The attitude of empathy, appreciation and support shown by the Chair creates a conducive learning environment, motivates students to learn better, and improves the welfare of all school members.</em></p> <p><em>Students feel a positive boost in their learning motivation because of the empathy and appreciation given by the Chair. This makes them feel appreciated and motivated to achieve. Teachers also feel the positive impact of the Chair's leadership, who is able to listen and understand the problems faced by teachers, so that teachers feel supported and motivated to improve their performance. Likewise with administrative staff and employees, they also feel the positive influence of the Chairman's leadership which builds harmonious relationships.</em></p> <p><em>Apart from that, the Chair's leadership based on emotional intelligence also has a positive impact on increasing student academic achievement. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah SMPI Integral Luqman Al Hakim . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dengan informan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil dan analisis temuan implementasi gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah SMPI Integral Luqman Al Hakim . Keberhasilan suatu organisasi tidak akan lepas dari berbagai faktor yang mendukungnya. Gaya kepemimpinan situasional dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru dan karyawan. kepemimpinan adalah proses untuk dapat memimpin. Pemimpin harus melakukan sesuatu. pemimpin harus memberi tahu guru dan karyawan untuk mengambil tindakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data terdiri atas sumber&nbsp; data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi&nbsp; observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan tringulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik/metode. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Hasil uji secara parsial antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadapkinerja guru diperoleh nilai p value = 0.000 &lt; 0.05. Nilai <em>p value </em>tersebut kurang atau lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0.05 yang berarti bahwa hipotesis yangmenyatakan bahwa kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Ma’had Al-Imam Adz-Dzahabi&nbsp; Jati Asih Kota Bekasi diterima dengan besarnya pengaruh sebesar 49.4%; 2) Hasil uji secara parsial antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru diperoleh p value 0.000 &lt; 0.05 yang berarti hipotesis yang menyatakan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dapat diterima dengan besarnya pengaruh sebesar 58.9%; 3) Berdasarkan uji simultan atau uji F terhadap kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama diperoleh hasil nilai R sebesar 0.776 <sup>a </sup>dan R square sebesar 0.602 dengan hasil nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 &lt; 0.05 dan besarnya pengaruh adalah sebesar 60.2% artinya antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat memberikan pengaruh dan dukungan terhadap kinerja gurudalam mengajar dengan signifikan. Sedangkan sisanya 39.8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain dari kinerja guru seperti faktor, usia, tingkat kepuasan, masa kerja maupun pengalaman serta pendidikan guru. Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat implementasi manajerial kepala madrasah/sekolah dalam pengembangan lembaga di Ma’Had Al-Imam Adz-Dzahabi Pamijahan Bogor. Jenis penelitian digunakan metode diskriptif bersifat kualitatif. Sumber data terdiri dari sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penjamin keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi yang merupakan teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang memanfaatkan pengecekan atau sebagai pembanding terhadap data tersebut. Hasil pemelitian menunjukan implementasi manajerial kepala madrasah/sekolah dalam pengembangan lembaga di Ma'Had Al-Imam Adz-Dzahabi Pamijahan Bogor, cukup baik dan perlu peningkatan pada manajemen peserta didik, manajemen kurikulum, manajemen sarana prasarana dan manajemen personalia. Seorang pendidik atau guru memiliki peranan sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter dan memotivasi minat belajar peserta didik, sehingga sangat penting meningkatkan kemampuannya atau kompetensi guru. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data primer pada penelitian ini adalah Kepala Madrasah, Guru, dan Siswa, sedangkan sumber data sekunder berasal dari dokumen administrative madrasah. Teknik pengumpulan data Peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk validasi data Peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan Manajemen Kepala madrasah Tsanawiyah dalam implementasi fungsi manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, diantaranya pembuatan rencana kegiatan beserta anggarannya, pengorganisasian: membagi tugas kepada bawahannya, personilnya tentang tugas dan tanggungjawabnya, penggerakan: memotivasi san memberikan reward dan punishman sebagai penghargaan dan teguran kepada hasil kinerja guru, dan pengawasan: melakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi di semua kegiatan diawal pelaksanaan, saat pelaksanaan dan setelah selesai kegiatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode: 1. Observasi, 2. Interview atau wawancara, 3. Dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh direduksi kemudian dianalisa. Hasil analisis diperoleh dengan peran guru&nbsp; Peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam membina akhlak peserta didik sangatlah vital dalam konteks pendidikan. Berdasarkan pembahasan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Guru bimbingan dan konseling memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mendampingi, membimbing, dan memberikan konseling kepada siswa dalam pengembangan akhlak yang baik. 2. Mereka merencanakan dan melaksanakan program-program pembinaan akhlak di sekolah, serta memberikan solusi atas masalah atau konflik yang berkaitan dengan akhlak. 3. Sebagai teladan dan contoh bagi siswa, guru bimbingan dan konseling harus menunjukkan perilaku yang baik dan menginspirasi siswa untuk mengikuti jejak mereka. 4. Selain itu, mereka membantu siswa untuk mengembangkan kesadaran akan nilai-nilai moral dan kemandirian dalam memilih tindakan yang sesuai dengan akhlak yang diinginkan. 5. Kerja sama dengan orang tua dan masyarakat juga merupakan bagian dari peran mereka, dalam rangka memberikan dukungan dan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk membina akhlak siswa. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan diantaranya pedoman wawancara, obsevasi, angket dan dokumentasi sebagai instrumen penelitian. Prosedur penelitian mencakup tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) perencanaan (<em>planning)</em>; (b) penerapan tindakan (<em>action)</em>; (c) mengobservasi dan mengevaluasi proses dan hasil tindakan (<em>observation and evaluation)</em>; dan (d) melakukan refleksi (<em>reflecting)</em>. Pada uji intrumen menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan regresi berganda. Pada uji hipotesis dilakukan uji korelasi untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara profesionalisme guru terhadap minat belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubugan antara Profesional Guru dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa MTs Negeri 2 Lampung Tengah. Kompetensi Profesional Guru dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa berkorelasi sebesar 0,7647. Ini berarti bahwa apabila tingkat kompetensi profesional guru&nbsp; tinggi, maka prestasi belajar siswa&nbsp; cenderung tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penerapan pembinaan karakter religius dalam membina akhlak yang baik di MIN 12 Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, obervasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan kesimpulan bahwa peran guru akidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan prilaku keagamaan siswa sangatlah penting dalam konteks pendidikan. Berdasarkan pembahasan sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Guru akidah akhlak memiliki peran utama dalam menyampaikan dan mengajarkan nilai-nilai agama kepada siswa. Mereka membantu siswa memahami konsep-konsep dasar dalam ajaran agama, seperti iman, takwa, moralitas, dan etika. 2. Selain itu, guru juga bertanggung jawab dalam membentuk kesadaran spiritual siswa. Mereka membantu siswa untuk memperdalam kesadaran spiritual mereka dan mengembangkan hubungan yang lebih dekat dengan Tuhan melalui berbagai praktik keagamaan, seperti beribadah dan berdoa. 3. Guru akidah akhlak juga berperan sebagai teladan dalam praktek nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Mereka memberikan contoh yang baik bagi siswa dalam menjalankan ajaran agama dan mempraktikkan nilai-nilai moral dalam tindakan mereka. 4. Guru juga membantu siswa untuk memahami relevansi ajaran agama dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Mereka memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya menjalankan ajaran agama dalam berbagai situasi kehidupan, baik dalam hubungan sosial, pekerjaan, maupun aktivitas sehari-hari lainnya. 5. Melalui pendekatan yang holistik dan terintegrasi, guru akidah akhlak membantu siswa untuk mengembangkan karakter keagamaan yang kuat dan bertanggung jawab. Mereka memfasilitasi siswa untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang ajaran agama, menerapkan nilai-nilai agama dalam praktek sehari-hari, dan tumbuh sebagai individu yang berakhlak mulia dalam masyarakat. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran guru akidah akhlak sangatlah penting dalam membentuk prilaku keagamaan siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 12 Bandar Lampung . Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif, yakni penelitian yang menggambarkan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi gurudalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 12 Bandar Lampung . Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari sumber data primer dan sekunder.Metode pengumpulandata yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. The methodology in this research uses a quantitative approach with causality (cause-effect) research. This research examines and analyzes the implementation of academic supervision in improving joint learning. Based on the discussions that have been carried out in accordance with the main focus of this research, namely improving teacher work through the leadership of MIN 12 Bandar Lampung, it was found that the leadership of the principal of Central Lampung Regency was considered to be good because he had carried out leadership in accordance with the needs of the madrasah organization. This has had a significant impact on improving teacher performance in Central Lampung Regency. However, it cannot be denied that the performance of teachers in Central Lampung Regency still needs to continue to be improved so that it is more optimal, especially regarding the three findings mentioned above. Sekolah ini menjalankan dua (2) kurikulum yaitu kurikulum umum dan kurikulum khusus (keIslaman / keagamaan aktivitas kegiatan praktek ibadah harian seperti berwudhu, sholat dhuha, muroja‟ah hafalan, sholat dzuhur berjama‟ah, begitu juga dengan azan tapi siswa tetap memiliki minat belajar PAI dengan baik. Madrasah-based management emphasizes effective and efficient management based on the characteristics and needs of the madrasah itself. By implementing madrasa-based management, it is hoped that the quality of learning at MTsN 1 South Solok Regency can be improved significantly.</em></p> <p><em>This research aims to examine the current condition of the quality of learning at MTsN 1 South Solok Regency, the factors that are obstacles to improving the quality of learning, and how the implementation of madrasa-based management can improve the quality of learning at the madrasa. A qualitative approach with case study research was used in this research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis techniques.</em></p> <p><em>The results of the research show that the condition of the quality of learning at MTsN 1 South Solok Regency is currently still facing several challenges, such as lack of involvement of all related parties, lack of accurate and integrated data management, lack of understanding of the concept of madrasa-based management, limited human resources and infrastructure. , as well as the lack of use of technology in learning. However, the implementation of madrasa-based management has great potential to improve the quality of learning in these madrasas. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that the process of implementing a character-based curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung involves planning, implementation, evaluation and renewal. Planning involves identifying character values, integration in the syllabus, and development of learning modules. Implementation is carried out through daily learning with the teacher's active role as facilitator. Evaluations are carried out periodically to evaluate the effectiveness of implementation.</em></p> <p><em>Supporting factors in implementing a character-based curriculum include the commitment of school principals and teachers, availability of resources, support from students' parents, and a conducive school environment. The research results show that the principal at SD Negeri 04 Sungai Gadiang applies various leadership styles, such as transformative, democratic, transformational, and instructional, to improve teachers' professional competence. Factors that influence the application of this leadership style include transformational, instructional, situational and democratic leadership. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative fieldwork. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that: 1. Planning for the implementation of religious character education at Pondok Pesantren Darul Qurro Kawunganten is carried out through learning activities and non-learning activities. 2. Implementation of religious character education at Pondok Pesantren Darul Qurro Kawunganten is carried out in: (a) integrated learning activities in each subject, and (b) outside learning activities carried out through extracurricular activities and school culture. 3. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with five school principals, direct observation in the school environment, and analysis of documents related to school management. The research results show that the work ethic of the principal at SD Negeri 11 Indralaya has various dimensions, including dedication, commitment, integrity and effective leadership. Factors that influence this work ethic include educational background, work experience, support from school staff, and pressure from the work environment. This research also identifies the challenges faced by school principals in maintaining and improving their work ethic, such as limited resources, policy changes, and complex task demands. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and interpretive techniques. The research results show that the work ethic of the principal at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan has a significant role in influencing the work climate, motivation and performance of teachers and school staff. Factors such as leadership, integrity, dedication, and commitment to the school's vision and mission are key elements in forming a strong work ethic. It was also found that a school principal's good work ethic was positively correlated with student academic achievement, discipline, and the school's image in society. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Respondents consisted of school principals, teachers and supervisory staff. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data display and data verification techniques. The results of the research show that the implementation of supervision by the school principal has made a positive contribution in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers. Supervision is carried out on a scheduled and ongoing basis, with a focus on developing teacher professionalism. Principals use a collaborative approach in providing feedback to teachers, facilitating reflective discussions, and providing needed resources. Apart from that, the school principal also implements a supervision model that is in accordance with the characteristics of Islamic Religious Education subjects. However, there are still several challenges in implementing supervision, such as lack of adequate time, limited resources, and resistance from some teachers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on case studies to understand in depth the dynamics of communication between school principals and teachers. The data collection method involved in-depth interviews with six school principals and twenty teachers, as well as direct observation in the school environment. The research results show that interpersonal communication patterns between school principals and teachers greatly influence the work climate and teacher performance. Open, responsive, and solution-oriented communication tends to create a harmonious and collaborative work environment, which in turn increases teacher motivation and performance. On the other hand, lack of communication, lack of clarity in direction, and unresponsiveness of the principal can cause tension and dissatisfaction among teaching staff. These findings highlight the importance of the principal's role in facilitating effective and supportive communication among school staff. The practical implications of this research emphasize the need for interpersonal communication training for school principals and teachers, as well as the expansion of formal and informal communication mechanisms in the school environment. The research results show that SMPI Al-Amin has implemented various character education management strategies, including the formation of a character committee, training for teachers, and integration of character in the curriculum. This implementation has had a positive impact on students' interest in learning and the formation of positive attitudes towards themselves, the environment and each other. Students show an increase in active participation in school activities, concern for the environment, and awareness of the importance of character values in everyday life. However, challenges such as limited resources and uneven understanding of the concept of character education still need to be overcome. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to students, parents and teachers at the high school. Data collection was carried out using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical techniques, including mean, median, and percentage. The research results show that the quality of educational services at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya has several weaknesses in several aspects. Aspects of physical facilities, such as classroom and laboratory conditions, show a low level of satisfaction. Apart from that, the lack of supporting facilities, such as adequate libraries and adequate sports facilities, is also a major concern. On the other hand, aspects of the learning process show relatively high levels of satisfaction, although there is still room for improvement in terms of increasing student engagement and using innovative teaching methods. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between the dynamics of work culture and teacher motivation in improving performance. Teachers' high motivation is reflected in their dedication to the profession, desire to continue learning and developing, and active involvement in school activities. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of HR management at MAN 2 Bandung includes a transparent recruitment and selection process, career development through training and development programs, as well as regular performance evaluations. Factors that influence the implementation of HR management include limited resources, government regulations, organizational culture, and leadership. However, effective implementation has positive impacts, including improved teacher and staff performance, high motivation and job satisfaction, and improved working relationships among institutional members. This impact is reflected in the improvement in the quality of educational services, which is characterized by better learning effectiveness, a more meaningful educational experience for students, and increased academic achievement. Penelitian majemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di MA USB Filial Man Batammerupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey&nbsp; dan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang manajemen mutu dan guru. Teknik pengambilan data adalah dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model <em>Miles </em>dan <em>Humberman </em>yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan tentang manajemen fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendidikan di MA USB Filial Man Batam, dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1. Perencanaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendidikan di MA USB Filial Man Batam terbagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu perencanaan fasilitas program dan perencanaan infrastruktur rumah tangga. 2. Pengadaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendidikan di MA USB Filial Man Batam juga terbagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu pengadaan fasilitas program dan pengadaan infrastruktur rumah tangga. 3. Penyimpanan fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendidikan di MA USB Filial Man Batam dilakukan di tempat penyimpanan yang khusus. 4. Pemeliharaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendidikan di MA USB Filial Man Batam dilakukan melalui dua tahapan, yaitu pemeliharaan sekolah dan pemeliharaan fasilitas sekolah. Dari uraian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur di MA USB Filial Man Batam telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui : (a) penerapan strategi pembelajaran afektif <em>Value Clarification Technique (VCT)</em> pada siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 4 Palembang, (b) Perbedaan nilai-nilai kebaikan siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 4 Palembang pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional dan kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran afektif model <em>Value Clarification Technique (VCT).</em> Penerapan strategi pembelajaran afektif model <em>Value Clarification Technique (VCT)</em> untuk meningkatkan nilai-nilai kebaikan pada siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 4 Palembang&nbsp; sudah berjalan dengan baik dari setiap tahap pelaksanaan sehingga siswa mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan serta latihan dengan baik dari guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kemudian data yang sudah terkumpul di olah dan dianasisa dengan tahapan , Reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian Implementasi manajemen sumber daya tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan efektifitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di MAS Al Utrujiyyah Kelurahan Kota Karang Kecamatan Teluk Betung Timur Kota Bandar Lampung&nbsp; cukup baik, yaitu a) pada tahap perencanaan: mengajar sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikannya, jenjang pendidikan minimal S.1, terampil menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran, b) pembinaan dan pengembangan: mengikutsertakan guru dalam penataran dan seminar, memberikan motivasi untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, memberikan penghargaan bagi guru berprestasi dan sanksi bagi guru yang kurang disiplin dan kinerjanya yang kurang baik, mengikutsertakan guru dalam setiap perkembangan madrasah, menerima dan mengembangkan ide dan potensi yang dimiliki guru, c) penilaian: kepala madrasah selalu mengadakan supervisi langsung pada kegiatan guru-gurunya, hasil penilaian kinerja guru langsung ditindaklanjuti, dan d) pemberian kompensasi atau reward: memberikan penghargaan dan perhatian pada guru honorer. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan mengunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran yaitu penerapan komponen kurikulum 2013, menerapkan tahapan dalam penyusunan kurikulum, membuat strategi dan program unggulan serta menciptakan kerja sama semua pihak yang membangun, adanya peserta didik yang meraih prestasi sehingga manajemen kurikulum di madrasah aliyah dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, 2) Pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran berjalan dengan lancar dan pendidik menggunakan berbagai macam model, metode dan media pembelajaran, pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum memiliki kesesuaian dengan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran, 3) Faktor pendukung manajemen kurikulum meliputi niat ikhlas dan tulus dari pendidik, pendidik profesional dan memiliki wawasan luas, loyalitas pendidik dan aktif mengembangkan metode seiring berkembangnya teknologi dan komunikasi yang baik antar komponen pengelola madrasah.
