The method used is library research, by reviewing various sources such as Islamic education books, scientific journals, articles, and relevant curriculum documents. The findings reveal that e-learning offers significant opportunities to improve learning time flexibility, access to digital learning resources, and to strengthen students' technological literacy. However, the main challenges faced include limited internet access, insufficient digital competence among teachers, and low student motivation in the context of online learning. Therefore, continuous training for teachers, adequate infrastructure provision, and the development of interactive and contextual PAI learning models are needed to optimize e-learning-based instruction. Thus, e-learning in PAI is not merely a matter of technology, but also about how Islamic values can be effectively transmitted and touch the heart within digital spaces. Innovation must go hand in hand with the strengthening of character, spirituality, and exemplary role models, so that PAI remains a foundational pillar in shaping a generation of Muslims who are faithful, knowledgeable, and noble in character in the modern era.
M. The primary focus is to assess the conformity of such practices with sharia principles, particularly in terms of justice, mutual consent, and the prohibition of riba (usury). The method used in this research is library research, by reviewing classical and contemporary literature in the field of Islamic commercial jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah), such as works by scholars from various Islamic legal schools (madhhab), fatwas issued by the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI), the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES), as well as relevant academic journals and books that discuss Islamic pawn systems and rural social practices. The analysis is conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach to connect theoretical perspectives with real-world phenomena in society. The findings indicate that farmland pawn practices in rural areas are generally carried out in a hereditary manner without written agreements, where the land is managed by the lender (mortgagee) during the loan period. Although there is an element of mutual help, this practice often contains aspects that closely resemble riba, especially when the lender benefits from the harvest without any deduction from the principal loan amount. From an Islamic legal standpoint, such a practice is considered inconsistent with the principles of a valid rahn (pawn) contract, as it involves the mortgagee utilizing the pledged object without legally justified permission. This study recommends the need for education and public awareness campaigns regarding proper Islamic pawn contracts so that communities do not fall into exploitative practices that deviate from sharia.
Dani Amran Hakim Copyright (c) 2025 UNISAN JURNAL https://journal.an-nur.ac.id/ 2025-04-20 2025-04-20 4 4 10 17 ANALISIS PENERAPAN PRINSIP SYARIAH DALAM PENGELOLAAN BANK SYARIAH DI INDONESIA http://journal.an-nur.ac.id/index.php/unisanjournal/article/view/3552
This study aims to analyze the implementation of Sharia principles in the management of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The main focus of this research is to evaluate the extent to which Islamic banks in Indonesia have applied Sharia principles in accordance with the provisions set out in the fatwas of the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI), Bank Indonesia regulations, and Islamic law. This study also seeks to assess the challenges faced by Islamic banks in ensuring Sharia compliance in their operations. The method used in this study is library research, by reviewing various relevant literature such as books, academic journals, DSN-MUI fatwas, and applicable laws and regulations. This research also examines the annual reports of Islamic banks and the results of Sharia audits to gain an overview of the implementation of Sharia principles in day-to-day practices. The analytical approach used is descriptive-analytical, aiming to link theory with real-world practice. The results of the study show that although many Islamic banks in Indonesia have made efforts to apply Sharia principles in their operations, several challenges remain, such as the misalignment of financial products with Sharia principles, reliance on conventional products, and the need to strengthen Sharia supervision. However, overall, the implementation of Sharia principles in the management of Islamic banks in Indonesia has shown significant progress, although improvements in certain operational aspects are still needed to achieve full compliance with Islamic law.
Dania Hellin Amrina Copyright (c) 2025 UNISAN JURNAL https://journal.an-nur.ac.id/ 2025-04-20 2025-04-20 4 4 18 27 DETERMINASI PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PHBS) DI LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH DASAR http://journal.an-nur.ac.id/index.php/unisanjournal/article/view/3553
This study aims to analyze the determining factors of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in elementary school environments. PHBS is one of the key indicators in health promotion and preventive efforts, especially for school-age children who are in the formative stage of habit development. This research employs a library research method by reviewing various scientific literature, research reports, health policy documents, and relevant articles from national and international journals. The main focus of the analysis is directed at aspects such as knowledge, attitudes, supporting facilities, the role of teachers and parents, as well as health interventions provided by schools or community health centers. The findings show that the primary determinants for the successful implementation of PHBS in elementary schools include students’ basic health knowledge, positive attitudes toward hygiene, the availability of facilities such as clean toilets and handwashing stations, and ongoing support from teachers and parents. Educational and participatory interventions have proven effective in increasing students’ understanding and adherence to healthy living behaviors. Therefore, collaboration between schools, parents, and health professionals is essential to create a clean and healthy school environment that continuously fosters the development of healthy habits.
Heni Anggraini Copyright (c) 2025 UNISAN JURNAL https://journal.an-nur.ac.id/ 2025-04-20 2025-04-20 4 4 28 36 PEMBELAJARAN SYARIAT ISLAM DALAM PANDANGAN HADIST http://journal.an-nur.ac.id/index.php/unisanjournal/article/view/3554
Islamic law is sure that it contains Islamic laws and rules that govern all human life, whether Muslim or non-Muslim. Therefore, as a follower of Islam, Islamic law is an integral / comprehensive and perfect guide, the problems of human life and the life of this world. In learning Islamic law, students can explain to students about daily life, namely about the importance of knowing halal food and haram drinks. The command to consume halal food and drink is clearly found in both sources of reference for Muslims, namely the Qur'an and Hadith. However, the reality is that Muslims in Indonesia in particular do not have a high awareness of halal food and drinks. In fact, what goes into the flesh and blood of a Muslim will affect their behavior in daily life. Verily in the human body there is a lump of flesh, if he is good then his whole body is good and if he is corrupt, then his whole body is damaged. Nothing but that's what the heart says. Everything that Allah does not forbid is halal, thus all food and drink outside of what is forbidden is halal.
Abdurochman Abdurochman Copyright (c) 2025 UNISAN JURNAL https://journal.an-nur.ac.id/ 2025-04-20 2025-04-20 4 4 37 46 IMPLEMENTASI NILAI-NILAI AL-QUR’AN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PAI DI ERA MERDEKA BELAJAR http://journal.an-nur.ac.id/index.php/unisanjournal/article/view/3557
This study aims to examine the implementation of Qur'anic values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning within the context of the Merdeka Belajar (Freedom to Learn) policy. The main focus of this research is how Qur'anic values—such as honesty, responsibility, tolerance, and discipline—are internalized in the learning process, and to what extent PAI teaching approaches are capable of shaping students' character in an era of educational freedom. The method used is library research, analyzing various literature sources such as academic journals, textbooks, and relevant educational policies. The findings indicate that Qur'anic values can be effectively implemented through contextual, integrative, and character-oriented learning approaches. Within the Merdeka Belajar framework, teachers have greater flexibility to develop learning models based on Islamic values, tailored to the needs and characteristics of their students. However, the successful implementation of these values greatly depends on the teacher’s pedagogical competence, the support of the school environment, and the continuity between classroom learning and real-life practice
Carmidin Carmidin M.
