This research aims to find out how management develops professionalism and improves learning effectiveness. This study uses a qualitative design. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The Role of Teachers in Management of Teacher Professional Development in Improving Learning Effectiveness at Pembina Menggala High School as facilitators, the role of supervising teachers, teacher war motivators, the role of teacher organizers, the role of teachers as human resources, this of course produces positive results, namely the existence of Teacher Professional Development Management In Improving the Effectiveness of Learning in Pembina Menggala High School in the Academic Year. The factors that influence the Management of Teacher Professional Development in Improving Learning Effectiveness at Pembina Menggala High School for the 2021/2022 Academic Year are as follows: Internal factors, internal factors, namely factors that come from within the teacher itself which consists of physiological factors and psychological factors, namely the lack of professionalism from within the teacher. External factors are factors that come from outside the students themselves. These factors include family, school and student factors including family factors and school factors.
