This study aims to analyze human resource (HR) management among educators and education personnel at the Asy Syaamil Lima Puluh Kota Islamic Boarding School in an effort to improve the quality of learning in the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study were Education Personnel, Educators and students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Test the validity of the data by increasing diligence in research and using reference materials. The results of the study indicate that HR management is implemented through teacher needs planning, recruitment and selection, competency development, performance assessment, and motivation. Although most processes are running well, there are still obstacles such as limited professional educators, training competencies that are not yet sustainable, and learning support facilities that need to be improved. The conclusion that can be drawn from the Implementation of Human Resource Management in an effort to improve the competence of teaching and educational staff at the Asy Syaamil Lima Puluh Kota Bedagai Islamic Boarding School, North Sumatra Province has been implemented well, namely through resource management planning, implementation of human resource management and supervision and evaluation of resource management. Improving the quality of HR management has a significant impact on the quality of learning at the Islamic boarding school.
