Abstract

Organizational culture plays an important role in shaping the way of thinking, attitudes, and behavior of all people involved in Islamic educational institutions. The culture that is built based on Islamic values, such as honesty, trustworthiness, consultation, and brotherhood, forms the foundation for every decision-making process. This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and decision-making patterns in Islamic educational institutions. Using a library research approach, this study examines related literature on Islamic education management, organizational culture, and decision-making theories. The findings show that Islamic organizational culture can encourage the creation of participatory, fair, and transparent decisions. Additionally, the application of consultation as a key Islamic value has been proven to strengthen the quality of decisions, increase a sense of ownership among organization members, and reduce internal conflicts. Therefore, it can be concluded that the success of decision-making in Islamic educational institutions is not only influenced by formal management structures, but also by the internalization of an organizational culture based on Islamic values.
