KEPEMIMPINAN KHARISMATIK KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN INTRAPERSONAL ANAK DI MADRASAH DINIYAH EL-FATH EL-ISLAMI

Abstract

El-Fath El-Islami is an Islamic boarding school that still maintains traditional education patterns. Students are required to take part in the Madrasah Diniyyah program which is taught by charismatic kyai so that they have lots of ideas that can motivate their students, for example in terms of improving children's intrapersonal intelligence, learning achievement, and so on. This research uses field research with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that K. Ahmad Bidlowi is a firm, charismatic leader and a good role model, so he is able to increase the intrapersonal intelligence of students at Madrasah Diniyah El-Fath El-Islami.
