MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN MINAT DAN PRILAKU POSITIF SISWA

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of character education management in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data sources. This research uses data collection techniques using interview methods, observation methods and documentation methods. The data validity technique in this research is data collection triangulation. Qualitative data analysis in this research is descriptive data which consists of three activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that character education management in developing positive interests, attitudes and behavior cannot be separated from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating.
