character values and school culture, thereby increasing motivation and achievement. In contrast, at An-Nidhomiyah Islamic Junior High School, the mentor applies an authoritarian-spiritual leadership style rooted in the religious values and culture of Islamic boarding schools. The strategy emphasizes discipline, morality, and religious cultural practices such as tahlil, suwuk, and informal communication with spiritual nuances to strengthen students' emotional bonds and Islamic values

This study aims to determine the relationship between the management of educational facilities and infrastructure and the improvement of the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMPN Satu Atap 1 Sragi, South Lampung Regency, in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research employs a quantitative correlational approach. The subjects consisted of the principal, PAI teachers, and students of grades VIII and IX. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the management of educational facilities and infrastructure and the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning. Schools with well-managed facilities tend to provide a more conducive learning environment, which encourages students to be more active and motivated in learning. The findings indicate that effective management of facilities—including planning, procurement, utilization, and maintenance—plays an important role in supporting the quality of learning, especially in moral and religious aspects.Thus, improving the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is a crucial effort to enhance the overall quality of Islamic Religious Education learning in schools.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the principal’s supervision in improving the performance of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Utara. The focus of the research includes the planning, implementation, and follow-up stages of supervision conducted by the principal to enhance teacher performance. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving the principal, Islamic Education teachers, and the vice principal for curriculum affairs as research subjects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of the principal’s supervision at SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Utara is carried out in a well-planned and continuous manner through three main stages. First, the planning stage involves preparing the supervision schedule, determining focus areas, and coordinating with subject teachers. Second, the implementation stage includes classroom observations, professional guidance, reflective discussions, and feedback on teacher performance. Third, the follow-up stage involves follow-up meetings, training programs, and regular performance evaluations. The supervision conducted by the principal plays a crucial role in improving the pedagogical and professional competencies of Islamic Education teachers, as well as enhancing their motivation and discipline. Teachers become more systematic in lesson planning, more creative in using instructional methods and media, and demonstrate improved responsibility and work ethics. In conclusion, the implementation of the principal’s supervision at SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Utara has proven effective in enhancing the performance of Islamic Education teachers. Supervision that is systematic, participatory, and oriented toward professional development fosters a harmonious and productive work atmosphere within the school environment.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education based on Islamic values at Al-Iman Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Bojongsari Depok in the 2024–2025 academic year. The research method used was qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of character education was carried out through intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular programs, as well as the habituation of daily worship and Islamic school culture. Character values include honesty, discipline, responsibility, noble character, and social concern. Supporting factors for its implementation include the role of teachers, the religious environment, and systematic school programs. However, there are obstacles such as variations in student character, limited facilities, and consistency challenges. Overall, the character education program at SDIT Al-Iman is running effectively and has a positive impact on student character development. The focus of this paper is the application of character education based on Islamic values. Character education based on Islam means character education whose components include moral knowledge, moral feelings, and moral actions. These morals are explored and developed based on Islamic values. The application of this character education aims to shape students' Islamic and tolerant character. This research utilized a literature review. The results of this study indicate that the application of character education requires seriousness, habituation, and the inculcation of values.

MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL KATA MELALUI MEDIA ULAR TANGGA UNTUK ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal kata melalui media ular tangga untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Abdur Rohman Bungamas. Penelitian ini dilatar belakang oleh rendahnya kemampuan mengenal kata disebabkan penggunaan media yang kurang tepat, dibuktikan hasil pra tindakan awal sebesar 31,30%. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis and Taggart dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, refleksi. Proses penelitian dilaksanakan 2 siklus pada awal semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu anak usia 5-6 tahun yang berjumlah 12 anak. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media ular tangga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal kata. Hasil siklus I 65,97 % kemudian meningkat 15,50% pada siklus II menjadi 81, 47%. Peningkatan mengenal kata meliputi anak dapat menunjukan kata sesuai gambar, anak dapat menirukan kata dengan membaca tulisan, anak dapat memasangkan gambar dan simbol kedalam kata. Langkah-langkah media ular tangga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal kata adalah 1) peneliti membuat media sesuai dengan tema, 2) peneliti menjelaskan cara memainkan media ular tangga, 3) peneliti membuat 2 kelompok untuk bermain media ular tangga.

Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan melalui Penguatan Sumber Daya Manusia di SMP Negeri 1 Wonomulyo

This study aims to describe efforts to improve educational quality by strengthening human resources (HR) at SMP Negeri 1 Wonomulyo, Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency, in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research focuses on strategies for improving teacher competency, the principal's leadership role, and a collaborative work culture, as well as their impact on educational quality. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the principal, teachers, and educational staff.

The results indicate that improving educational quality at SMP Negeri 1 Wonomulyo is achieved through four main strategies: (1) improving teacher competency and professionalism through training and MGMP activities; (2) strengthening the principal's role as an inspiring and participatory learning leader; (3) establishing a collaborative work culture among school members; and (4) improving the motivation and well-being of teaching staff. These four strategies have been shown to have a positive impact on improving teacher performance, student enthusiasm for learning, and creating a conducive school climate.

This study concludes that strengthening human resources is a key factor in improving educational quality. Continuous efforts to develop competencies, leadership, and work culture can create adaptive, productive, and quality-oriented schools. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for other schools in designing quality improvement programs based on human resource development.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of puzzle play therapy in handling hyperactive behavior in early childhood at TK Bunda Biaro Baru, Karang Dapo District, Musi Rawas Utara Regency, during the 2024/2025 academic year. This research is qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects were one hyperactive child, the classroom teacher, and the school principal. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the application of puzzle play therapy helped reduce hyperactive behavior, increased concentration, patience, and problem-solving skills. The child began to sit calmly for longer periods and demonstrated better focus during learning. It can be concluded that puzzle play therapy is effective as an educational therapeutic approach for managing hyperactive children in early childhood education settings.

Manajemen Pendidikan Karakter untuk Mengembangkan Minat, Bakat, dan Sikap Positif Siswa di Sekolah Tahfidz

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter dalam mengembangkan minat, bakat, dan sikap positif siswa di SMP Tahfidz Plus Pondok Pesantren Istana Al-Qur'an yang terletak di Desa Semangat Dalam, Kecamatan Alalak, Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan karakter di SMP Tahfidz Plus Pondok Pesantren Istana Al-Qur'an diimplementasikan melalui empat fungsi manajemen: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Pada tahap perencanaan, sekolah merancang program pembiasaan dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang berfokus pada nilai-nilai karakter Islam. Tahap pengorganisasian melibatkan pembagian tanggung jawab yang jelas di antara guru, mentor asrama, dan administrator sekolah. Implementasi pendidikan karakter diintegrasikan ke dalam kegiatan akademik dan keagamaan seperti menghafal Al-Qur'an (tahfidz), shalat berjamaah, dan keterlibatan sosial. Sementara itu, pengawasan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan melalui evaluasi perilaku dan disiplin. Penerapan manajemen pendidikan karakter terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan minat dan bakat siswa, baik di bidang akademik maupun non-akademik, serta menumbuhkan sikap positif seperti tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan semangat belajar. Oleh karena itu, penerapan manajemen pendidikan karakter di sekolah ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan potensi dan kepribadian siswa secara holistik.

Penelitian ini membahas peran guru dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan visual spasial anak-anak melalui penggunaan buku cerita bergambar di kelompok B1 TK Aisyiyah Ujanmas. Kecerdasan visual spasial adalah kemampuan untuk memahami, menghasilkan, dan menggunakan gambar dan ruang, yang sangat penting dalam proses belajar anak. Melalui studi ini, kami menemukan bahwa buku cerita bergambar dapat meningkatkan imajinasi dan kemampuan spatial anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa interaksi guru dengan anak-anak dalam konteks membaca cerita memberikan sumbangan signifikan terhadap kemampuan visual spasial. Buku cerita bergambar tidak hanya menarik perhatian tetapi juga menyediakan sarana bagi anak untuk berlatih memahami konsep ruang dan visualisasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif di pendidikan anak usia dini

MEMBANGUN PROFESIONAL GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM BERBASIS NILAI QUR’AN DI PONDOK PESANTREN TAHFIDZUL QUR’AN AS SALAM

Profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan membentuk karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) terhadap profesionalisme guru PAI berbasis nilai- nilai Al-Quran di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an As-Salam. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada guru PAI alumni PPG. Instrumen penelitian disusun berdasarkan indikator profesionalisme guru dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 dan nilai-nilai Qur’ani seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan amanah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa program PPG memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru PAI, terutama dalam hal integritas dan kualitas pembelajaran yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi yang lebih kuat antara kurikulum PPG dan pendidikan karakter berbasis Al-Qur’an untuk mencetak generasi rabbani.

This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of the school principal's leadership management on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 36 Bandar Lampung. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results reveal that the principal's participative and communicative leadership style has a positive impact on enhancing teachers’ motivation, discipline, and professionalism in carrying out their duties. The principal actively designs teacher development programs, provides regular performance feedback, and fosters a conducive and collaborative working environment. These findings confirm that effective school leadership management significantly contributes to improving teacher performance, which ultimately affects the overall quality of education. The study suggests the need for strengthening principals' leadership competencies through ongoing training and mentoring.

Islam is a religion that is familiar with the flow of globalization both in the legal sector (sharia) and in the field of educational institution development. Indonesia is one of the countries with a majority Muslim population that has regulated the National Education System in Law No. 20 of 2003, this effort is to equalize and improve the quality of existing education. Especially in Islamic Religious Education learning which aims not only to develop knowledge about Islam, but also to shape the character and personality of students in accordance with Islamic rules themselves. This study aims to examine and study the phenomena that occur regarding the creativity of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving the quality of learning, especially in the field of Islamic Religion. The method used in this study is qualitative-descriptive where the data is obtained through the stages of observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary and secondary data can be obtained by determining samples that contain elements of 3M (knowing, understanding, and experiencing), information acquisition is carried out directly according to events (natural setting). In realizing this, every educational institution needs competent educators (teachers) who have high creativity who are able to create a positive atmosphere in the learning process. In Armaniyah Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT), a PAI teacher must be able to make himself a multi-talent approach, synetics approach, pictorial approach, self-esteem, value clarification and moral development, and inquiry. All of that aims to increase creativity internally and as a whole which has a direct impact on students.

This study aims to describe the role of Aqidah Akhlak teachers in shaping the character of students in Class X at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, during the 2024/2025 academic year. The research focuses on the teacher’s role as an educator, motivator, and role model in instilling Islamic values and moral character among students. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Aqidah Akhlak teachers play a significant role in building students’ moral integrity through exemplary behavior, active guidance, and continuous reinforcement of religious values in daily activities. Teachers integrate character education in classroom learning and extracurricular programs, emphasizing discipline, honesty, respect, and social responsibility. The implementation of these strategies has contributed to the formation of students’ noble character, as reflected in their attitudes, behavior, and interpersonal relationships. The study concludes that the effectiveness of Aqidah Akhlak teachers in character building depends on their consistency in teaching by example, creating a religious school atmosphere, and maintaining collaboration with parents and the school community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in an effort to improve the quality of learning in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak at SMK Muhammadiyah Plus Tanjung Selor in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SBM in this school has been implemented through the active involvement of the principal, teachers, school committee, and community in decision making, resource management, and increasing teacher capacity. The improvement in the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning can be seen from the improvement in the quality of learning planning, varied methods, and continuous evaluation. Supporting factors for the implementation of SBM include the visionary and collaborative leadership of the principal, and a supportive school culture. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited facilities and infrastructure and the lack of ongoing training for teachers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai sumber belajar dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 1 Air Salek, Desa Srikaton, Kecamatan Air Salek, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, pendidikan semakin mendapatkan kemudahan dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan siswa dan guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, seperti penggunaan aplikasi mobile dan platform pembelajaran online, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.

Dengan fokus pada aspek-aspek seperti umpan balik konstruktif, transparansi, dan keterlibatan guru, pendekatan ini bukan hanya sebagai alat penilaian, tetapi juga sebagai sarana untuk mendorong pertumbuhan dan peningkatan berkelanjutan. Diskusi melibatkan aspek-aspek kunci seperti dukungan dan sumber daya, pengakuan prestasi, dan dampak positif pada pengalaman belajar siswa. Pemberdayaan guru melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam proses evaluasi dan dukungan pengembangan profesionalnya tidak hanya berdampak pada kualitas kinerja individual tetapi juga kontribusi terhadap stabilitas sekolah. This study aims to analyze the efforts in human resource development (HRD) to enhance the work productivity of educators and education personnel at MA Radhiyatan Mardhiyyah Putri Balikpapan during the 2024/2025 academic year. Human resource development plays a crucial role in creating professional, innovative, and highly competitive educators. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teachers, and education staff. The results indicate that HRD at MA Radhiyatan Mardhiyyah Putri is implemented through three main strategies: (1) enhancing professional competence through training and workshops, (2) fostering spiritual and Islamic character development, and (3) strengthening a collaborative and innovative work culture. Regular training programs have improved teachers’ understanding of modern learning methods and educational technology, while religious and moral guidance has played a key role in shaping work ethics and moral responsibility. Supporting factors in HRD include strong support from school leadership, teachers’ enthusiasm for learning, and adequate training facilities. However, challenges remain, such as limited budget, time constraints, and varying levels of individual competence. Overall, human resource development has had a positive impact on improving work productivity, motivation, and the quality of learning at the madrasah. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for other Islamic educational institutions in designing sustainable HRD strategies aligned with contemporary educational needs.

This study aims to describe the pedagogical competence and professionalism of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in enhancing students’ learning motivation at SMAS Al-Fardiyatussaadah Kabupaten Sukabumi in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results showed that PAI teachers demonstrated strong pedagogical competence in managing learning activities, understanding students’ characteristics, and applying various engaging learning strategies. Furthermore, their professionalism was reflected in discipline, responsibility, mastery of subject matter, and the use of educational technology. The combination of these two competencies significantly increased students’ motivation to learn, as indicated by their active participation, diligence in completing assignments, and growing interest in PAI subjects. Therefore, pedagogical competence and teacher professionalism play a crucial role in shaping students’ motivation and fostering a positive learning environment.

The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership of the Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah Islahiyah) Panipahan Darat educational institution based on emotional intelligence. This research was qualitative. In qualitative research, the data collected were not numerical, but rather in the form of words or images. Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Data analysis was conducted using triangulation, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the Head of the Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah Islahiyah) Panipahan Darat Educational Institution Foundation, Pasir Limau Kapas District, has a strong commitment to his future vision, especially during these difficult times, full of pressure, or amidst increasing responsibilities. The leadership resonance of the Head of the Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah Islahiyah) Panipahan Darat Educational Institution Foundation, Pasir Limau Kapas District, as a form of emotional intelligence-based leadership is considered good. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDN 1 Sidoharjo, Kecamatan Jati Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan pada tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan Islam berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Selain itu, penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pendidikan juga berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan manajemen pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah Islam lainnya.

This study aims to analyze human resource (HR) management among educators and education personnel at the Asy Syaamil Lima Puluh Kota Islamic Boarding School in an effort to improve the quality of learning in the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study were Education Personnel, Educators and students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Test the validity of the data by increasing diligence in research and using reference materials. The results of the study indicate that HR management is implemented through teacher needs planning, recruitment and selection, competency development, performance assessment, and motivation. Although most processes are running well, there are still obstacles such as limited professional educators, training competencies that are not yet sustainable, and learning support facilities that need to be improved. The conclusion that can be drawn from the Implementation of Human Resource Management in an effort to improve the competence of teaching and educational staff at the Asy Syaamil Lima Puluh Kota Bedagai Islamic Boarding School, North Sumatra Province has been implemented well, namely through resource management planning, implementation of human resource management and supervision and evaluation of resource management. Improving the quality of HR management has a significant impact on the quality of learning at the Islamic boarding school.

Guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting di dalam dunia pendidikan. Dalam proses pembelajaran, guru memegang peran dalam proses belajar meliputi banyak hal di antaranya sebagai pengajar, manajer kelas, supervisor, motivator, konseler, dan eksplorator. Peranan guru sangat penting yaitu sebagai seseorang yang memberikan ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta didik agar mampu mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi, serta mampu merencanakan, menganalisis dan merumuskan solusi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru di salah satu SMK di Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang analisisnya dengan data numerikal (Angka) yang diolah dengan metode statistika, dalam penelitian ini Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu guru tetap di SMK Negeri X Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 30 orang. Berdasarkan Output perhitungan korelasidi atas, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel (0,004< 0,05). Nilai 0,500 termasuk dalam nterval 0,40 – 0,599 dan tergolong kategori sedang, sehingga besar korelasi yang tunjukkan tidak terlalu lemah dan tidak terlalu kuat. Maka dari itu Untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang baik lagi para guru diharapkan untuk bisa mendukungdan melakukan kerja sama yang baik dalam menjalankan tugas demi tercapainya tujuan organisasi yang efektif dan efisien.

This study aims to describe the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in shaping students’ character at MA At-Taqwa Yastu Karang Tanjung, Pandeglang, Banten. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects of the study include PAI teachers, the head of the madrasah, and several students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results of the study indicate that PAI teachers play an important role as educators, mentors, role models, and motivators in developing students’ character. Character values such as religiosity, discipline, responsibility, and politeness are instilled through classroom learning activities, worship habituation, and teachers’ exemplary behavior in daily life at the madrasah. Supporting factors in character formation include a religious school environment and institutional support, while inhibiting factors involve students’ lack of awareness and negative external influences. Therefore, the role of PAI teachers is highly significant in creating a generation with Islamic character and noble morality.

This research aims to find out about the Implementation of Educational Management in Improving the Quality of Education. By implementing educational management through the functions of planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising both from the teacher aspect, the learning facilities and learning processes at SD Islam Az-Zahra Baturaja can be even better. In general, the implementation of education management at SD Islam Az-Zahra Baturaja n improving the quality of learning includes management of curriculum and teaching programs, management of educational personnel, student management, financial management, management of facilities and infrastructure and management of madrasa relations with the community, and in efforts to improve the quality of education, namely by implementation of school autonomy, and head leadership. Thus, it can be concluded that an educational leader, in this case the principal, is required to have the ability to guide, mobilize and encourage and direct the people in educational institutions, namely achieving educational goals that have been previously formulated.

Academic supervision is a process undertaken by school principals to help teachers improve their abilities in managing effective learning. This research aims to determine the planning, implementation, evaluation, follow-up, obstacles and solutions in the academic supervision of school principals as an effort to improve the quality of learning. The essence of academic supervision is to guide teachers in improving the quality of the learning process. So the target is the teacher in the learning process, which consists of the main material in the learning process, preparing the syllabus and lesson plans, selecting learning strategies/methods/techniques, using media and information technology in learning, assessing learning processes and outcomes and classroom action research. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memainkan peran kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan, pada akhirnya, kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah di MTs Raudlatuttholibin Nahdlatul Wathan, Paok Motong, Lombok Timur, Provinsi NTB, dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja guru. Faktor-faktor seperti komunikasi yang baik, pengembangan profesional, dan dukungan emosional juga ditemukan menjadi alat penting dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang positif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi kepala sekolah lain dalam menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif..

FUNGSI MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU DI TK PERMATA BUNDA III SUOH LAMPUNG BARAT TAHUN PELAJARAN 2025/2026

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fungsi manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di TK Permata Bunda III Suoh, Lampung Barat, pada tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Seluruh data lapangan bersifat fiktif namun disusun menyerupai kondisi nyata pelaksanaan manajemen sekolah di TK tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menjalankan fungsi manajemen secara efektif melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan kegiatan guru. Pelaksanaan manajemen ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru, baik dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran, interaksi dengan anak didik, maupun pengembangan profesional. Meskipun demikian, beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan sarana belajar, variasi kemampuan guru, dan perbedaan latar belakang anak didik menjadi tantangan yang memerlukan perhatian. Secara keseluruhan, fungsi manajemen kepala sekolah terbukti mampu mendorong kinerja guru TK Permata Bunda III Suoh menjadi lebih optimal.

Penggunaan Media Tutup Botol dalam Mengembangkan Kemampuan Kognitif Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di Taman Kanak-Kanak Ar-Rayyan

Dengan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari siswa di TK Ar-Rayyan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menarik kesimpulan tentang kemanjuran media tutup botol dalam meningkatkan kapasitas kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun, khususnya dalam pengenalan simbol angka. Dua siklus perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan hasil, dan refleksi proses membentuk paradigma Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan McTaggart. Penelitian melibatkan dua belas anak dari kelompok B1. Observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yang dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dari pra-siklus ke siklus II, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keterampilan berpikir simbolik meningkat. Siklus I melihat peningkatan menjadi 50% dan siklus II menjadi 75% dalam kapasitas anak-anak untuk menyebutkan simbol angka 1-20, yang BB sama sekali dalam pra- siklus (0%). Pada siklus II, kemampuan berhitung menggunakan simbol angka meningkat dari 66% menjadi 75%, dan kemampuan mencocokkan angka dengan simbolnya meningkat dari 33% menjadi 25%. Persentase anak yang dapat mengidentifikasi huruf vokal dan konsonan meningkat dari 41% menjadi 66%, dan persentase anak yang dapat mendeskripsikan sesuatu menggunakan gambar atau kata-kata meningkat dari 33% menjadi 75%. Hasil ini memperlihatkan bahwa media tutup botol berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini.

This study aims to analyze the pedagogical competence of teachers at Al-Ikhlas Islamic Kindergarten in implementing the learning process during the 2024/2025 academic year. Pedagogical competence refers to teachers’ ability to understand learners’ characteristics, design, conduct, and evaluate learning effectively. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects were all teachers of Al-Ikhlas Islamic Kindergarten. The results indicate that teachers generally demonstrate good pedagogical competence, particularly in understanding early childhood characteristics and applying a play-based learning approach. However, some challenges remain, especially in utilizing digital learning media and developing appropriate evaluation instruments. Therefore, enhancing teachers’ pedagogical competence through continuous training and mentoring is essential to improve the quality of learning at Al-Ikhlas Islamic Kindergarten.

Pengenalan huruf merupakan suatu kesatuan yang sangat terpadu dari kegiatan membaca, yang mencakup beberapa kegiatan seperti mengenal kata, menghubungkan dengan bunyi dan lain-lain. Proses mengenal huruf sejalan serta proses kecakapan berbahasa secara fisik dan psikologis. Proses yang bersifat fisik menggambarkan kegiatan mengamati tulisan secara visual, anak mengenal dan membedakan gambar-gambar bunyi dan kombinasinya. Proses psikologi merupakan kegiatan berpikir dalam mengolah informasi. Media kartu huruf ialah kartu kecil yang berisi gambar, soal, konseep atau tanda simbol yang mengenalkan atau menuntun anak kepada sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan materi yang sedang dipelajari. Kartu tersebut biasanya berukuran 8x12 cm atau bisa disesuaikan dengan besar kecilnya yang dihadapi. Berdasarkan data awal di TK Negeri Pembina 01 OKU terdapat 3 siswa yang belum mampu mengenal huruf dari 15 siswa. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada saat pembelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru. Penelitian ini adalah pnelitian tindakan kelas yang dimana dapat memperbaiki kondisi di dalam kelas dengan menggunakan suatu tindakan agar berjalan dengan baik. Hasil peningkatan pada penelitian ini mencapai nilai 86,22 % yang dikatakan berhasil.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan kinerja guru di SDN 1 Palapa, Lampung. Kedisiplinan guru merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan kepemimpinan yang efektif, kepala sekolah dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan memotivasi guru untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di SDN 1 Palapa, seperti komunikasi yang baik, pemberian penghargaan, dan pelatihan profesional, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan guru. Data menunjukkan bahwa 75% guru di SDN 1 Palapa merasa lebih termotivasi setelah penerapan strategi kepemimpinan yang baru. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi kepala sekolah lainnya dalam mengelola dan memimpin tenaga pendidik untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen mutu layanan pendidikan dengan menggunakan metode Service Quality (SERVQUAL) di SMA Ilmu Al-Qur’an Kecamatan Kayuagung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini berfokus pada lima dimensi utama Service Quality, yaitu tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy sebagai indikator untuk menilai mutu layanan pendidikan yang diberikan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, di mana seluruh data lapangan bersifat fiktif namun disusun dengan kondisi realistis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMA Ilmu Al-Qur’an telah menerapkan manajemen mutu layanan pendidikan melalui peningkatan sarana prasarana, penyusunan program akademik yang terstruktur, pelayanan administrasi yang cepat, pembinaan kompetensi guru, serta pembangunan hubungan interpersonal yang baik antara pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik, dan orang tua. Meskipun demikian, masih ditemukan beberapa permasalahan seperti keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, variasi kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis digital, serta tuntutan orang tua yang semakin tinggi terhadap kualitas layanan sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi metode Service Quality memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah.

This study aims to describe the implementation of educational staff resource management in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) services at SMKS Muhammadiyah Ambarawa, Pringsewu Regency, for the 2024/2025 academic year. The quality of educational services, particularly in IRE, is strongly influenced by the school’s managerial capacity in managing educational staff professionally, effectively, and with a focus on quality. Proper management of educational staff helps create a conducive work environment, efficient and accurate administrative services, and optimal support for IRE teaching and learning processes. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with the subjects consisting of the school principal, IRE teachers, educational staff, and students. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of educational staff resource management at SMKS Muhammadiyah Ambarawa was carried out through several strategic stages: (1) Planning of staff needs based on workload analysis and school requirements; (2) Recruitment and selection of educational staff oriented toward professional competence and Islamic values; (3) Training and professional development through administrative education workshops, digital service training, and strengthening Islamic work ethics; and (4) Performance evaluation conducted periodically to improve service effectiveness. These efforts have positively impacted work discipline, administrative efficiency, and the establishment of a productive and religious work environment. Supporting factors for the successful implementation of educational staff management include visionary leadership from the principal, strong teamwork, and an organizational culture grounded in Islamic values. Meanwhile, the challenges encountered include limited technological facilities, heavy workloads, and the need for further competency development among some staff members. The study concludes that well-planned, structured, and Islam-based management of educational staff resources is key to improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education services at SMKS Muhammadiyah Ambarawa. The findings of this research are expected to serve as a reference for other Islamic educational institutions in optimizing the role of educational staff to achieve excellent and character-based educational services.

The style or manner of the principal in his leadership role has a very important role in improving the performance of teachers under him. This study aims to collect data on several things, namely: (1) the principal's leadership style in improving work discipline, (2) the principal's leadership style in improving teachers' work motivation, (3) the principal's leadership style in improving responsibility, and (4) the obstacles faced by the principal in improving teacher performance. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings of this study show that (1) principals apply instructive leadership style (telling) in improving discipline, (2) principals apply consultative leadership style (selling) in improving teachers' work motivation, (3) principals apply delegative leadership style (delegating) in improving teachers' responsibility, and (4) principals face several obstacles, such as declining teacher discipline, lack of teacher performance motivation, and low sense of teacher responsibility in learning.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mendiskripsikan Mutu Santri di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Quran, (2) untuk mendiskripsikan pengembangan mutu kualitas di pondok pesantren Tarbiyatul Quran, (3) untuk mengetahui program-program peningkatan mutu santri di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data- data yang bersifat deskriptif dalam bentuk kata-kata yang tertulis atau ucapan dari orang dan prilaku yang dapat dilihat. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua primer dan sekunder. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya (1) observasi (2) wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk mengukur keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber data dan metode. adapun analisis datanya menggunakan analisis model Miles dan Huberman yaitu penyajian data reduksi data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolahan dan perencanaan lembaga pesantren, dalam meningkatkan mutu kualitas santri di Pesantren Tarbiyatul quran Samboja Kutai Kertanegara dilakukan berdasarkan penerapan 4 fungsi yaitu a) perencanaan b) pengorganisasian c) pelaksanaan (d evaluasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam membina akhlak peserta didik di SMA Darussalam Adijaya, Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, Provinsi Lampung. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana guru dapat berperan dalam pengembangan akhlak siswa melalui metode pengajaran yang efektif dan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru dalam bidang pendidikan agama Islam sangat berpengaruh terhadap pembinaan akhlak peserta didik. Terdapat beberapa strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru, seperti teladan yang baik, pembelajaran berbasis nilai, serta penguatan positif dalam interaksi sehari-hari. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan agama Islam di Indonesia, khususnya dalam aspek pembinaan akhlak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membina akhlak peserta didik di SDIT An-Nahl Kotamobagu. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan seluruh data lapangan bersifat fiktif namun disusun berdasarkan situasi yang realistis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memiliki peran penting sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, teladan, dan penggerak kegiatan keagamaan sekolah. Pembinaan akhlak dilakukan melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, kegiatan ibadah, serta penguatan nilai-nilai moral dalam pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, beberapa kendala ditemukan seperti perbedaan karakter peserta didik, kurangnya pengawasan orang tua, serta keterbatasan waktu pembinaan.

This study aims to analyze and describe the role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher in fostering student morals. This research is a qualitative research, because the approach is based on qualitative evidence. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. While data analysis consists of three steps, namely reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher as an educator was not optimal, due to the lack of volume of meetings between teachers and students, the lack of teacher efforts to monitor student development through portfolio assessment, the lack of intensive efforts to instill moral values in students, the lack of mastery of learning materials , did not arrange the learning program properly, did not implement the learning program and evaluate the results and the learning process optimally. The exemplary Akidah Akhlak teacher in speech, behavior, and dress is good, but the exemplary Akidah Akhlak teacher in worship and carrying out tasks or work still needs to be improved. To improve the role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher in developing the morals of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma'arif Roudlotut Tholibin which is not yet optimal, the Akidah Akhlak teacher must increase activity, creativity and innovation in carrying out their duties, especially in realizing their role as educator, teacher and role model.

Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia di SMAN 1 Palibelio Kabupaten Bima

This study aims to describe various efforts undertaken by SMAN 1 Palibelo, Bima Regency, to improve the quality of human resources (HR) during the 2024/2025 academic year. Enhancing HR quality within schools is a key factor in achieving high-quality and competitive education in the era of globalization. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, education staff, and students. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that efforts to improve HR quality at SMAN 1 Palibelo were carried out through several key strategies, namely: (1) developing teacher competencies through training, workshops, and teacher working group (KKG/MGMP) activities to strengthen professional skills; (2) enhancing the discipline and work ethic of education staff through regular supervision and evaluation systems; (3) fostering students’ character through extracurricular programs, literacy activities, and habituation of religious and national values within the school environment; and (4) optimizing the use of information technology in both teaching and school management processes. The main supporting factors for the success of HR development programs at SMAN 1 Palibelo include visionary school leadership, support from the school committee, and a collaborative spirit among school members. However, the study also identified several challenges, such as limited training facilities, time constraints for self-development, and varying levels of teachers’ digital literacy. Overall, the findings indicate that the efforts to improve HR quality at SMAN 1 Palibelo have been implemented systematically and sustainably, although further strengthening is needed in innovation and program evaluation aspects.

Fokus penelitian ini adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa melalui metode bermain pada anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bermain peran pada anak usia dini merupakan cara yang sangat efektif untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini. Upaya peningkatan mutu kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) menjadi salah satu prioritas di SD Islam Terpadu Wihdatul Uimmah Kolaka pada tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Artikel ini membahas berbagai strategi yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu KBM melalui pengembangan kurikulum, peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan pengaruh lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif dan partisipasi orang tua dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini meneliti tantangan dan solusi dalam implementasi kebijakan yang diambil. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa serta kepuasan orang tua terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

The researcher formulated the focus of the research on the management of quality education services. This study uses a literature study method that relies on bibliographic sources from articles in the latest journals and books related to the main content of the problem and reading data with the thoughts of experts with a constructive approach and interpretation of the main content of the discussion. Based on the results of the description that has been described, the quality of service in the aspect of physical evidence (tangible) at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, Klawasi Village, West Sorong District has quite adequate physical conditions, the availability of facilities and infrastructure that support learning, the empathy aspect service has good service quality. This can be interpreted that the ability of the Principal, teachers and staff in communicating with students and parents, such as paying attention to students who have learning abilities that have not reached the KKM by providing additional learning after school hours are over, the reliability aspect service has a quality of service that is in accordance with customer expectations such as competent teachers and supporting teacher educational backgrounds.

This study aims to describe teachers’ efforts to increase students’ learning motivation in the subject of Fiqh at SDN 007 Nunukan Kalimantan Utara. The background of this research is the low interest and enthusiasm of students in studying Pendidikan Agama Islam, as indicated by their lack of participation in class, easy boredom, and learning outcomes that have not met the expected standards. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with Pendidikan Agama Islam teachers, classroom observations, and

documentation of students’ learning activities. The results show that teachers carry out various efforts to improve students’ motivation, including applying varied teaching methods such as group discussions, practical worship simulations, giving rewards for active students, and using simple learning media relevant to Fiqh material. Teachers also strive to establish good communication with students and provide exemplary attitudes and behavior in daily life. These efforts have proven effective in increasing students’ activeness and interest in learning. The conclusion of this research is that the success of teachers in improving students’ learning motivation is determined by creativity in choosing teaching methods, the ability to build positive emotional relationships with students, and the exemplary character shown by the teacher. The results of this study are expected to provide input for other teachers to optimize enjoyable Fiqh learning strategies that motivate students.

Penerapan Metode Bermain Peran Dalam Mengembangkan Sikap Sosial Anak di TK IT Peradaban Kayu Agung

This study aims to describe the implementation of the role-playing method in developing children's social attitudes at TK IT Peradaban Kayuagung. Social attitude is one of the essential aspects of early childhood development, as it forms the foundation for character building, interpersonal interaction, and cooperative behavior among peers. Preliminary observations indicated that some children still exhibited egocentric behavior, had difficulty sharing, and lacked effective communication skills within group activities. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a learning method that naturally stimulates empathy and cooperation through engaging play-based experiences. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects consisted of group B teachers and children aged 5–6 years at TK IT Peradaban Kayuagung. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of learning activities using the role-playing method. The data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, following Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis model. The results showed that the application of the role-playing method effectively improved children’s social attitudes, particularly in aspects of cooperation, empathy, responsibility, and interpersonal communication. Children became more capable of sharing roles, respecting others, and understanding their peers’ emotions when enacting various social situations such as family, school, and marketplace settings. The teacher’s role was also crucial in facilitating these activities—providing examples, motivating students, and guiding reflection after each session. Furthermore, a supportive learning environment and diverse play materials enhanced the effectiveness of the social learning process. In conclusion, the role-playing method is an effective and enjoyable learning strategy to foster social attitudes among early childhood learners. Through structured play experiences, children not only gain meaningful learning but also develop an understanding of social and moral values in contextual ways. This method can serve as an innovative alternative for early childhood educators in nurturing social character from an early age.

IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN QOLBU DALAM PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER, MINAT DAN BAKAT SANTRI MA'HAD TAHFIDZ AL UKHUWAH BSD KABUPATEN TANGERANG PROVINSI BANTEN TAHUN AJARAN 2025/2026

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of qolbu management in character education and the development of students' interests and talents at Ma'had Tahfidz Al Ukhuwah BSD, Tangerang Regency, in the 2025/2026 academic year. The challenge for tahfidz educational institutions is to balance memorization of the Qur'an (cognitive/psychomotor) with spiritual development (affective) and the development of students' unique potential. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews with ma'had leaders, asatidz (teachers), and students, as well as curriculum documentation studies and coaching notes. The results of the study (hypothetical) show that Ma'had Al Ukhuwah implements qolbu management through three stages: (1) Planning: Integration of the values of tazkiyatun nafs (soul cleansing) into the daily curriculum. (2) Implementation: Through routine programs such as congregational qiyamul lail, daily muhasabah (introspection), structured tausiyah fajar (advice), and riyadhah (spiritual practice). (3) Evaluation: Using observations of noble morals and self-development notes. This implementation has a significant positive impact on character education, which is reflected in the increase in students' discipline, honesty, and humility. In addition, managing the heart becomes the basis for developing interests and talents; students are encouraged to channel their talents (e.g., calligraphy, public speaking, sports) as a form of worship and gratitude, not arrogance, so that their potential develops in harmony with spiritual values.

Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang datang ke lokasi penelitian dengan langsung mengumpulkan obyek penelitianya di lokasi penelitian. Jenis penelitianya adalah deskriptip analitik dengan pendekatan Kualitatif, bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang terjadi di pangan secara konkrit untuk mendapatkan keilmuan ilmiyah yang dapat di pertanggung jawabkan keabsahanya. Kebiijakan kepala Madrasah akan mempangerahui mekanisme kerja madrasah yang mempunyai peran yang cukup besar dalam meningkatkan mutu madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis fungsi manajerial kepala sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan sekolah efektif di SMA IT Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Pentingnya fungsi manajerial dalam konteks pendidikan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari bahan ajaran dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang diinginkan. Data diambil dari observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa strategi implementasi yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah berfokus pada pengembangan kurikulum, peningkatan kompetensi guru, serta penumbuhan karakter siswa. Temuan ini juga memperlihatkan hubungan antara efektivitas manajerial dengan kinerja sekolah secara keseluruhan. Dengan melibatkan berbagai stakeholder, kepala sekolah di SMA IT Wahdah Islamiyah berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi kepala sekolah di institusi lain dalam mengelola sekolah secara efektif.

To achieve the desired goals in studying Tahfidz Al-Quran, the method used is crucial. The Pakistani Tahfidz method is employed at the Pondok Pesantren Fatkhul Ulum to teach Tahfidz Al-Quran. The Tahfidz Al-Quran program at this Pondok Pesantren Fatkhul Ulum is implemented in a distinctive manner. The aim of this research is to describe and examine the application of the Pakistani method in Tahfidz learning at the Pondok Pesantren Fatkhul Ulum , including its implementation and evaluation. This study uses qualitative methods with a field research approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results indicate that the implementation of the Pakistani method in Tahfidz learning has several impacts: students become more focused on memorization, develop a confident personality, and become accustomed to memorizing in front of large audiences

This study aims to describe the implementation of guidance and counseling in fostering students’ moral character at SMA Negeri Nibung during the 2024/2025 academic year. Morality is a fundamental aspect in shaping students’ character to behave according to moral, social, and spiritual values. However, field observations indicate that some students still experience moral degradation, such as showing disrespect toward teachers, lacking empathy for peers, and demonstrating low levels of responsibility and discipline. Therefore, school-based guidance and counseling services play a crucial role in guiding, nurturing, and improving student behavior in accordance with Islamic moral values (akhlaq al-karimah). This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with research subjects consisting of guidance and counseling (BK) teachers, subject teachers, and students of SMA Negeri Nibung. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the implementation of guidance and counseling in students’ moral development is carried out through three main stages: (1) preventive services, including moral education, character-building seminars, and religious activities; (2) curative services, providing individual counseling and behavioral intervention for students experiencing moral or disciplinary problems; and (3) developmental services, integrating values of responsibility, empathy, and discipline through extracurricular activities and positive habits within the school environment. The guidance and counseling teachers act as facilitators and motivators, guiding students to understand the importance of good morals in daily life. Supporting factors include collaboration between BK teachers and subject teachers, the support of the school principal, and a conducive school environment. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited time allocation for counseling, insufficient number of BK teachers, and external environmental influences that negatively affect students’ moral behavior. This study concludes that guidance and counseling play a strategic role in the moral development of students, both through preventive and curative approaches. Effective implementation not only helps correct students’ negative behavior but also fosters moral awareness and social responsibility. Thus, integrating guidance and counseling with character education serves as an essential means to cultivate a generation with noble character and strong personality.

MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN SANTRI DI PONDOK PESANTREN MAMBA'UL 'ULUM KABUPATEN PANGKEP SULAWESI SELATAN TAHUN 2025/2026

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren Mamba'ul 'Ulum Kabupaten Pangkep, Sulawesi Selatan, pada tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Pemahaman tentang kedisiplinan sangat penting dalam konteks pendidikan pesantren karena dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan karakter santri. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan program-program manajemen pendidikan yang diterapkan di pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pendekatan manajemen yang sistematis dalam pendidikan Islam terbukti mampu meningkatkan tingkat kedisiplinan santri. Program-program seperti penegakan aturan, pembinaan rutin, dan pengawasan yang ketat menjadi faktor kunci. Hasil statistik menunjukkan peningkatan disiplin santri sebesar 30% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar Pondok Pesantren Mamba'ul 'Ulum terus mengembangkan dan menyempurnakan program manajemennya demi mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.

MANAJEMEN KESISWAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN PESERTA DIDIK DI SMK ISLAM AL HIKMAH ISTIQOMAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan peningkatan kedisiplinan peserta didik SMK Al-Hikmah Istiqomah Buay Bahuga melalui manajemen kesiswaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah teknik pengamatan, wawancara dengan pengurus yayasan, kepala sekolah, dan guru sebagai informannya, dan dokumen berupa data guru dan peserta didik. Analisis datanya melaui langkah- langkah seperti pengkajian data, reduksi data dan verifikasi/kesimpulan. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa: Pertama, SMK Al-Hikmah Istiqomah Buay Bahuga merencanakan beberapa kegiatan guna membentuk kedisiplinan peserta didik. Kedua, pelaksanaan beberapa program tersebut semuanya berjalan tertib sesuai rencana jadwal. Ketiga, evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan kesiswaan dilaksanakan dengan cara menilai sikap peserta didik selama mengikuti kegiatan tadarus al-Qur'an di sekolah.

This study aims to analyze the role of teacher personality competency in improving the independence of early childhood in Cendekia Baradatu Kindergarten, Way Kanan Regency, Lampung. Personality competency is an important aspect in the learning process, especially in early childhood education, because teachers are not only educators but also role models. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that teachers with strong personality competencies - such as patience, consistency, empathy, and discipline - are able to create a learning environment that supports the development of children's independence. The forms of independence that develop include children's ability to care for themselves, make simple decisions, and complete tasks without relying on others. This study concludes that strengthening teacher personality competency has a significant impact on fostering early childhood independence. Therefore, teacher professional development should not only focus on pedagogical and professional competencies, but also on fostering a strong and positive personality.

This study explores the strategic management practices of the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kolaka in enhancing teacher performance. In the context of increasing educational demands, school leadership plays a pivotal role in improving teaching quality through planned, measurable strategies. The research aims to identify the principal’s strategic steps, evaluate their effectiveness, and understand their impact on teachers' pedagogical competence, discipline, and digital literacy. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The principal’s strategy was implemented through four key stages: SWOT-based internal-external analysis, strategic vision formulation, program implementation (training, supervision, teacher collaboration), and continuous evaluation with feedback integration. The findings indicate significant improvement in teacher performance, particularly in lesson preparation, attendance, and technology integration. These outcomes suggest that strategic planning based on participatory analysis and reflective evaluation can create a collaborative, adaptive, and forward-looking school culture. The study concludes that the role of a visionary and responsive principal is crucial in shaping a high-performing educational institution. These findings provide a practical model that can be adopted by other Islamic schools to improve teacher performance. Future studies could explore the quantitative impact of such strategies on student outcomes or replicate the model across different educational levels
