Abstract

Change in educational institutions is a challenge that requires effective administrative strategies to ensure successful implementation. This article discusses various administrative strategies that can be used to manage change in an educational context, with a focus on planning, communication, and stakeholder participation. This research uses a qualitative approach, with in- depth interviews and case studies in several schools that have successfully implemented change. Based on the research results, it shows that strategies that involve all parties, including teachers, students and parents, can increase involvement and support for change. In addition, transparent and continuous communication is key in reducing resistance and building trust. Effective change management in educational institutions depends not only on policy, but also on the active involvement of the entire school community. Effective administrative strategies in managing change in educational institutions include careful  planning, open  communication, stakeholder involvement, relevant training, and systematic monitoring and evaluation. By implementing these strategies, educational institutions can better meet the challenges of change, create better learning  environments, and achieve higher educational goals.
