IMPLEMENTASI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM HASIL BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe: (1) The effect of academic supervision on student learning outcomes of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalam and SMA N 1 Terbanggi Besar, (2) The effect of teacher performance on student learning outcomes of SMA N 1 Terbanggi Besar, (3) The influence of academic supervision and teacher performance on student learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalam and SMA N 1 Terbanggi Besar. The methodology in this study uses a quantitative approach with the type of causality research (cause and effect). This study examines and analyzes the influence of academic supervision and teacher performance and the implications on learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education subjects for students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah and students at SMA N 1 Terbanggi Besar. The results of the study can be seen that academic supervision has an effect on student learning outcomes with a significance value of the academic supervision variable of 0.049 which is smaller than 0.05 (Sig > 0.05), then Ha is accepted. Teacher performance affects student learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (Sig <0.05) then Hᴑ is rejected. The effect of academic supervision and teacher performance on student learning outcomes at MTs Darussalam and SMA N 1 Terbanggi Besar shows that the significance value of the F test is 0.000 less than 0.05 (Sig < 0.05) or the F arithmetic value of 440,321 is greater than the critical value in Table F 3.89 (F count > F Table), then Hᴑ is rejected. so it can be concluded that academic supervision and teacher performance have a simultaneous (together) effect on student learning outcomes. By looking at the results of this study, it is hoped that it can be used as study material for the scope of relevant problems in the world of education
