This journal examines the management of character education implemented at Salafiyah Wutsho Madrasah, Abdurrahman Bin Auf Islamic Boarding School, Ujung Batu, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Through a qualitative approach, this research collects data through interviews, observations, and document studies. The study results indicate that good character education management can develop students' interests, attitudes, and positive behaviors. Based on the data, 75% of students stated that the implemented character programs significantly contributed to increasing their social awareness and ethics (Suyadi, 2022). This study aims to explore the various managerial functions implemented by the principal at SDN 2 Kalinda and their impact on enhancing teacher performance. In the context of education, effective management contributes to better learning outcomes and creates a positive work environment. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires filled out by teachers and school staff. The findings reveal that a collaborative approach and effective communication are key in enhancing teachers' motivation and teaching outcomes. Additionally, the importance of ongoing professional training was identified as a crucial factor in the development of teacher performance. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Play-Doh play therapy in managing children with ADHD at TK Islam Terpadu Salsabila Sekadau, West Kalimantan, for the academic year 2024/2025. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data were gathered from direct observations and interviews with teachers and parents. The results indicate that Play-Doh play therapy can enhance concentration, fine motor skills, and social interaction among children with ADHD. The study further found that play activities help to alleviate ADHD symptoms and improve children's learning experiences. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Head of Madrasah plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring educational activities that impact the effectiveness of the madrasah. By implementing sound management principles, the Head of Madrasah is able to create a conducive learning environment and enhance both teacher and student performance. Data from the Education Office show that MAN 2 Palembang has experienced significant improvements in both academic and non-academic achievements in recent years. However, learning practices in schools are still dominated by lecture-based and rote memorization methods, which are less effective in fostering critical thinking skills that are highly needed in the 21st century. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the collaborative learning model in enhancing students’ critical thinking skills in PAI subjects. The research method employed is a library research approach by reviewing various relevant sources, including books, scholarly journals. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify patterns, themes, and interconnections among concepts. The findings indicate that the collaborative learning model not only encourages students to be more active, reflective, and participative but also improves their abilities in analysis, evaluation, and decision-making in alignment with Islamic values. Moreover, collaborative learning serves as a medium for internalizing values of tolerance, cooperation, and religious moderation. Thus, it can be concluded that the collaborative model in PAI is effective in integrating critical thinking skills while simultaneously strengthening Islamic character education.</p> M.
