IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS PONDOK PESANTREN DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN RIYADLATUL ULUM BATANGHARI

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Islamic boarding school-based management in an effort to improve the learning process. From the author's initial observations at the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School Merauke, the authors found data that the level of student achievement was still low and needed to be improved again. Of course, this is the responsibility of the teacher as the manager of learning and the head of the madrasa as the manager of education at a madrasa. This research uses field research using descriptive analytic method. The method that the author uses in collecting research data is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. This analysis is used to reveal the results of research related to the Implementation of Islamic Boarding School-Based Management in an Effort to Improve the Learning Process at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah Riyadlotul Ulum . Based on the data that the authors get, the authors feel that the problem of increasing student achievement is a problem that is worthy of research. The efforts made by the head of the Madrasah were to improve the discipline of teachers and employees, to motivate teachers by giving rewards for each activity, to evaluate the activities of carrying out the duties of teachers, administration, heads and deputy heads of Madrasas and to conduct comparative studies in schools in Merauke. While the efforts made by the teacher are to provide motivation to students, provide tutoring, hold try outs, follow up on learning outcomes such as remedial and enrichment, provide exercises and others. However, the efforts made by the teacher and the head of the Madrasah have not been able to improve the learning achievement of students at the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School in Merauke as a whole and significantly.
