Student service administration management plays a strategic role in supporting the creation of a child-friendly school environment that is safe, inclusive, and oriented toward the best interests of students. This study aims to analyze the student service administration system at MI Miftahul Ulum Beringin Kencana, as well as to identify supporting factors, obstacles, and the school’s efforts in implementing the principles of Child-Friendly Schools (CFS). This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the student service administration at MI Miftahul Ulum includes academic data, behavior records, attendance, and character development activities, although most documentation is still handled manually. A reporting mechanism for student cases exists but lacks comprehensive written standard procedures. Key supporting factors include the commitment of the school principal, teacher collaboration, and the involvement of the school committee. However, obstacles such as limited technology, insufficient administrative training, and low digital literacy among some teachers remain challenges. The implementation of student service administration has positively influenced school-parent communication, early detection of student issues, and the planning of character-building programs. This study recommends strengthening digital administration and providing training for teachers to enhance the effectiveness of student services.
