Abstract
This study aims to identify the obstacles faced by teacher management in utilizing information and communication technology in learning at MTs Darussalam Adi Jaya and to provide efforts that can be made to overcome these obstacles. The research method used is qualitative research using interview and observation data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the constraints faced by teacher management in utilizing information and communication technology in learning include infrastructure problems and limited access, lack of understanding and skills of information and communication technology, as well as the less supportive role of the school. To overcome these obstacles, MTs Darussalam Adi Jaya can make efforts such as training and developing teacher skills in utilizing information and communication technology in learning, improving existing information and communication technology infrastructure, and providing support and appreciation to successful teachers. utilizing information and communication technology in learning. It is hoped that by making these efforts, teacher management in utilizing information and communication technology in learning at MTs Darussalam Adi Jaya can continue to improve and have an impact on improving the quality of education at the school.
