The quality of teaching and learning activities (KBM) is a crucial factor in achieving educational goals at the primary school level. The school principal plays a vital role in improving KBM quality through effective managerial and leadership efforts. This study aims to identify and analyze the efforts made by the Principal of SD N 2 Kampung Baru, Labuhan Ratu District, Bandar Lampung City, in enhancing the quality of KBM. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the Principal has implemented various strategies such as improving teacher competence through training and workshops, developing educational facilities and infrastructure, and applying regular academic supervision. Additionally, the Principal actively encourages the participation of parents and the community in educational activities. These efforts positively impact the improvement of the learning process quality, as evidenced by increased student engagement and learning outcomes. This study recommends that the Principal continue to develop innovations in KBM management and enhance collaboration with various stakeholders for the sustainable improvement of education quality at SD N 2 Kampung Baru.
