Abstract

This study aims to find out and reveal the work ethic of the Principal of Middle School (SMP) Salman Alfarisi Harapan Jaya Cibinong. Harapan Jaya Cibinong, Data was collected through documentation, interviews, and observation. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using various stages of analysis such as data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of the study show that: The work ethic of the Principal of the Middle School (SMP) Salman Alfarisi Harapan Jaya Cibinong is: That the higher the work ethic shown by the principal, the image of the madrasa will continue to improve. The increased work ethic of the Principal of Middle School (SMP) Salman Alfarisi Harapan Jaya Cibinong is also directly proportional to the improvement and progress at MTs PEMNU Talangpadang. Preventive steps towards improving the work ethic of the Principal of Middle School (SMP) Salman Alfarisi Harapan Jaya Cibinong are very diverse. , the institution becomes big because it makes discipline a barometer of progress.
