The research method used is the method of observation and interviews with related parties.</em></p> <p><em>The research results show that financing management at MA Muhammadiyah Tengnga Lembang, Sinjai Regency still needs to be improved, especially in terms of efficiency and transparency in budget use. Meanwhile, the management of infrastructure at MA Muhammadiyah Tengnga Lembang, Sinjai Regency needs to be improved to meet the needs of students and teaching staff, especially in terms of maintenance, renovation and procurement of facilities that support the teaching and learning process.</em></p> <p><em>To improve the quality of graduates, efforts need to be made to improve management of financing and infrastructure on an ongoing basis. These efforts include optimizing budget use, improving and developing facilities and infrastructure, and involving community participation in school management.</em></p> <p><em>Thus, this research provides recommendations for MA Muhammadiyah Tengnga Lembang, Sinjai Regency to continue to improve the management of financing and infrastructure to improve the quality of graduates. The background of this study is based on the low interest in learning of students and the limited use of varied learning media, which has an impact on the achievement of less than optimal learning outcomes. The research method used is a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through learning outcome tests, observation, and documentation. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the use of audio-visual media compared to before its use. Audio-visual media has proven effective in attracting students' attention, increasing learning motivation, and helping to understand the material of Aqidah Akhlak in a more concrete and enjoyable way. Disciplinary character education not only focuses on compliance with the rules, but also instills the values ​​of responsibility, perseverance, and independence in students. This study aims to analyze the implementation of disciplined character education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Syarif Abbas South Kalimantan and how it affects the improvement of HR quality. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of disciplined character education consistently in this madrasah is able to shape the attitudes and behavior of students who are more responsible, obedient to the rules, and have high learning motivation. Thus, disciplined character education is an important factor in improving the quality of human resources in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Syarif Abbas environment. Strategic planning is a systematic process in designing the direction of policies and objectives of educational institutions in order to achieve the vision and mission effectively and efficiently. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of implementing strategic planning at MTs Hidayatul Ummah NW Bagik Nunggal is carried out through the stages of formulating the vision and mission, analyzing the internal and external environment (SWOT analysis), determining strategic objectives, preparing work programs, and periodic evaluations. Although there are still several challenges such as limited resources and less than optimal stakeholder involvement, the school shows a strong commitment to implementing strategic planning as an effort to improve the quality of education. Using a qualitative approach through library research, this study analyzes both classical and modern literature on Islamic educational thought and integrative learning models. The findings reveal that the integration of reason and revelation forms a vital foundation for a holistic and contextual Islamic education framework. Reason serves as a tool for interpreting reality, while revelation offers absolute normative guidance, both of which are essential for a reflective and critical learning process. Furthermore, moral values emerge as the culmination of internalization derived from the harmony of rationality and spirituality. Contextual and experiential moral education proves to be more effective in shaping students' character than purely cognitive approaches. This research concludes that a multidisciplinary approach in Islamic Religious Education offers a transformative model to address moral degradation, value disorientation, and spiritual dryness in the modern era.
