MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN DI ERA GLOBALISASI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic educational management in improving the quality of educational institutions in the era of globalization. The method used is a literature review, reviewing various relevant scientific sources over the past five years. The results indicate that Islamic educational management plays a strategic role in improving the quality of institutions through strengthening Islamic values, curriculum innovation, improving the quality of human resources, and utilizing digital technology. Globalization demands that Islamic educational institutions adapt without abandoning their Islamic identity. Therefore, an integrative, strategic, and quality-oriented management approach is needed to face global challenges.
