Learning motivation is one of the key factors that determine the success of students in the learning process. In the context of Islamic religious education, especially in the subject of Fiqh, learning motivation plays a strategic role as it involves not only cognitive aspects but also shapes students' attitudes and religious behavior. This study aims to analyze the efforts made by teachers to improve students' learning motivation in the Fiqh subject for ninth-grade students at MTs Husnul Amal Kotabumi, North Lampung Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Nevertheless, teachers face several challenges, such as limited learning facilities, diverse family backgrounds of students, and low individual awareness of learning responsibilities. To address these issues, teachers adapt and innovate their teaching methods, including collaborating with parents and utilizing simple yet effective technology tools. This study recommends regular training for Fiqh teachers in developing motivation-based learning strategies and emphasizes the role of the school principal in supporting the provision of learning facilities. As a result of increased motivation, students exhibit positive behavioral changes toward Fiqh, such as greater frequency of independent study, increased classroom participation, and awareness of implementing Fiqh values in daily life. Therefore, the teacher's strategies serve as a crucial foundation for shaping students' religious character and improving learning outcomes. This research asserts that enhancing learning motivation is not solely the responsibility of teachers but also requires institutional support, parental involvement, and a supportive social environment.
