Abstract

The transformation of Islamic educational management based on technology has become an urgent necessity in addressing the challenges of the 21st century, characterized by digitalization and shifts in educational paradigms. Islamic educational institutions are required to integrate Islamic values with technological utilization to enhance the quality of educational services. This study aims to analyze the transformation of technology-based Islamic educational management, identify its implementation, and examine its implications in facing 21st-century challenges at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the transformation of technology-based educational management has been implemented through managerial functions, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating in a digital context, which contributes to improving management efficiency, teacher professionalism, and the development of an adaptive and innovative organizational culture. In conclusion, the transformation of technology-based Islamic educational management plays a crucial role in enhancing educational quality and institutional competitiveness in the digital era while maintaining Islamic values
