PERAN GURU AKIDAH AKHLAK DALAM PEMBINAAN AKHLAK PESERTA DIDIK DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 1 TANGGAMUS
Abstract
This research was conducted to reveal how the role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher plays in the moral development of students and aims to analyze and describe the role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher in the moral development of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Tanggamus Kotaagung. This research is a qualitative research, because the approach is based on evidence qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. While data analysis consists of three steps, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Participatory observation techniques are carried out to observe geographical locations in the form of location plans and environmental conditions, vision, mission, strategy and motto of the School and the state of human resources in Madrasahs. Aliyah Negeri 1 Tanggamus Kotaagung. Based on the results of research on 180 students of SD Negeri 1 Tanggamus Kotaagung, there was an average of 16% students. The role of the Akidah Akhlak teacher as an educator and teacher is not optimal, due to the minimal volume of meetings between the Akidah Akhlak teacher and students. one of the success factors in fostering the morals of the students of SD Negeri 1 Tanggamus Kotaagung is the commitment of all teachers to care for and always monitor the moral development of students.
