This study aims to describe the implementation of active learning management and its impact on improving student learning achievement in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak at SMPIT Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq, Logas Village. The background of this study is based on the importance of implementing learning strategies that are not only centered on teachers, but also encourage active student participation in the teaching and learning process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the active learning management implemented includes mature learning planning, implementation of learning involving two-way interaction, and evaluation that emphasizes student participation and understanding. The implementation of active learning management significantly contributes positively to improving learning achievement in Aqidah Akhlak, which can be seen from the increase in student evaluation results and their involvement in discussions and other learning activities. Thus, active learning management can be used as an effective strategy in improving the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning in an integrated Islamic school environment.
