KEPEMIMPINAN LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
Abstract
Human resource management (HRM) is an important part of managing Islamic educational institutions. The success of these institutions is not only determined by the curriculum and facilities, but also by the quality of teachers and educational staff. This study uses library research methods, looking at literature, articles, and previous research related to HRM in Islamic education. The findings show that applying the functions of HRM—such as planning, recruitment, selection, development, performance evaluation, compensation, and guidance—can improve the effectiveness of Islamic educational institutions. Furthermore, Islamic values like responsibility, sincerity, and professionalism serve as ethical foundations in managing human resources to achieve the goals of Islamic education optimally.
