PENGARUH MANAJEMEN SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SD NEGERI 1103 MARENU PADANG LAWAS SUMATERA UTARA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal supervision on teacher performance in Di  SD Negeri 1103 Marenu Padang Lawas Sumatera Utara. This research uses descriptive quantitative approaches and methods. This study uses Simple Random Sampling where the study population is 40 teachers from a total of 60 teachers. The main data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to 40 teachers. Interview techniques and document studies were conducted to support the results of questionnaire data. Interviewees in this research are to the Principal and teacher. The results found in this study are that there is an influence between Principal Supervision and teacher performance in Di  SD Negeri 1103 Marenu Padang Lawas Sumatera Utara.Based on processing data from SPSS Vers.23 calculation results, t test statistic testing, the results of the Tcount value of 4, 385 and Ttable of 2,024. With the testing criteria if Tcount>Ttable, then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. So that there is sufficient influence between Principal Supervision on teacher performance in Di  SD Negeri 1103 Marenu Padang Lawas Sumatera Utara. In the calculation of the coefficient of determination is known the effect of Principal Supervision with teacher performance of 33.6%. While the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other factors not examined. From the results of these calculations there is a sufficient influence between Principal Supervision with the performance of teachers in Di  SD Negeri 1103 Marenu Padang Lawas Sumatera Utara.
