Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Riyadhus Sholihin Nurrohman plays a crucial role in developing discipline among students through an Islamic education approach. This study aims to analyze Islamic education management in enhancing student discipline for the academic year 2024/2025. Through the application of integrative educational methods that combine theory and practice, this pesantren seeks to create an environment conducive to discipline. Data collected through surveys and interviews with students and pesantren management will be qualitatively analyzed to provide a comprehensive overview of the effectiveness of educational management in the pesantren. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective educational management models for educating students and enhancing their discipline.
