This study aims to identify and analyze effective management strategies to support the internationalization of Islamic educational institutions in achieving global competitiveness. This research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method, by reviewing various literatures such as books, journal articles, research reports, and policy documents related to Islamic education management, educational internationalization, and global competitiveness strategies. The collected data were analyzed descriptively through content analysis techniques to identify patterns of internationalization strategies that align with Islamic values and the demands of globalization. The findings reveal that the internationalization of Islamic educational institutions requires an integrated management strategy, including: (1) differentiation based on universal Islamic values combined with 21st-century competencies; (2) strengthening human resources capacity through global competency development, foreign language proficiency, and cross-cultural understanding; and (3) establishing international collaborations through strategic partnerships across countries in education, research, and student exchange. These three strategies enable Islamic educational institutions to maintain their Islamic identity while meeting international education quality standards. This study contributes theoretically by offering an integrative approach to internationalization strategies, which has not been extensively elaborated in previous research, and provides practical recommendations for Islamic educational managers in formulating policies based on global competitiveness. These findings emphasize that the internationalization of Islamic education is not merely an administrative process but a comprehensive transformation rooted in moderate, inclusive, and adaptive Islamic values in response to global dynamics.
