This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of collaborative management in Islamic education as an effort to build synergy among stakeholders in improving the quality of educational institutions. The research employs a library research approach, drawing data from academic books, journals, and previous studies related to the topic. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis, which included data reduction, thematic categorization, and conceptual synthesis. The findings reveal that collaborative management in Islamic education is reflected through cooperation among principals, teachers, students, parents, communities, and government bodies, all guided by the Islamic values of syura (consultation), ukhuwah (brotherhood), amanah (trust), and ihsan (excellence in action). The key supporting factors include participatory leadership and organizational culture based on Islamic values, while the main challenges lie in limited resources and weak inter-stakeholder communication. The study concludes that collaborative management rooted in Islamic principles serves as an effective strategy to enhance educational quality and foster sustainable spiritual character development.
