Abstract

School as an institution where education is held is a system that has devices and elements that are interrelated with each other. Internally, the school has a principal, teachers, students, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure. While externally, the school is related to other agencies both vertically and horizontally which are both aimed at achieving educational goals. The school is an educational organization that is directly related to stakeholders so that the school is more aware of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats it faces.
