Implementation of this strategy is able to improve educational standards, strengthen the position of Islamic educational institutions in competition, increase community involvement, create an inclusive learning environment, and encourage the use of technology in the teaching and learning process. The research method used to explore this strategy is a literature study which includes articles, books and publications related to Islamic education management. The research results show that implementing effective Islamic education management strategies can improve the quality of education, increase the competitiveness of Islamic education institutions, expand community participation and involvement, provide an inclusive learning environment, and promote the use of technology in learning. In practice, implementing this strategy requires cooperation between Islamic educational institutions, society, government and other stakeholders. It is hoped that this collaboration will increase the effectiveness of Islamic education management strategies in facing various challenges and achieve better results in the development of responsive and adaptive Islamic education. Nasor nasor@radenintan.ac.id Nina Ayu Puspita Sari ninaayupuspitasari@radenintan.ac.id <p><em>This examination plans to break down and describe the capabilities completed by PAI educators in aiding understudies at Mathla'un Nur Professional School, Metro City, work on their ethics. This is finished to make sense of this job. Since the approach depends on subjective proof, this examination is subjective in nature. In this examination, documentation studies, meetings and perceptions are the techniques used to gather information. In the mean time, there are three phases in information examination: diminishing information, showing information, and making ends. The discoveries of exploration directed on 180 understudies at Mathla'un Nur Professional School in Metro City showed that a normal of 16% of understudies had low ethics. Interestingly, 84% of understudies have high ethics, which incorporate profound quality towards friends, educators and staff, as well as moral obligation regarding errands and following school arrangements. This shows that most of understudies have great ethics. This type of research method is a qualitative descriptive research, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data. Implicitly, the link between the improvement of the teacher's work ethic and the head of the madrasa at MTs Raudhatul Qur’an Payaraman Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan are indeed two inseparable things, meaning that as a policy maker a madrasah head does not walk alone. That the involvement of all madrasa stakeholders in efforts to improve the work ethic at MTs Raudhatul Qur’an Payaraman Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan is very much a benchmark for this improvement. Preventive steps towards improving the work ethic at MTs Raudhatul Qur’an Payaraman Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan are very diverse. This shows that the efforts of the madrasa head in influencing, inviting and stimulating all madrasa stakeholders towards improving the quality of work are very maximal. While the method used in this research is descriptive research method. The data collection technique used is observation, interview and documentation techniques. This participatory observation technique was carried out to observe the geographic location in the form of a location plan and environmental conditions, vision, mission, strategy and motto of the school as well as the condition of human resources at MTs Manbaul Ulum, Lempuing Jaya District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. Interviews were conducted to find out the leadership of the madrasah head in teacher performance. Based on the results of the description that has been described, the leadership of the madrasa head in teacher performance cannot be separated from Team Work (cooperation) with the help of supporting resources. Implementation with a certain strategy that is effective and efficient, and refers to the vision, mission and goals that have been determined previously. the style used by the headmaster of the madrasa to lead is by using a democratic style, namely where the headmaster always draws closer to the teachers, students and madrasa employees with the aim of guiding or protecting the teachers so that they carry out their duties and obligations. From the results of the author's initial observations at the Darul Huda Islamic Boarding School, the author found data that the level of student learning achievement was still low and needed to be improved again. Of course, this is the responsibility of the teacher as the learning manager and the madrasa head as the education manager at a madrasa. This research uses field research using analytical descriptive methods. The method the author used to collect data for this research was observation, interview and documentation methods. This analysis is used to reveal research results related to the implementation of Islamic boarding school-based management in an effort to improve the learning process at Riyadlotul Ulum Islamic boarding school. Based on the data that the author obtained, the author feels that the problem of increasing student learning achievement is a problem worthy of research. The efforts made by the Madrasah head are to improve the discipline of teachers and employees, motivate teachers by providing rewards for each activity, evaluate the activities of teachers, administration, head and deputy head of the Madrasah. Meanwhile, the efforts made by teachers are by providing motivation to students, providing study guidance, holding try outs, following up on learning outcomes such as remedial and enrichment, providing exercises and so on. However, character education in Indonesia cannot be separated from religion, because the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is based on Pancasila, especially, the First Principle, Belief in One Almighty God. The important things about the components that form character itself consist of: religiousness, honesty, tolerance, discipline. , hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curious, national spirit, love of the country, respect for achievements, friendly/communicative, love of peace, likes to read, cares about the environment, social care and responsibility. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentaries. Positive Student Behavior: So that character education can be realized well, efforts are made to overcome these obstacles, including: increasing discipline, providing learning facilities and infrastructure, teachers using various methods to arouse student interest and building buildings for religious practices.
