ANALISIS MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI SMA NEGERI 2 BANDAR LAMPUNG KEC.TANJUNG KARANG PUSAT KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG
Abstract
The problem in this study was the importance of human resource management in improving the professionalism of educators. This study aims to analyze in depth the management of human resources for educators conducted at SHS negeri 2 bandar lampung with a focus on research on human resource management for educators. The research method in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The data in the analysis refers to the data of Miles and Hubberman with the following steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of human resource management for educators at SD Negeri 2 Way Gubag had been carried out quite well, judging from the management activities, namely, (1) planning in the form of personnel planning and program planning in the short, medium and long term. (2) organizing which is done through recruitment, orientation, placement and assignment. (3) actuating is done by training and development, performance appraisal, and career planning. (4) controlling is carried out through compensation, integration, maintenance, discipline, and termination.
