IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN MINAT, SIKAP DAN PERILAKU POSITIF SISWA
Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of character education in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Furqon Rawi. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Therefore, this research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentaries. The validity of the data is done through methodology. Data were analyzed during and after the study. The results showed that the implementation of character education in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Furqon Rawi there was a major competency that was mastered by each teacher namely; The RPP regulates competence, curriculum implementation and evaluation. So, the implementation of character education for each lesson through: creating competency standards for graduates (SKL) compiled standards (SK) compiled learning indicators, learning evaluation strategies apply all these improvements with supporting factors and limiting factors. It is meaningful, having the research implications that every teacher must have professionalism, good workers, fresh functions, and credible performance. That is, having the implementation of character education is education with aspects of building morals, (ethics-aesthetics), cognitive, feelings, and psychomotor actions.
