MANAJEMEN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN POTENSI ORGANISASI KESISWAAN

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of the Madrasah Principal in increasing the potential of student organizations at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin. To find out the process of implementing the Madrasa Head in increasing the potential of student organizations at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin. To evaluate madrasah principals in increasing the potential of student organizations at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects include the Head of Madrasah, Vice Student Affairs, and Students. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques There are three stages that must be done in analyzing qualitative research data, namely: data editing, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Head of Madrasah makes preparations in managing student organizations by conducting deliberations on student organization. Then in its implementation it gives direction to the vice president of student affairs, the rest of the student council provides guidance and provides direction to the organizational supervisors and the supervisors will go directly into the field, giving direction and guidance as well as controlling students in the organization. Then the Madrasah Head will evaluate the activities carried out by the organization in the madrasa. If there are obstacles and problems, they will be fixed immediately to make it even better.
