Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the efforts made by educators in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior through character building which in turn means that students will have good morals within the school environment and in society. To find out the obstacles that hinder the formation of children's character in MA Darul Hijrah Walfallah, Tenggulang Baru Village, Kec. Babat Supat Kab. Musi Banyuasin. To find out the efforts to overcome the obstacles that cause the child's character to become increasingly distant from noble moral values ​​even though he has attended school. The data collection technique used is observation, interview and documentation techniques. This participatory observation technique was carried out to observe the geographical location in the form of a location plan and environmental conditions, vision, mission, strategy and motto of the school as well as the condition of human resources at MA Darul Hijrah Walfallah, Tenggulang Baru Village, Kec. Babat Supat Kab. Musi Banyuasin.
