PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMAS RIYADHUSSHOLIHIIN PANDEGLANG
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effect of principal leadership management on teacher performance at Riyadhussholihiin Pandeglang High School. The research method used was a survey with a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire given to 50 teachers at the Riyadhussholihiin Pandeglang High School. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques.
The results of the study show that principal leadership management has a significant positive effect on teacher performance in SMA Riyadhussholihiin Pandeglang. Several leadership factors that contribute positively to teacher performance include clarity of vision and mission, appropriate and fair decision making, transparent policy making, proper support and guidance for teachers, and consistent reward and punishment.
Thus, this study shows that principal leadership management has an important role in improving teacher performance at Riyadhussholihiin Pandeglang High School. The implication of this research is the importance of the principal's role in leading and managing schools well, as well as providing appropriate support and coaching to teachers in order to improve their performance.
