(3) The effectiveness of the interpersonal communication pattern of the principal in SDI Darul Hadits Palembang. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, with data sources being principals and teachers at SDI Darul Hadits Palembang. The data collection technique in this research is the method of observation, interviews and documentation, the data analysis using interactive analysis which includes: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it is known that: (1) The pattern of interpersonal communication between the Principal and the teacher is verbally carried out face-to-face such as greetings, direct directions both in meetings and in the daily work environment in an effort to improve teacher performance. (2) The pattern of communication between the principal and the teacher in writing is carried out by an official letter which is used to instruct teachers when there are routine meeting activities. As for this research, it is library research in nature, the data is traced through the maw</em><em>ḍ</em><em>hu'I method (thematic method), using the al-Wujuh and an-Nazhair science approaches. The data sources that the researchers used included the book of al-mu'jam (language dictionary), the books of al-Ulum al-Qur'an, the books of commentary. While the madrasah annual work plan generally includes the identification of madrasah targets (madrasaal situational objectives), selection of madrasa functions needed to achieve the identified targets, SWOT analysis, problem-solving steps, and preparation of plans and annual work programs for madrasas. This type of research is an evaluation research using qualitative research methods. According to Sugiyono, evaluation research is research that aims to compare an event, activity and product with predetermined standards and programs, so that evaluation research serves to explain the phenomenon. Aqidah Akhlak at MIN 6 Bandar Lampung for the 2022/2023 academic year. The results of the study stated that at the planning stage it was quite good. In general, the implementation of madrasa-based management in improving the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning at MIN 6 Bandar Lampung includes: Management of curriculum and teaching programs, management of education personnel, student management, financial management, management of facilities and infrastructure and management of madrasa relations with the community. Basically, the implementation of madrasa-based management in various fields has been going well. The sources of data obtained were the Head of School, Deputy Head of School, supervisor of PAI extracurricular activities, Head of Administration and students. The collected data is then processed through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification, then conclusions are drawn and analyzed qualitatively. To examine the problems in this thesis, an interdisciplinary approach is used, namely the theological-normative approach, the pedagogical approach, the psychological approach, and the sociological approach. After conducting an analysis of the data obtained, the results showed that there were 11 forms of PAI extracurricular activities developed at SDN 24 Banyuasin 1 and all of them lead to efforts to develop students' morals. The methodology in this study uses a quantitative approach with the type of causality research (cause and effect). This study examines and analyzes the influence of academic supervision and teacher performance and the implications on learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education subjects for students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah and students at SMA N 1 Terbanggi Besar. The results of the study can be seen that academic supervision has an effect on student learning outcomes with a significance value of the academic supervision variable of 0.049 which is smaller than 0.05 (Sig &gt; 0.05), then Ha is accepted. Teacher performance affects student learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (Sig &lt;0.05) then H</em><em>ᴑ</em><em> is rejected. The effect of academic supervision and teacher performance on student learning outcomes at MTs Darussalam and SMA N 1 Terbanggi Besar shows that the significance value of the F test is 0.000 les</em><em>s than 0.05 (Sig &lt; 0.05) or the F arithmetic value of 440,321 is greater than the critical value in Table F 3.89 (F count &gt; F Table), then H</em><em>ᴑ</em><em> is rejected. so it can be concluded that academic supervision and teacher performance have a simultaneous (togethe</em><em>r) effect on student learning outcomes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dimana metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berbeda-beda, yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. langkah yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, visualisasi data (penyajian data), verifikasi (penarikan kesimpulan). dari data yang terkumpul, penulis menganalisis bahwa melalui pemikiran induktif yang dimulai dari kesimpulan khusus kemudian menjadi sebuah kesimpulan. This study aims to determine the implementation, inhibiting and supporting factors of educational staff management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education services. This type of research is descriptive research using qualitative research methods with data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation methods then the data that has been collected is processed and analyzed with the stages, data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study The implementation of educational staff resource management in increasing the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education learning at MA Nurul Hikmah, South Lampung is quite good, namely a) at the planning stage: teaching according to the educational background, minimum education level S .1, skilled in using learning methods and media, b) coaching and development: involving teachers in upgrading and seminars, providing motivation to continue to higher education levels, giving awards for outstanding teachers and sanctions for teachers who lack discipline and poor performance good, involving teachers in every madrasa development, accepting and developing the ideas and potential of the teacher, c) assessment: the head of the madrasa always conducts direct supervision of the activities of his teachers, the results of teacher performance assessments are immediately followed up, and d) compensation or r reward: give respect and attention to honorary teachers. The purpose of this study is to examine the current poor quality of education in Indonesia. Indeed, education is something that is agreed upon as the main concern of every nation. The quality of education of a nation is one of the determinants of the progress of a nation. In other words, the progress of a nation or country can be measured by the quality of education of that nation or country. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Literature research is used as the method. The author collects information from newspapers and books that are believed to be true and relevant to the discussion of this article. According to the results of the study, education in Indonesia is still of low quality. The low quality of education in Indonesia can be attributed to the many educational problems faced by Indonesia. These problems are classified into two types, namely macro education problems, which consist of confusing and overly complicated curricula, unequal education, costs, teacher placement, and poor teacher quality. The problems with microscopy are the monotonous method, inappropriate equipment and infrastructure, and poor student performance. The discussion includes several solutions that are expected to solve Indonesia's education problems and Indonesia can improve the quality of its education so that it can be compared or even outperformed by other countries. Jurisprudence at MTs Al-Munawaroh 1 Bakauheni. The presence of researchers in the field is very important considering this research is qualitative. Researchers act directly as direct instruments and as data collectors from in-depth observations and are actively involved in research. Data in the form of words were taken from informants or respondents when they were interviewed. In other words, the data is in the form of information from informants, while the additional data is in the form of documents. All of these data were not only obtained from interviews, but also obtained from observation and documentation. Data analysis is done by examining existing data. Then conduct data reduction, data presentation, draw conclusions and the final stage of data analysis. The data that has been obtained explains that the real condition of the competence of religion teachers at MTs Al-Munawaroh 1 Bakauheni states that every aspect of competence such as pedagogic competence or the ability to manage learning for religious teachers is stated to be still not very mastered and still below standard, but in the aspect of evaluating learning outcomes, students' understanding, and carrying out educational and dialogic learning, can be said to be good. Personality competency in personality ability was said by the informants that the Jurisprudence teacher at MTs Al-Munawaroh 1 Bakauheni could be considered quite good and good. Social Competence in this ability can be said that Fiqh teachers at MTs Al-Munawaroh 1 Bakauheni have good and satisfying social competence abilities. This is addressed by the behavior and fact that religious teachers socialize with the environment very well, although in the aspect of mastering communication and technology, only a few religious teachers are able to use it. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the implementation of the school principal's situational leadership style and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the principal's situational leadership style at SMK Multazam Gisting. This study uses a qualitative method. The subject of the research is the principal, the data is collected by using in-depth interview techniques with informants, observation and documentation. Based on the results and analysis of the findings of the implementation of the situational leadership style of the principal of SMK Multazam Gisting. The success of an organization will not be separated from the various factors that support it. Situational leadership style can affect the performance of teachers and employees. Leadership is the process of being able to lead. Leaders have to do something. leaders must tell teachers and employees to take action. Therefore, this study aims to describe and understand education management in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior at MA Darussalam Bumi Agung. This qualitative research method uses three different data collection techniques to obtain a more complete picture of the situation. The research location is in the Tanjung Sari sub-district, Natar sub-district, South Lampung. The results showed that the implementation of character education management in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior was based on planning objectively with clear and specific goals, having regular education programs, developing activities in the form of intra-curricular, extracurricular, guidance and counseling program activities with the aim of as the formation of student character education, improving student skills in humanizing practices and other skills. Planning for the implementation of religious character education in SMA Muhammadiyah Gisting was carried out through learning activities and extracurricular activities. 2. The implementation of religious character education in SMA Muhammadiyah Gisting is carried out on: (a) integrated learning activities in each subject, and (b) learning activities carried out through extracurricular activities and school culture. 3. In general, the implementation of madrasa-based management in improving the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning at Mts Al-Hikmah Merauke includes: Management of curriculum and teaching programs, management of education personnel, student management, financial management, management of facilities and infrastructure and management of madrasa relations with the community. Basically, the implementation of madrasa-based management in various fields has been going well. By knowing all that, some suggestions can be given that can be taken into consideration for school principals, especially in improving the performance of teachers in their schools. The essence of the principal's leadership is aimed at guiding and fostering teachers to become professional teachers and have achievements and performance and teaching skills. The teacher is the most decisive component in the education system as a whole, which must receive central attention. This figure will always be a strategic spotlight when talking about education issues, because teachers are always associated with any component in the education system, especially in relation to the teaching and learning process. With a professional teacher, a further goal, namely improving student learning outcomes will be achieved. It is the principal's duty as a leader to assist teachers in improving teacher professionalism and performance. While there are still many teachers who in carrying out learning activities have not met expectations. Therefore, the author needs to examine the pattern of Principal Leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance at MTs Darun Najah. This study uses a qualitative approach, while the data collection uses participant observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. For data analysis using three flow of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it was stated that the principal's leadership was considered good, but had not had a positive impact on improving teacher performance at MTs Darun Najah&nbsp; While the performance of teachers at MTs Darun Najah is considered good, but has not run optimally as expected, this is due to the lack of teacher ability in preparing learning tools, especially Learning Implementation Plans, inadequate school facilities and infrastructure, and also the difficulties of teachers in creating educational interactions between students and teachers, as well as the difficulty of creating a conducive classroom. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi, Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan berbagai tahapan analisis seperti reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Kepemimpinan KetuaYayasan Berdasarkan Kecerdasan Emosional (Eq) DiLembaga Pendidikan SDIT TRESNA ASIH Kecamatan Sukabumi Bandar Lampung adalah: 1.) Ketua Yayasan Lembaga Pendidikan SDIT TRESNA ASIH Kecamatan Sukabumi Bandar Lampung mempunyai komitmen tinggi terhadap visi diri di masa depan. 2.)
