Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the management of educational facilities and infrastructure and the improvement of the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMPN Satu Atap 1 Sragi, South Lampung Regency, in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research employs a quantitative correlational approach. The subjects consisted of the principal, PAI teachers, and students of grades VIII and IX. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test.               The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the management of educational facilities and infrastructure and the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning. Schools with well-managed facilities tend to provide a more conducive learning environment, which encourages students to be more active and motivated in learning. The findings indicate that effective management of facilities—including planning, procurement, utilization, and maintenance—plays an important role in supporting the quality of learning, especially in moral and religious aspects. Thus, improving the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is a crucial effort to enhance the overall quality of Islamic Religious Education learning in schools.
