MANAJAJEMEN PEMBIAYAAN DAN SARANA PRASARANA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU LULUSAN DI SMAN 1 KIBANG

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of financing and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Kibang East Lampung and the efforts that can be made to improve the quality of graduates. The research method used is the method of observation and interviews with related parties.

The results of the study show that financing management at SMAN 1 Kibang East Lampung still needs to be improved, especially in terms of efficiency and transparency in the use of the budget. Meanwhile, the management of infrastructure at SMAN 1 Kibang East Lampung needs to be improved to meet the needs of students and teaching staff, especially in terms of maintenance, return, and provision of facilities that support the teaching-learning process.

To improve the quality of graduates, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the management of financing and infrastructure in a sustainable manner. These efforts include optimizing the use of the budget, repairing and developing facilities and infrastructure, and involving community participation in school management.

Therefore, this study provides recommendations to SMAN 1 Kibang East Lampung to continue to improve the management of financing and infrastructure in order to improve the quality of graduates. In addition, this research can also be a reference for other educational institutions in managing financing and infrastructure effectively and efficiently to achieve better educational goals.
