However, IRE learning in educational institutions still faces various challenges, including limited instructional innovation and suboptimal institutional strategies. This study aims to analyze the strategies of educational institutions in optimizing Islamic Religious Education learning in the modern era, identify supporting factors, and formulate an integrative strategic approach. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research design, with data sources derived from scholarly journals, books, and relevant documents published within the last five years, analyzed through content analysis techniques. The findings reveal that the optimization of IRE learning can be achieved through the integration of systematic institutional management strategies, technology-based and student-centered learning innovations, as well as the strengthening of teacher competence and supportive school culture. In conclusion, the success of IRE learning in the modern era is determined by the synergy between institutional policies, pedagogical innovation, and sustainable use of technology
