Abstract

Islamic education management is an integrated system to achieve the goals of Islamic education. This study aims to identify elements of Islamic education management that are effective in improving the quality of education. The method used in this study is library research by analyzing various relevant literature sources. The results of the study indicate that of the six elements of Islamic education management: people, money, materials, methods, machines, and markets as discussed above, these six management elements cannot stand alone; they are all interrelated to achieve organizational goals. Where humans are the main driver who manages and utilizes other elements (money, materials, machines, methods, and markets) effectively and efficiently.
