Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of strengthening Islamic education management that is not only administratively effective but also sustainable through the integration of Islamic values into organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Islamic organizational culture in realizing sustainable Islamic education management. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted in an Islamic educational institution, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through triangulation. The results indicate that Islamic organizational culture, encompassing values such as trustworthiness (amanah), sincerity (ikhlas), discipline, responsibility, and Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah Islamiyah), is internalized in all management functions, including planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, thereby enhancing effectiveness, commitment, and institutional sustainability. In conclusion, Islamic organizational culture serves as a strategic foundation in achieving sustainable Islamic education management by strengthening spiritual and ethical values in managerial practices.
