To address these issues, the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach is considered effective because it emphasizes the use of language in real-life contexts and encourages learners to communicate actively. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of CLT in improving EFL learners’ speaking fluency through a literature review of studies published in the last seven years. The research employed a systematic literature review method involving identification, selection, analysis, and synthesis of empirical findings from national and international journals. The results indicate that CLT consistently enhances speaking fluency through communicative activities, authentic tasks, meaningful interaction, and collaborative learning environments; however, challenges such as limited teacher competence and inadequate learning facilities continue to hinder its implementation. In conclusion, CLT is a relevant and effective approach for improving EFL learners’ speaking fluency, particularly when supported by teacher training, technology integration, and performance-based assessment.</p> Asmadewi Asmadewi Copyright (c) 2025 UNISAN JURNAL https://journal.an-nur.ac.id/ 2025-09-30 2025-09-30 4 9 55 66 MANAJEMEN SARANA DAN PRASARANA PENDIDIKAN UNTUK MENDUKUNG PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI http://journal.an-nur.ac.id/index.php/unisanjournal/article/view/4677 <p>This study aims to analyze how educational facilities and infrastructure management is implemented to support technology-based learning in schools. The rapid development of information technology has pushed educational institutions to transform their learning environments by integrating digital tools such as computers, LCD projectors, internet connectivity, and interactive learning media. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the processes of procurement, utilization, maintenance, and evaluation of technological facilities. The findings reveal that the success of technology-based learning highly depends on the effectiveness of facilities management rather than the completeness of the equipment itself. Many schools possess adequate technological devices, yet their utilization remains suboptimal due to limited teacher training, inadequate internet quality, and the absence of structured maintenance systems. Conversely, schools with well-managed facilities are able to conduct digital learning effectively even with limited resources. Effective management involves needs-based planning, accurate inventory systems, teacher competency development, and routine maintenance. Guru yang kreatif dapat dikenali dari kemampuannya menggunakan berbagai teknik dan variasi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menumbuhkan minat menghafal surat-surat pendek di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data utamanya adalah dengan wawancara secara mendalam dengan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), tiga orang siswa, dan dua orang tua siswa. Wawancara ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi mengenai kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam merancang kegiatan pembelajaran menghafal surat-surat pendek, memotivasi siswa dalam menghafal, serta kendala yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembiasaan menghafal surat-surat pendek yang dilakukan setiap pekan dengan metode muraja’ah, terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Selain itu, kreativitas pada guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menumbuhkan minat siswa menghafal surat-surat pendek. Namun, faktor lain seperti dukungan orang tua dan adanya kompetisi antar siswa juga turut berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan menghafal surat-surat pendek di SDN 3 Muara Sugihan. This research is motivated by the urgency of instilling an inclusive and balanced Religious Moderation Character in madrasah students. The main objective is to analyze the implementation of religious extracurricular programs and identify their contribution to shaping the four dimensions of religious moderation character among students at MA Al Ishlah Lampung Selatan. The study adopted a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation study, and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that the implementation of religious extracurricular programs—namely Thematic Fiqh Studies (cognitive), Intensive Tadarrus (spiritual), and Religious Social Service (practical action)—is carried out synergistically and in an integrated manner. This implementation proved to contribute significantly and holistically to the formation of religious moderation character, particularly in the dimensions of Tolerance, Anti-Violence, and Cultural Acceptance. The conclusion affirms that the effectiveness of shaping religious moderation character in madrasah is determined by the Integrated Tri-Dimensional Implementation Model, which combines intellectual, spiritual, and social aspects. However, it needs to be balanced with affective aspects to complement the life skills of students in the future. For this reason, this study reviews how the improvement of students‟ spiritual intelligence can be obtained by learning tahfidz juz amma through the wahdah method, tasmi‟ method, and muraja‟ah method. Thus, increasing the spiritual intelligence of students in the form of planting noble morals that can be implemented in everyday life. So that in the future our education can produce knowledgeable people with noble morals based on the values of the Qur‟an. This study aims to describe the improvement of students‟ spiritual intelligence through the tahfidz </em><em>Qur’an </em><em>&nbsp;program. In this study, a qualitative approach with descriptive research was applied. In the process of collecting data, researchers used observation methods and direct interviews with teachers and students. The results showed an increase in the spiritual intelligence of students after the implementation of tahfidz </em><em>Qur’an</em><em> learning through the wahdah method, namely realizing that the ability gained is a gift from Allah which gives birth to an attitude of gratitude. With the tasmi‟ method, students have an attitude of caring, cooperation, and honestly in interacting both at school and in the environment. Fokus penelitian mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan, serta dampaknya terhadap mutu layanan PAI pada santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pimpinan pesantren, ustaz/ustazah, tenaga kependidikan, dan beberapa santri.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya tenaga kependidikan di pesantren telah dilaksanakan melalui perencanaan rekrutmen yang selektif, pelatihan kemampuan pedagogik dan keagamaan, serta pemberian tugas sesuai kompetensi. Pelaksanaan manajemen dilakukan secara terpadu melalui pembinaan, monitoring, kolaborasi antar tenaga kependidikan, dan pemberian motivasi. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala melalui rapat, supervisi, dan penilaian kinerja. Implementasi manajemen ini berdampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan PAI, yang terlihat dari meningkatnya kedisiplinan santri, pemahaman materi keagamaan, serta peningkatan hasil belajar spiritual dan akademik.</p> <p>Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya tenaga kependidikan yang terstruktur, kolaboratif, dan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam mampu meningkatkan mutu layanan PAI di pesantren.</p> Yunika Oktarina Cipto Handoko Zainuri Zainuri Finy Muslihatuz Zahro' Copyright (c) 2025 UNISAN JURNAL https://journal.an-nur.ac.id/ 2025-09-30 2025-09-30 4 9 47 54 KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU DI MTS PP RAUDHATUSSALAM MAHATO KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU PROVINSI RIAU TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024-2025 http://journal.an-nur.ac.id/index.php/unisanjournal/article/view/3850 <p>This research aims to describe and analyze the leadership of the head of the madrasah in efforts to improve teacher performance at MTs PP Raudhatussalam Mahato, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province, in the 2024–2025 academic year. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the head of the madrasah adopts a transformational and participative leadership style, demonstrated by active involvement in guiding, motivating, and encouraging teachers to enhance their competencies and work ethics. The strategies implemented include regular academic supervision, professional teacher development, motivation and rewards, enforcement of discipline, and the integration of religious values into educational activities. The challenges faced by the madrasah head include limited educational facilities, teachers’ dual roles, and varying levels of teacher education. However, with a communicative and humanistic leadership approach, these challenges can be addressed effectively.
