UPAYA GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MEMBINA AKHLAK SISWA DI SMP NEGERI TERPADU UNGGULAN 1 TANA TIDUNG KABUPATEN TANA TIDUNG PROVINSI KALIMANTAN UTARA TAHUN AKADEMIK 2024 /2025

Abstract

Education educates its students to become intelligent human beings and also builds their personality so that they have noble character. Therefore character education is certainly important for all levels, from elementary school to university. In general, character education starts from an early age, if a person's character has been formed early on, then when he becomes an adult he will not change easily even though temptation or seduction comes so tempting. With character education from an early age, it is hoped that it will be able to produce superior alumni, namely children of the nation who are faithful, pious, have noble character, have expertise in their fields and have character. Based on the results of observations at Di SMP Ngeri Terpadu Unggulan 1 Tana Tidung Kabupaten Tana Tidung Propinsi Kalimantan Utara , there are still many students who are not optimal. Islamic Religious Education in Shaping the Character of Students at Di SMP Ngeri Terpadu Unggulan 1 Tana Tidung Kabupaten Tana Tidung Propinsi Kalimantan Utara  Academic Year 2024/2025. The focus of this research is what is the role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher in shaping the character of students at Di SMP Ngeri Terpadu Unggulan 1 Tana Tidung Kabupaten Tana Tidung Propinsi Kalimantan Utara  academic year. This study uses qualitative research that leads to an evaluative process of research objects. To obtain the necessary data, the authors use several data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation.As for the implementation of the character building of students at Di SMP Ngeri Terpadu Unggulan 1 Tana Tidung Kabupaten Tana Tidung Propinsi Kalimantan Utara , PAI teachers are greatly helped by the SOPs made by the school, including: first, namely nine aspects of the superior curriculum at Di SMP Ngeri Terpadu Unggulan 1 Tana Tidung Kabupaten Tana Tidung Propinsi Kalimantan Utara  which are applied in subjects, Code of Conduc of Di SMP Ngeri Terpadu Unggulan 1 Tana Tidung Kabupaten Tana Tidung Propinsi Kalimantan Utara  which is a code or feature that contains personality that must be possessed by students of Di SMP Ngeri Terpadu Unggulan 1 Tana Tidung Kabupaten Tana Tidung Propinsi Kalimantan Utara , the three EA (Excel Appreciation), namely points given to students and are the consequences of the actions of students who violate school rules by deducting points each time they violate. From some of the things above, PAI teachers will find it very easy to shape the character of students so that they become individuals with character and achieve the goals and expected results.
