Abstract

The management of Islamic education financing is an important aspect in efforts to improve the quality of education and the sustainability of Islamic educational institutions. Financing is viewed as a strategic resource that must be managed effectively, efficiently, transparently, and accountably. In the context of Islamic education, financing is not only understood as the management of funds, but also includes sharia principles that emphasize justice, blessings, and the utilization of resources in accordance with Islamic values. Financing management includes the processes of planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating sources of funds, whether they come from the government, the community, foundations, or participation of students. Financial planning is oriented towards both the short-term and long-term needs of the institution, while organizing involves the division of tasks and responsibilities in managing finances to be more structured. Implementation is carried out through fundraising, budget preparation, and distribution of funds according to the priorities of educational programs. Furthermore, the roles of supervision and evaluation are necessary to ensure that every use of funds complies with sharia rules, the institution's objectives, and can enhance the quality of educational services. The implementation of appropriate financial management in Islamic educational institutions can support the achievement of educational visions and missions, build public trust, and promote the independence of these institutions. Furthermore, the principles of justice, transparency, and social responsibility serve as important foundations to ensure that fund management is not only focused on material aspects but also positively impacts the spiritual and moral development of students. Therefore, financial management in Islamic education is not merely an administrative tool but also part of the effort to ensure the sustainability of high-quality Islamic education that is competitive and oriented towards the welfare of the community.
