This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of the school principal's leadership management on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 36 Bandar Lampung. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results reveal that the principal's participative and communicative leadership style has a positive impact on enhancing teachers’ motivation, discipline, and professionalism in carrying out their duties. The principal actively designs teacher development programs, provides regular performance feedback, and fosters a conducive and collaborative working environment. These findings confirm that effective school leadership management significantly contributes to improving teacher performance, which ultimately affects the overall quality of education. The study suggests the need for strengthening principals' leadership competencies through ongoing training and mentoring.
