Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the relationship between Organizational Culture (X1) with Teacher Performance (Y) and Work Motivation (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y) and together with Teacher Performance (Y) at Di Taman Kanak-Kanak  Mutiara Cempaka Kecamatan Tanjung Senang Kota Bandar Lampung. The research method used is a survey method with correlation. The respondents of the study were all teachers at SMP 146 East Jakarta, totaling 54 teachers. The data collection technique used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study suggest that: first, there is a positive relationship with fairly strong criteria between Organizational Culture (X1) and Teacher Performance (Y) with a coefficient of ry1 = (0.635) 2 = 0.403 or a determination coefficient of 40.30% with a regression equation of Ǔ = 27.677 + 0.726 X1. Second, there is a positive relationship with a fairly strong criterion between Work Motivation (X2) and Teacher Performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient ry2 = (0.533)2 = 0.284 or a determination coefficient of 28.40% and a regression equation Ǔ = 29.376 + 0.606X2. Third, there is a positive relationship with a strong criterion between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) together with Teacher Performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient ry12 = (0.737)2 = 0.543 or a determination coefficient of 54.30% with a regression equation Ǔ = - 3.302 + 0.639X1 + 0.466X2. From the results of the study it can be concluded that teacher performance at Di Taman Kanak-Kanak  Mutiara Cempaka Kecamatan Tanjung Senang Kota Bandar Lampung can be improved through improving organizational culture, teacher work motivation.
