ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN DALAM PENDIDIKAN
Abstract
Education is one of the most strategic factors in national development as it plays a crucial role in producing qualified, equitable, and competitive human resources. In Indonesia, the government has formulated various educational policies such as the Independent Curriculum, the 12-year compulsory education program, teacher professionalism improvement, and school digitalization. However, the effectiveness of these policies still faces complex challenges. This study aims to analyze educational policies in Indonesia from the perspectives of formulation, implementation, and their impact on quality and equity in education. The method used is a literature study by collecting data from academic literature, scholarly journals, government regulations, and relevant previous research. The results show that although educational policies in Indonesia have been formulated with clear directions and objectives and are supported by regulations and funding, their implementation has not been fully optimal due to regional disparities, limited infrastructure, unequal teacher competence, and bureaucratic inefficiency. The study concludes that there is a need for more adaptive, context-based policies supported by teacher capacity building, multi-stakeholder collaboration, streamlined bureaucracy, and data-driven evaluation systems in order to make educational policies more effective, inclusive, and sustainable.
