Character education is a fundamental aspect in shaping students' personality and positive behavior. The effective implementation of character education management by religious studies teachers plays a crucial role in developing students' learning interest, attitudes, and positive behaviors at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren (MTs. PP) Raudhatussalam Mahato, Tambusai Utara Subdistrict, Rokan Hulu Regency. This study aims to describe how religious subject teachers manage character education in the learning process and its impact on students' learning interest and attitude changes. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that religious studies teachers apply various character education management strategies, such as role modeling, reinforcement of religious values, habituation of discipline, and fostering social behaviors that support a positive learning environment. This implementation successfully increases students' learning interest, marked by enhanced active participation in learning activities and more positive attitudes, including responsibility, tolerance, and honesty. The study concludes that character education management by religious teachers significantly contributes to shaping students' attitudes and behaviors, thereby supporting learning success at MTs. PP Raudhatussalam Mahato. The implication of this study emphasizes the need for continuous training in character education management for teachers to maintain and improve the quality of character education in madrasah.
