IMPLEMENTASI MEDIA PUZZLE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF DI TK CENDEKIA BARADATU WAY KANAN
Abstract
This study iams to explore in depth the utilization of puzzle learning media in enhancing cognitive abilities at TK Cendekia Baradatu Way Kanan. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that the use of puzzles effectively improves children’s abilities in visual observation, pattern recognition, logical thinking, and problem-solving. Children also demonstrated improvements in concentration, perseverance, and self-confidence while completing puzzles. The strategies implemented by teachers were tailored to the age and developmental levels of the children. Puzzles not only served as engaging learning tools but also supported emotional and social development through interactive play activities. These findings suggest that puzzle media is an effective tool for creating contextual, meaningful learning that aligns with the developmental stages of early childhood.
