Balanced Scorecard-based program evaluation is a strategic approach that integrates four performance perspectives—financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth—to improve management effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the implementation of BSC-based evaluation in the management of MA Guppi Banjarsari , Waysulan, South Lampung, with a focus on strategies, challenges, and the initial impact of its implementation. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña interactive model which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the implementation of BSC at MA Guppi Banjarsari is still in the early stages, but has encouraged a change in management orientation from just implementing activities to achieving results (outcome-based evaluation). The financial perspective is focused on the management of BOS and committee funds, while the customer perspective highlights the relatively high satisfaction of parents and society. The perspective of internal processes and learning still requires strengthening performance indicators and the use of technology. The main supporting factor is the commitment of madrasah leaders, while the obstacles include limited managerial literacy and facilities. The implementation of BSC has the potential to increase transparency, accountability, and effectiveness of madrasah management in a sustainable manner.
