IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN

Abstract

The authors are interested in conducting further research on "Implementation of Education Management in Improving the Quality of Education", with the research location at MA Subulussalam 2. This study uses a qualitative research method, namely "research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior." Data sources will be taken from documents, interview results, and results from observations. MA Subulussalam 2 Sriwangi Ulu was established together with MTs Subulussalam 2 Sriwangi Ulu in July 2009. With the implementation of education management through the functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and supervising both from the aspect of the teacher, facilities and learning processes, learning outcomes at MA Subulussalam 2 can be better again. Factors that affect the quality of education in Ma Subulussalam 2 include leadership factors, curriculum factors, educational policies, educational facilities, technology applications, information and communication in education.
